Very impressed - clean, comfortable, & QUIET. Privacy on the screened in porch. Owners are very accommodating. Great place for a rejuvenating getaway for couples. Nice for families, too - has a playground and sandy beach. Easy driving distance to the Adirondack Museum. Motel rooms have coffeepot, microwave and mini-fridge.

We rented a cottage for three nights during the Memorial Day weekend. There was no one in the office when we arrived; but there was a walkie talkie at the door to call the manager. He arrived quickly and checkin was flawless. The cabin was small, clean and well equipped with the basics for making our own meals including a...

Stayed for 3 nights in early October, in cottage #5, the Hermitage. Bigger and nicer than the pictures on their website! Clean, nice bathroom, comfy bed, well appointed with kitchen items, and a great view out the windows and from our small ,front porch. The parking spot was so convenient too, right at the bottom of the few steps leading...

We spent a night in the motel and a weekend in a cabin, because there were very few vacancies, even in the off season. We love the forethought that went into the layout of the motel rooms (each are offset and have a screened-in patio that offers a view of the lake. Our cabin, "Chipmunk" was very solidly built. No...

This establishment is stunning! The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely helpful and kind. They go above and beyond for their guests. I've visited numerous times throughout the years and they always aim to please. The property has undergone many modern updates, without losing it's rustic feel. It's truly a magical place with so much to offer...

So glad we found this hidden gem on Long Lake.......beautiful grounds and cottages, and wonderful beach. Lots of 'toys' to use on the lake in this secluded spot which is close enough to town to walk to dinner. We stayed in the motel - the room was large, the view was beautiful, there was a screened in porch, refrigerator and...

Ditto to all the good things others have said - lovely and quiet, well-kept, beautiful plantings. Stayed in a cottage that was reached by stairs (so ask about location if you have mobility issues). Easy access to attractions in Tupper Lake, Blue Mountain Lake, and Newcomb.

Incredible experience! This Motel and Cottages should be at the top of everyone's list. We had the pleasure of staying in one of the newly remodeled cottages (#8), just stunning with two decks (one screened) nestled in the woods overlooking the lake. Full kitchen included stove, frig, utensils, pots and pans, the living room was more than comfortable with a...

I only stayed one night on a nasty rainy day so I didn't get to enjoy any lake recreation. But the grounds are beautiful and well maintained - flowers planted everywhere. The motel room was very clean and the bed comfortable. What more can you ask for - but there is more. Each motel room has coffee, a microwave, a...
