Agnes and her husband were the perfect hosts!! There were nice treats- tea, hot chocolate, cookies-and the breakfast was DELICIOUS!! The room was clean and cozy, and very comfortable. It was close to small towns with restaurants and to Hunter and Windham Mtns. I would highly recommend staying there!!

Mountain Treasure came to my rescue when my original hotel was overbooked and my reservation couldn't be honored there. I was able to check-in last minute and was so pleased with my stay. The room was great, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was filling. I was even able to buy a discounted lift ticket from the host! I...

This charming B&B is close to Windham and Hunter Mountains, both of which we visited during our trip. Even more charming is the host, who is an avid skier herself and knows the area very well, she gave us advise on other attractions we could see such as Pratt Rock and Katterskill Falls, as well as quite a few restaurants...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The guest house itself was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was excellent. The location is also great - close to hiking and skiing spots. Agnes was an excellent host: welcoming, always helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. I would definitely recommend Mountain Treasure to others.

Stayed overnight - arrived late, and very gracious hostess. Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Usually not a fan of B&B's, as prior experiences were not good, however, I was very pleased to have found this treasure. My primary requirement when looking for a place to stay is the cleanliness of a hotel or B&B. Mountain Treasure earns...

This is a unique fantastic place to stay. Close to hiking and skiing, but away from traffic and crowds. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts Agnes and Jan are very friendly and accommodating but at the same time very discreet. The room we stayed in was great with spacious bath. The breakfast is one of three to choose from but...

We only stayed over for one night - I wish we could have spent more time in the area. A little hard to find as a road was closed and there was a detour in place. I would have appreciated an email update about that because I was a little concerned that we would not find it. Agnes came out...

Agnes, the proprietor, takes great care of her guests. We felt at home right away, and nothing was too much for her. A stunning location in the fall, near to a quaint town, reminiscent of America in the 1950's. Wonderful scenery all around, and Agnes knows the area well and can give expert advice on all the local beauty spots....

We stayed at this B & B for 3 nights and had a great visit. Agnes, the owner was very helpful when we were planning our daily outings and where to eat. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. They have a fire pit, chairs out by the stream and a table to play games on in the dining area....
