There was construction 9-5 preventing my child's naps, which was not corrected until our departure date despite a room change. The indoor pool was too cold to attempt entering. The bathtub was in terrible shape and paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Our second room due to requested change from construction reeked of carpet freshener.

Establishment is beautiful and rooms were very clean. Indoor pool was lovely, albeit the water temperature could've been a tad warmer. Kids were totally fine though. They had a poor attitude when addressing my complaints. The pool was unusable and the staff did not even attempt to address it. I would not recommend this hotel. I was there as a special treat for my grandson who lost his father and to see the disappointment on his face was heartbreaking.

Not good we addressed that the room was hot before we went to the wedding reception got to hotel it took them until 3am to fix the problem. In the early morning there was a loud construction sound that woke me up I had a terrible migraine I wasn't even able to sleep.

We were never notified of a kosher event going on prior to booking. Our family traveled to reunite with family members for a memorial mass,only to find out we could not use any of the facilities! Enjoyed our stay. There were not many hotels to choose from while visiting with family in Bayshore. This was a great pick. Great pool. Staff was very helpful snd friendly. Will definitely stay threre again

Great looking Hotel and lots of Parking. The Guest room was cold. Even when maintenance was called the heat coils where not functioning. Front desk staff did not want to switch rooms without a managers approval even thou none where on hand. And we had kids.
