We had not visited Sedona nor this B and B since 2006 and planned a special two nights for two couples - us being one couple and my folks who are in their 80’s. Safety was very important to us and we received excellent information over the phone by the staff prior to making our reservations. Their enhanced website was top notch with a lot of helpful information. They now have an “APP” to download prior to arriving. The property was absolutely spotless, with hand sanitizer available for use in the public areas , along with a tiny bottle , a small box of tissue , and two mints in the room. The breakfasts are spectacular! The staff made us feel very special by reserving an “ alcove “ for four for breakfast which also enhanced our safety with social distancing. This property is very quiet in an amazing area with many hiking trails in walking distance. We were offered a one hour room extension for one room when 3 out of 4 of us wanted to take a hike before checking out , and I expressed concerns about available restroom facilities if we did not have a room to utilize after 1100, the check out time. Amazing “ Jason” took care of my concern by offering the one hour extension which resolved everything! Understanding that with specialized cleaning protocols that are now taking place , a room extension is a huge deal, and we were so grateful! It is not a small thing to create a pleasant and safe stay during a worldwide pandemic and the Canyon Villa team is doing a wonderful job to create a positive , special and safe experience! Their 20 years of operating is reflected in the pride they take in caring for their guests ! Thank you !

Canyon Villa is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast with magnificent views of Bell Rock and the red rocks landscape. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning, watching the stars in the evening.

The location is fantastic; far enough from all the hustle and bustle yet close enough that you can drive into Sedona shopping/tourist area in 15 minutes.
Each morning, we were greeted with delicious cinnamon rolls and a delectable breakfast entree along with friendly conversations The entire staff was so accommodating. Fran, Jason and Teree, the Chef were absolutely fantastic and so very gracious. They all truly go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is perfect. Not a single thing was missed.

They also accommodated our last minute add to trailer our SXS (off road vehicle) an allowed us to park it on property which was fantastic in celebrating my husband’s 40th Birthday. Our entire stay and room was incredible! So very private and the entire property is COVID safe and super clean.

I highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a safe, clean and very accommodating Bed & Breakfast with a breathtaking view! You will not be disappointed.

We can’t wait to be back!

The inn is just outside the busy downtown area at the foot of courthouse butte. Cozy setting with a beautiful pool that has a state of the art cleaning system. We enjoyed lounging poolside at sunset with snacks they provide in a wonderful setting. Breakfast is terrific. Don’t miss the cinnamon rolls.
With Covid reqs, the innkeepers have bent over backwards to provide a clean and safe environment. We felt welcomed. Very relaxing but also has a dynamite golf course near by and two walking trails right off the property. Please let them show you their hospitality.

Thank you for noticing our clean and safe environment. We have tried very hard to go that extra step for our guests safety. We also pride ourselves in our delicious breakfast and are so happy you enjoyed it. We can't take credit for the beautiful Courthouse Butte, but we are glad we have such an amazing view of it. The hikes and the golf course close by do make our location special. Please come back soon because we love wonderful guests like yourself.

Canyon Villa was amazing, from the spectacular views, to it's tucked away privacy.
It is located in The Village of Oak Creek, just a short distance off of highway 179, but far enough to not hear traffic noise. The small staff was super friendly, the facility was spotless, and they were following CDC recommendation on minimizing Covid-19 exposure and risk. The chef, Terre, prepared a unique and delicious breakfast each morning. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10. If you are looking to visit Sedona, and want a relaxed, off the beaten path experience, Canyon Villa would be an excellent choice.

This bread and breakfast is located in the village of Oak Creek, 15 minutes from the center of Sedona and that is preferable. Although it takes a bit of time to drive to the center of town it is nice to be away from the congestion and mass of tourists and visitors. The views of Bell Rock and other formations is fabulous from property.

Fran is a very gracious Innkeeper. There are delightful touches like the appetizer box prepared fresh every night at 5 PM. The breakfasts are delicious. We had an enchilada casserole that was scrumptious

The entire property and especially the rooms were Covid safe. Had no worries about the cleanliness of anything.

The rooms are large and individually named and decorated.
We loved ours on the second floor (be warned - No Elevator)
the view was inspiring.

Highly recommend this property that is not for someone on a budget.

This B&B is perfect in every way. Linda was so helpful in checking us in and orienting us to our room and all the amenities of the inn as well as hiking trails. The next morning at breakfast she brought us a hiking map and gave us advise about the different trails and our hiking level as well as time it would take. The breakfasts every day were to die for. You started each day with a homemade cinnamon roll that was the best we have ever eaten and a fresh fruit cup. Then came the entree. On our three days we had a blintz topped with lemon curd, waffles, and huevos rancheros. Each morning a selection sheet was placed under your door to submit. They do accommodate for special dietary needs. Our room was very spacious, the bed and linens were so comfortable, and the whirlpool tub was great after a long day of hiking. The views were just incredible from everywhere in the house. The lounge area was large and so was the breakfast area. They even had a telescope set up for viewing the mountains. In addition to the fabulous breakfast, each day an appetizer plate (with your name on it) was laid out at 4 pm in the breakfast area, and if you were out and about, they put it in the refrigerator for you to eat later when you got back in. If you are concerned about Covid (which we aren't) precautions were taken to assure anyone who is fearful. There is no maid service during Covid, but you could request fresh towels, bath products, etc. if you needed them. In short, this is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. We have already made plans to return next year.

Tremendous personal service, care, and quality combined with amazing views, very comfortable rooms, and amazing breakfasts! There aren't enough adjectives to describe how wonderful our stay at Canyon Villa was. While this was only our first stay, we met a couple who were on their twelfth visit and said they would never want to go anywhere else! The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Each room has it's own little outdoor patio area to take in the views, but there's also a great pool area for the same purpose. Be aware that the B&B is in Oak Creek Village, which is about 5-miles south of Sedona, so a rental car is a must if you're flying in. I recommend getting it at the airport because the local car agencies are not reliable. That said, Canyon Villa went to extraordinary lengths to make our stay outstanding. The proprietor, Fran, has a wealth of knowledge about the area, and the head chef Terry could be in a Michelin Starred restaurant if she wanted to be. Reservations fill up quickly, so plan ahead!

We stayed three nights in the Ocotillo room and really enjoyed the views, service and food. Fran and Theresa, the Chef and everyone we came in contact with were helpful and gracious. We loved the beautiful, delicious breakfasts served in a lovely room with high ceilings and amazing views. The Ocotillo room has a nice balcony where we enjoyed happy hour and mornings taking in the red rocks and birds. One morning we saw a family of Javelina across the fence! We would have liked to have had in room coffee but coffee was available 24 hours downstairs in the dining room.

The Inn has a great location in that you can't get much closer to the red rocks and it was near hiking trails, restaurants and a nice neighborhood for walking. The downside of the location is that it is closer to Rt. 179 than we realized so traffic could be heard when on the balcony or when the windows were open. However, once in the room, it was completely soundproof and we slept wonderfully.

Everything was spotless and steps taken to ensure safety during Covid. If you have any questions or needs, just ask Fran. She is the source of all things and we found her delightful! We definitely recommend and hope to return.

Canyon Villa Inn Bed and Breakfast is immaculately clean with friendly owners and staff! The interior feels more like you are staying at a family members house than a hotel. I caught myself saying “let’s go home”, or “after we get home”. They really do their best to make it feel warm and inviting. We stayed in the strawberry cactus room on the second floor. Only stairs to access (which I knew-I do my research 😀) but much better than El tovar stairs(and lower altitude)!! Strawberry cactus room has a very comfortable bed, nice tv, mini refrigerator, and an AMAZING view of bell rock. It was breathtaking to wake up and see that view every day! We even watched it during a thunderstorm and it was really cool to see the storm light up bell rock! Since there are only a few rooms(vs. a hotel), it was always a nice, quiet retreat at the end/beginning of a long day!

Breakfast at Canyon Villa each morning is included and great! They bring you a new flavor fancy muffin each morning and they are all amazing!!!! Then they give you menus and you order what you’d like. Very good! Bfast starts at 8. Coffee is typically out by 6:30/7 but they also have a Keurig. We had the French toast, breakfast sandwich, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage and toast during our stay.

I am SO glad we chose to stay here! The VOC was ideal. Enough away from the touristy/busy parts of uptown and west Sedona so we could relax at the end of a long day but close enough to be there in 5 minutes!

Parking in uptown was a headache but with willpower, determination, and a few extra minutes of driving around looking for lots we would always find something. Our favorite place to park if the lots we’re looking full was a parking deck behind some of the shops in uptown.

Pre-trip I was concerned about the distance between Sedona, West Sedona and VOC. Glad to report it was one of our best decisions to stay in VOC! Nothing seemed too far but we had the serenity of going “home” each evening!

We loved Canyon Villa and will continue to stay there in the future. It was so much fun talking to the other travelers each morning!

Thanks SO much to the CV crew for an immaculately clean and welcoming stay. Your hospitality was awesome and you are what makes this such a wonderful stay!

My husband and I spent 2 nights here - everything was wonderful! Our room had everything we needed including an outside patio with views of 4 mountains. The 3 course breakfasts were very good with several choices each morning. Afternoon cookies and the 4-5:00 cheese plates were great! They have 3 hummingbird feeders that were being used very often. The pool was beautiful and every room has pool robes and pool towels for guests to use, separate from in-room robes and towels. The only small negative was tiny flies that were annoying but didn't bite and then later on in the day, some mosquitoes would find us. The B&B has a very welcoming living room, several breakfast tables with places for different numbers of people and all great views, and a cozy library where we spent a few hours. Loved being there!

I am uncertain if 2 bed rooms are available , but the website for Canyon Villas should show room configuration options. Canyon Villas is in the village of Oak Creek, and Sedona is a pretty 8-10 mile drive to the west on Route 179.

Is it possible to get Pink Jeep Tours from your location or do you offer private tours?
Answer from Raj Bose

Thanks for your interest. Normally you would check-in for your PInk Jeep tour at their headquarters in uptown Sedona. However, on occasion they have agreed to pick guests up here at the Canyon Villa. This depends upon their schedule and customer load for a given day. We also have a private tour guide whom we highly recommend for riding and/or hiking tours of the back roads and trails. Either way, we are more than happy to assist you with these arrangements.
