We arrived in the Sedona area in the dark after a long day of driving. Hotel was easy to find and located in Oak Creek, which is FAR less crowded and congested than Sedona itself. Our room was on the second floor and I had booked a room with a fireplace and a view of Bell Rock. After our long, tiring day, I was a little disappointed that we didn't seem to have the view we were promised, but I was so tired, I just wanted to eat dinner and go to bed. Imagine my surprise in the morning when I stepped out the door to the most gorgeous view of Bell Rock directly across from our room!! It was unbelievable how the night sky masked all the beauty of our surroundings. Although it rained during the majority of our 2 days in Sedona. we did have a chance to explore this amazing area. We saw dozens of really nice hotels on our drive through, but we definitely felt that we booked the right place for our budget and our desire to stay away from crowds. The Wildflower Inn was clean, had a very comfortable bed, plenty of space, a nice fireplace which we used both nights we stayed there, and had really nice smelling soap and shampoo in the room. There were many places to eat within a short drive. This was a perfect hotel for us and we will definitely recommend to others.

Our son and daughter in law live nearby so we come to
Sedona a few times a year. We have stayed at several other lower priced motels (is anything lower priced in Sedona) and then tried Wildflower this time. Everything was super clean, you could tell it was recently remodeled and the photos do not do it justice. We got the Cozy King because my husband has mobility issues and it was one of the nicest handicapped bathrooms we have ever been in. Huge, well thought out, etc. He is not in a wheelchair, but you could tell someone in a wheelchair could have easily navigated the whole foom. Bed and pillows were comfy and abundant, there were night stands both with several charging stations and electrical sockets, a nice desk and chair, an awesome TV that our "old eyes" could see from our bed without glasses! This is where we will definitely stay the next time we visit our kids.

We had a two queen size room spacious & clean. The bed mattress on the firm side. Mini refrig & microwave served our needs for making meals. Close to Slim Shady & bell rock trail head. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Laundry on site total of $5 for a load of wash & drying.

Stayed two nights, immediately heard water in bathroom, toilet wouldn’t stop running, lifted lid , tried to fix, only way was to shut off water, front desk said no plumber for several days, only other room heater isn’t working , we can refund your money. I opted later that day to negotiate s discount, I accepted and merely turned water on and off after each use, Tuesday morning stopped in office, told them about previous guests used bath towel hanging on bathroom door and Also I did not need maid service, there were no do not disturb signs, coffee in lobby office was empty, manager marguerite assured me my receipt would be available at checkout, they would not give me a receipt. I was assured the room had been paid for allready, my card I presented would be used only for incidentals, wrong , after I left the charge came thru again! Evidently when I booked? They charged someone else’s card? Still not certain everything is correct. Received 24 emails on February 22 showing my receipt! Hotel needs help, run down , lack of management experience in running a motel.

The Wildflower Inn gives you what it promises. Big rooms, well-furnished and clean, which have clearly been recently modernised. Free wifi, a largeTV, and coffee-making facilities in the room. Ample, free parking. The Inn is quite basic, but adequate. No breakfast, and it is minimally staffed - one receptionist, and the reception is closed/unstaffed overnight until 0700.

The location is great, and the views (Bell Rock) are amazing. There's nearby access to many hiking trails. It's within close walking distance to Oak Creek Village restaurants, including good coffee shops which open early morning (from 0630). We were perfectly satisfied.

All hotels in and around Sedona seemed to be very expensive when we were travelling (early May), and we paid around USD 300 a night for the cheapest rooms at the Wildflower Inn! This was very expensive for what is essentially a 2* motel. But it was the cheapest we could find in the locality.

Thank you Margarita, Allen. you both provided excellent service and attention to my needs while my stay in Sedona. The room was spacious cozy and had a bathtub jacuzzi. My experience was surreal. during my second week i was unable to travel out due to covid and the owner George was understanding enough to give me a discount to stay for additional days. Allen also was attentive to my needs he placed a fireplace for me on the first floor. the front desk super friendly..There is a supermarket near by. Less than 8 minute drive to bell rock or court house. what a view! The room also had a mini fridge and a microwave. carpet floor and a full size king bed. T.V Thank you Staff, i will be return next time for a romantic getaway.

Location: Conveniently located outside of the town centre, with a bonus of being at close view and walking distance of the vortex site of Bell Rock. A laundry is located downstairs and pizza place and gas station located next door.

Parking is good and if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues request a ground floor room.

Our room (211) was nice with comfortable beds, a fireplace, small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. No dust. The bathroom was tight but had amenities.

Main drawback was the floor of the room was black with grime ( white socks killer) and although I requested that the floor be mopped/ cleaned, it never happened and I had to clean it myself. Given that an already dirty (floor) towel had been folded and left when we checked in, it would seem that mopping is not a normal part of cleaning.

While we left our shoes inside the door, Management may consider placing rubber mats inside the room for guests.

No joke this place has the best views for a reasonable price. Sedona is a pricy town and most hotels were higher in price. Wildflower inn was great for its location and proximity to the hiking trails and Uptown Sedona. We went in the winter so the rooms are kept very warm to the point you might want to wear shorts. Otherwise, I would stay there again for my next visit.

This motel failed to meet even the most basic needs. While clean, quiet and well located with an awesome TV, the mattress was uncomfortable, the coffee pot did not work (it was replaced upon request) and neither did the hair dryer (it was not). Also, the bathroom lighting was poor. While the hotel's COVID policy is not to clean the room unless asked, it was not communicated to us until we asked the second time despite a 4 night stay. The rates charged are simply not justified, even for a holiday weekend. The WF has much work to do.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, technically outside of Sedona which really just meant we were away from the traffic jam of the main street and we’re only about 15 minutes away from the center of town. The location is perfect for a view of Bell rock as well as close enough to walk to the trail head. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby… Hotel was clean, quiet, and the front desk was extremely helpful! We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and come back on our next trip!

Lorenzo E asked a question Mar 2022
Is this hotel haunted ?
Answer from ovis a
My wife and I stayed here and we felt like it was definitely haunted. When we were going to bed, she asked me if i'd tapped her on the back while she was laying there. I told her it was just probablyt her imagination. Then after she'd fallen asleep, i felt someone tap on my back! The room also had a really ugly feeling about it. We both had strange, violent dreams that night.

Cannot help here as we stayed on the ground floor and had neither a fireplace or Jacuzzi in the room. Still a good place to stay at if in the Sedona area.
