Detailed Reviews
Beautiful boutique hotel that is just outside the hectic traffic in Sedona. I hate to give it a great review because I am afraid it will become so popular I will never get another reservation but it deserves all the accolades I can give it.
First of all, the rates of hotels I stayed at in Sedona in the past are beyond the pale of ridiculousness now. Las Posadas is reasonably priced and offers exceptional value.
The room I am in is lovely. It has a small kitchen with two seat dinette. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace that passes through to the master bedroom. There is a lovely patio with two chairs and cocktail table.
The bedroom is beautiful with a lovely desk that is perfect for work. Wifi is free and fast.
The bath has a marble shower and deep soaking tub with double sinks. All windows have attractive wood blinds.
Service is courteous and unobtrusive.
I have yet to go to the pool but intend to do so today. I am told it is not heated but that there is a hot tub.
Employees and most residents observe mask protocols.

We stayed here three nights. Our stay was very enjoyable. This is a great location to use as a base to visit Sedona and the surrounding areas. Very large one beedroom suite had a king bedroom, living area, and kitchen area which has a microwave, refrigerator, and k-cup coffee maker. The hotel provides additional k-cups as you need them. Breakfasts are excellent; they use a chef who prepares 'his choice' fresh daily; every morning the breakfast was different, but all were excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a 40 person wedding nearby and our group booked just about all of the rooms here. We got one of the Villas and it was perfect for hosting some small parties. The Villa is absolutely enormous, nearly as big as my house. The amenities are a tad dated, but that's no big deal. The bed was comfy, the shower water was hot, and we had plenty of space (and 2 patios) to entertain the wedding guests. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the main Sedona area, but that was fine for us. There was some construction over that direction, so staying here allowed us to avoid that until we just had to be over there. I'd happily stay here again.
The free breakfast is in a tight window: 8:30-9:30. My wife and I enjoy our sleep, so we had to push ourselves to make it there. We got there at about 9:15 the first morning and nearly everything was put away. Kind of a bummer. Honestly, we don't typically eat breakfast anyways, so this wasn't a deal killer or anything.

Currently locked out of our room due to an issue with the fob. The front desk is closed, and numerous calls to their late night service number went unanswered. This is on a holiday weekend during which the entirety of Sedona is booked- the Holiday Inn across the street is $360 for the night and we can’t justify doing anything other than sleeping in our car. Frankly a horrific experience.

I booked this place because all of the reviews mentioned how good the "free breakfast" was. I thought it was a little pricey but if we didn't have to buy breakfast it would be worth it. On their website it said free breakfast and when I booked it, again it said free breakfast. Showed up and they said "oh, we're not doing breakfast." Great...should have mentioned that before I booked.
Besides that, the pool was locked when we wanted to to swimming and we had to go to the office and ask them to open the pool and wait for them to do that.
Also, upon check out, they said they would email me a receipt and I'm still waiting for it...it's been over a week and half.
The room was great but all this other stuff is not worth the price. It's also a bit far from all the good stuff in Sedona.

I have to say that I wished I could have stayed longer at this resort. I only stayed there for one night and I was so impressed from the beginning. The check in time is 3 o’clock , I got there 20 minutes before and the room just needed to be vacuumed, the ladies there was so nice that allowed me to do it earlier if I did not mind waiting till it was ready. I wish I know their name, one of them had a British accent and I want to give her a shout out. Room 44 was my room, upper floor, it had a living room, kitchenette with Keurig coffee and tea maker, fridge, microwave, TV in the living and bedroom, fireplace facing both rooms, big bathroom with tub and shower, toiletries, lots of windows, big balcony facing the red rocks, big size probably like my apartment. They also had breakfast, freshly cooked ( burritos ). The whole property is quiet, with you parking spots on the site. Book you stay there , even if it is about 20 minutes away from downtown, you will have a great experience.

I had the premium suite it was big and beautiful. Big tubs and cozy bed. Multiple patios. Fireplace! It was a great value for everything especially with a free freshly cooked breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room cleanliness was about average could use a good wipe down on walls and shower area before letting guest check in.

Stayed here for or 2 nights on a 9 day trip to Arizona. BIG rooms, a little touch but was about 250 a night, very good price for what you get plus hand cooked breakfast, sw/Mexican style by a really cool dude. It is located very close to downtown and very close to bell Rock. I splurged here compared to my other hotels/motels in Arizona, would say this was the best

We arrived for a two night stay at Las Posadas with another couple. We were staying in different buildings, but close by. They were having a plumbing issue, and we were placed in a room in our original building, but on the second floor. We began unpacking and noticed we did not have electricity in the bedroom. We did not have lights, tv, and the receptacles did not work. Big issue was my husband uses a C-Pap and needed a receptacle to work. I contacted the front desk. The girl came to our room, realized they were not working and offered to send us to the Best Western 8 miles away. Our friends were already moved into their room and we had one car. I did not pay to stay at the Best Western, and was told the rooms were bigger, but was never told if they were as nice. I give a lot of credit to their employee, all the owners were out of town, there was no maintenance, and she tried to fix the problem. We wanted to stay, because we really liked the rooms. Our friends graciously offered to switch rooms. When we returned from dinner, our friends did have electricity, but no tv, which they were ok with. The girl at the front desk agreed to refund 20% of the room cost for each of us, for our inconvenience. We did eat breakfast both mornings, which changed both days. The breakfast was very good, and the two gentleman working were super nice. After the minor debacle was resolved and the dust settled, we both decided it was a great place to stay and would certainly return.

Las Posadas is a great find. Located in the Town of Oak Creek, it's south of the crowds normally found in Sedona itself. There is shopping and restaurants right across the street and Sedona is only about a 15 minute drive from Sedona itself. The drive from the Town of Oak Creek is beautiful and worth the spectacular views every time we did it.
This is a smallish property which we liked and added to the intimacy and ambiance. Rooms are spacious with a separate sitting area and kitchenette and large bathrooms. There is a gas fireplace between the living area and the bedroom which added to the special feeling.
A delicious breakfast was prepared onsite by a chef each morning which we really enjoyed.
We would definitely choose this property again.

There is parking all around the inside area close to the rooms. Also extra parking closer to the drive-in entrance that is farther away, but not bad.
Mine did and they supply pods k cups
Children are fine. During my visit, I saw children with their parents in the dining room and the pool.
I agree with Preston. The rooms are huge - probably big enough to handle 7 people - but you would need multiple rollaways for everyone to have a place to sleep.
Right across the street/highway are some restaurants and bars. For hiking trails, we had to drive to get to them. But there are many trails that are within a 10 minute drive.
This inn's location is on the south area of Sedona, away from most the touristy stuff. A plus at night, making it very quiet and dark.
