Dirty, gross, and damaged. Pool was filthy. I would not even get in the dirty hot tub. They charge 20 a day to park in their own hotel lot. It advertised buffet breakfast and that was a lie. Staff was rude and the area was dangerous.

Came here for a hockey tournament, customer service at the front desk was great when we checked in...There was a massive line up to check in as I think everyone came at the same time and surprised them haha...They handled it like champs!! Line moved fast after 3 worker came to work the front counter. My room was very clean as I had 2 Queen beds. Large fridge in the room was night. But for the price I paid $333.59 CAD for 2 nights was pretty crazy for the off season and a group rate for the tournament...Just another hotel that has a bar attached to it...Oh and a pool and hot tub that I didn't try...Thanks for the weekend!!! CHEERS!!!

I found in on Google, the price showing was different at the desk. Room was dirty, nobody perform a daily housekeeping, a long hair found it at lavatory sink, carpet stinks Free Breakfast at the lobby was terrible Never in my life found the lack of service in this hotel, don’t provide a free ticket breakfast when is not such a thing, I don’t mind to pay for my own food, foolish people is not nice, this management not meet the customer service standard, this attitude is worst and worst Quality Inn is out of my list in service, for this insignificant experience, never will stay in Quantity Inn

Location, two blocks from the border. Location, walking distance to the American and Bridal Falls. Location, has a Papa Johns pizza place right in the building. Small indoor pool. Pillows are good. Parking is $20 per night. Now for the rest of the story that no one will tell you. They will not clean your room unless you ask them 3 days in a row, and then they just make the beds and replace the towels. No wiping anything, no replacing toilet paper. The shower is something I would have my enemies shower in, mold, mildew, gross, outrageously gross, and disgusting filth. The bed had three metal protruding pieces that will cut you or your kids when you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I am adding pictures in here so you do not have to take my word for how horrible this hotel is. Please do not, I repeat, do not stay at this horrible hotel. The bathroom has mold and mildew that has not been cleaned in years! I want all my money back. What a scam of a hotel!

Lobby walls are covered in posters, staff at the front counter is unfriendly. Hallways are dark and dirty, carpets are stained. I didn't take shoes off during the entire stay. Bathroom shower was full of black mold. Pool water was cloudy and unkept. Moved, ran, to a different hotel first thing in the morning. Definitely not worth a visit no matter proximity to the falls or price. Completely overpriced for what it offers.

It was a good value for the price. Parking is free, and breakfast is included in the price. The staff was courteous and helpful. Walking distance to the Niagara Falls National Park makes walking easier for night illumination and fireworks. You will find some food trucks from the hotel on your way to the park. They also have "Papa John's" pizza at the property, making ordering dinner at late hours more effortless and more convenient when picking it up.

Shabby is giving it too much credit, room was supposedly handicap accessible, door assist did not work, made door extremely difficult to open, bathroom had a pocket door that was clumsy and very difficult to use, shower had mold in ties, shower floor had zero non slip assistance, view of Brickell was lovely, breakfast served in the facility gameroom, apparently cleaned once a month, sometimes, bed was comfortable, location very desirable. Parking was a major issue,

Horrible stay. First when I booked this hotel parking was included, but when we checked in they changed they policy few days ago, charging over $20 per day for parking. Looks like they are here to squeeze every penny out of the customers.. Rooms.. dirty, horrible smell from some kind a chemical, windows dirty, mold on ceiling, dirt on floors… If you want to ruin your stay in Niagara Falls, or recommend hotel to your enemy, this motel is way to go..

Hubby And I decided to have a little getaway weekend to Niagara Falls we found the cheapest hotel to stay at the quality inn suites, but was not really the suites. I was expecting something a little nicer, not something extravagant but for the price we paid a little nicer you definitely get what your moneys worth for a two night stay it was around 600 bucks but what I Gotta say is the location the location is probably right on spot where everything is in walking distance, yeah the hotel itself is a little overcrowded. They have a nice little bar but when you get into your room, the bed is not very comfortable and when we went back from our Niagara Falls trip, we decided to take a cat nap and all the sudden the fire alarm went off and it was loud as heck in our rooms not in the hallway, but in our rooms, so it definitely woke us up The breakfast was not up to par. If they say that they have a free continental breakfast pretty much got down there probably around 9 AM and all I was able to get was cream cheese. they did have a waffle maker, but there was a line to even get a waffle The juice was not even juice It was water down juice Also, when they showed pictures of the hot tub and pool, it definitely made it bigger than what it really was which was also really overcrowded the rooms could’ve been a lot more cleaner but at least I didn’t find any bugs staff was okay

Booked online - was welcomed and handed the keycards, they didn’t work, and after three replacement of cards, the door opened - from the inside since it was occupied. Then we were “upgraded” to a suite that wasn’t cleaned and where the bedsheets were missing.
