I spent a long time looking for affordable hotel/motel rooms in Sedona, and was thrilled to find The Views Inn. While the hotel isn't brand-new or flashy, the room was extremely comfortable. The mattress was outstanding, our room on the second floor was very quiet, the room was scrupulously clean, and the manager bent over backwards to make sure all of our needs were met. The view of Sedona's majestic rocks literally outside our door was absolutely stunning, and being in the Village of Oak Tree meant that we were only a five-minute drive to the parking lot for our hike this morning. And, later, with tired legs, I sat outside by the pool and read my book. We were also very close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. This is a great find.

I wanted to spend a couple days exploring Sedona during an extended, mind clearing road trip. I was shocked at the hotel prices and had considered just not going, but found the great reviews of this hotel. The price, compared to virtually all other hotels in October’s high season, was great and reviews often noted how clean it was.
It’s about a 20 minute drive to Uptown Sedona where the shops tend to be, but the cleanliness of the property (dated but well maintained and very clean), the friendliness of the staff, and the convenience of groceries, gas, restaurants, and beautiful views more than make up for the distance.
And, while you’re there, visit PJs Grill, an easy walk away with super friendly staff and patrons (many local).

Our experience was also very good.

Breakfast consisted of cereal, fruit and waffles..
Keurig coffee pot in room.

Good price, clean well kept room, ample parking for our stay, nice staff.
Free Breakfast adequate. A stripped down continental w one waffle machine. In two days we saw no hot eggs, bacon, sausage, potato dishes, etc. of any kind.
For a Sedona lodging the “view” is maybe ok, your view of the one impressive red hill rises over commercial buildings and signs. Your views are likely to be better closer to Sedona — and the inn is NOT in Sedona city limits,
Despite Sedona address, Views Inn is in an annexed village of some kind, Oak Creek or Valley, Your drive to the “real” Sedona is about 8 miles north on 35 mph road which can be heavily trafficked. Add 35-40 minutes of round trip commute to the town, tours, galleries, better restaurants, sites. maybe 1hr 20 if you go to Sedona, come back to the Inn mid day, and go out to Sedona later.
The views on the drive from the Inn to Sedona proper are a knockout,
For any Sedona lodging, suggest check miles from
Sedona Chamber of Commerce (city. Center). Also that first time visitors go to chamber’s tourist info center in the same location rather than chase signs for other tourist info places,

My wife and I stayed here for one night while visiting the Sedona area and were pleased with our overall stay. The room itself, while simple, has everything you might need and was quite spacious! The hotel was easy to find (right off the main road going through the Village of Oak Creek) and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The views out of our window were incredible! Hotel management was very friendly and helpful while checking in/out-she even gave us a map and suggested a couple of hikes that we check out. She was not wearing a mask during check in nor check out, if that matters to you. It didn't really bother us. One item to note-this hotel is NOT in Sedona itself. It's about a 15 minute drive to downtown Sedona, as this hotel is in the Village of Oak Creek. Great hiking trails were no more than a 5 minute drive away!

This hotel was very clean and quiet. Beautiful views!! Within easy walking distance to several nice cafes for breakfast! Location is easy access to many restaurants and shops. They had a washer and dryer for guests to use for a small fee.

Spent 2 nights in Sedona (Village of Oak Creek) and really like the location a little down the road from all the traffic and people in the main part of Sedona but close enough (10 minutes or so) to run up there to some of our favorite restaurants. One of our favorite hikes in the area is Courthouse Loop which is only 2 minutes from this hotel. The gentleman we interacted with on check in and check out was extremely friendly and the room we had was nice and well equipped. We will definitely be back when we are back in town.

The refrigerator was warm and the front desk said unplug it, wait and replug but it never got cold.
Wifi was weak and being on the first floor gave use some foot noise from above.

When we checked in, the proprietor immediately asked us what we were here for. When we said we wanted to do a few hikes, he pulled out a map for us and marked off the spots we said we wanted to go, told us how to get there, and gave us several great recommendations for restaurants as well. The room was spacious, very clean, and the AC worked great. Toiletries were nice and the shower had good water pressure. The bed was very comfy along with the pillows. There was a couch, coffee table, desk, and the usual TV/refrigerator/microwave, but we only used the fridge to keep water cold. There is a large sink and granite vanity area which was separate from the bathroom, giving us plenty of space to pull ourselves together after a long hot hike in Sedona. Not to mention the nice views outside the hotel. And it is in easy walking distance to a lot of nice places to eat. Great service!
I would also add that at first we were a little concerned that it was not in Sedona proper, but the Village of Oak Creek. We soon found out that was a much more relaxed place to be, not anywhere near as touristy and congested as in the Sedona city limits. We highly recommend the Views Inn.

Based on TA reviews, we chose this spot for our Sedona overnights. There is an advantage to staying in this location....hotel taxes are a little lower and there is not a feeling that tourists are jamming around you. We also liked being able to access the trails. Be aware... the key to parking to access trails is arriving by 6:15 AM. We spent the first morning driving from one trail to the next, looking for a place to park. The rooms are clean and had enough space for 2 people. We liked the linens..nice quality. A family of four might be a bit crowded. The managers were very conscientious and observant. Would recommend!

Nope. Not heated but warm enough in the summer. Only very small though so not suitable for proper swimming.
I don't think the outdoor one will be. Several rooms do have spas though.
They had plenty of very good coffee, danish, hard boiled eggs, toast you can make, cereal, and they had fruit also
