The Adirondack Hotel is a very quaint hotel. There are rooms with private and shared baths on 2 floors. The rooms we rented were #37 and #17. Both were corner rooms in the front of the hotel. The rooms consisted of a bed, nightstand, dresser, lamp, ceiling fan with light, and an arm chair. The bathroom had a small sink,...

We stopped here on the way to Americade for lunch. Best stop we ever made!! We had haddock fry, clam chowder. The restaurant was crazy busy with bikers but they did an amazing job. Our food was homemade and fresh and delicious, even the tarter sauce was home made. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome!! Made...

Stayed in a lakefront room and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The checkin process was easy, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is not luxurious, it does have a distinct charm and historic character. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant, and the views over Long Lake are majestic. Be mindful: This being an older hotel,...

We did not stay at the hotel. My Wife and I had dinner there with the New York State Ornithological Association. There was a group of over 20. They were nice enough to give us separate checks, something a lot of places won't do with a large group. Food was good, served hot to everyone. Service was good. We had...

this is not Trump Plaza, but you would not what that anyway in this quaint area of the Adirondack mountains. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms and building are from a different time for sure, but it adds to the entire experience. The setting is one of my favorite place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Also, book...

First the owners and staff take up all the seating at the bar right after there shift is done which is right at 5:00 when all the working class and guest come in for a drink . and of course they do not move to give a paying customer a seat . Then there is the food . you never...

We had such a great stay. I have never seen a staff work so hard! And be so dedicated wearing multiple hats. This grand hotel has simple clean rooms. No TV The restaurant was bustling serving a tasty menu. The second floor balcony with a beautiful view of Long Lake seated in rocking chairs with cocktail in hand the perfect...

We are summer residents and every year the food at the hotel is a crap shoot. This year the food is pretty good, but the service is terrible. Tried it 3 times this season and had outrageous wait times each time. They can't seem to keep staff. Won't be going back . Food and service at The Cellar is better,...

The hotel offers old charm, turn of the century inn with (I believe) original interior. The reception area has an old wood works, Imagine before WWI, an innkeeper greeted guests there. If you love old buildings, you will love this place. Excellent location, across the street from the public beach. We went there for lunch, seated outside on the side...

We happened upon this property on a drive through the Adirondack Park. The room, #37, was large, clean. quiet with a magnificent view of the lake. The restaurant was wonderful with a very upscale, diverse menu. Our waitress, a local lass, was a gem, witty, helpful and fun. No noise from the bar/lounge on the other side of the hotel....
