Hotel's Favourite
Came here for a hockey tournament, customer service at the front desk was great when we checked in...There was a massive line up to check in as I think everyone came at the same time and surprised them haha...They handled it like champs!! Line moved fast after 3 worker came to work the front counter.
My room was very clean as I had 2 Queen beds. Large fridge in the room was night. But for the price I paid $333.59 CAD for 2 nights was pretty crazy for the off season and a group rate for the tournament...Just another hotel that has a bar attached to it...Oh and a pool and hot tub that I didn't try...Thanks for the weekend!!! CHEERS!!!

We booked this hotel due to the close proximity to where the meet was being held but I guess you learn from your mistakes. We booked three rooms and one the hot water didn’t work in the shower and another the rugs were dirty and the bathroom vent was caked with dirt. The rooms were booked for two nights and on the second dat the beds were made and that was about the extent of the cleaning. The carpeting in the hallways also need to be cleaned or replaced. We all went out to the falls for the evening and when we returned we had to park about a block away as the parking spots right at the hotel were taken and one of the party is handicapped. They have a bar that had a band playing and as a result even the overflow lot was nearly full. The person at the desk stated that she had no way of knowing whose vehicle was for a hotel guest of just someone at the bar. We travel extensively and this palls in comparison to other places we have stayed. I can assure you that if we travel to Niagara Falls again this hotel will not be part of our intinerary nor should it be yours.

As NY State has pretty much reopened after the pandemic, we decided to make a trip to Niagara Falls, NY. This hotel was reasonably priced for a Memorial Day weekend stay and was within walking distance to the falls and other attractions. There is also an onsite gift shop, pool & Papa John's Pizza, The staff was accommodating and allowed us to check in a little early. Our room was clean, though the property is in need of a bit of renovation. The bathroom was painfully small. Due to COVID, staff does not clean your room each day.
Despite having free parking, hotel has parking issues. When their 2 small lots are full, guests are directed to a nearby municipal parking garage that is a nightmare to get out of and has a lot of trash and debris. Placing your hotel parking identification tag on your dash will eliminate the need to pay a fee at this garage. If you are arriving by car, be sure to check-in early to ensure that you get an onsite parking spot and plan your comings and goings around check-in and check-out times to avoid the sketchy parking garage.

Avoid at all costs. Don’t know when common areas were last cleaned. Dirty diaper left by the pool by a guest was still there 24 hrs later. Staff apathetic. Room filthy. Window leaked (see picture - I was awake for two hours listening to the dripping). Only thing going for it is location. Hot tub smelled like sour milk and looked like it too. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty for over 24 hrs. Floor in the room was dirty. We checked out early because I’d rather pay to leave than stay another night. Besides, after the third time having to get our room keys reprogrammed during our one night stay we couldn’t risk being locked out.

This place is disgusting parking lot is very tiny and spaces are very narrow and very limited the front desk workers are very kind and courteous but you can tell they're understaffed and disorganized we ran into around a half-dozen different families unable to enter their rooms because the door handles are on backward you have to put your keycard in and pull the handle up and push to get in your room we ran into family's holding babies out in the hallway for a long time trying to Simply enter the room the front desk notifies no one of this. Our room was clean the water pressure is subpar our bathroom door never shut tv worked occasionally the beds are comfortable and the floors do seem to be clean there's only one small garbage can in the entire room so make sure you bring extra plastic bags there's only one ice maker per floor and the hallways are very long dark and stink like urine and cigarettes those were the high points compared to breakfast. The continental breakfast consisted of Frozen Bagels Frozen biscuits or muffins and waffle makers. You make your own waffles and later that night we noticed that the waffle makers were still filthy from breakfast that morning .There was not enough of any type of hot food they had two small trays of sausage and eggs for dozens and dozens of people the floor is sticky the garbage is overflowing and it's just generally the worst breakfast I've ever seen at a budget hotel
They ran out of food with a line of people coming out the door and didn't even acknowledge it it is also very hot in the breakfast area and by all means do not use the bathroom right outside the breakfast room
IT is the filthiest thing I've ever been it's worse than an outhouse hot no air no ventilation
Whatsoever. iT smells like sewage the plus side is very great location walking distance to all the falls and that's it. Don't stay here . Don't do it if you love your family .You shouldnot stay here it's way overpriced .oh and also the pool is disgusting still cold stale cold stinky water not a heated pool not a heated pool don't plan on relaxing in the hot tub there was all tons of little kids in various states of undress .Yeah that was weird .go elsewhere !!!!!enjoy your stay in Niagara Falls it's awesome here!!!

While the location is very nice, close to everything, that’s the only good thing I have to say about it. Place was dark and dingy, rooms had stained bedding and towels. Bathroom door was coming off the hinges and barely closed. Shower had hair in it. Only 2 towels and washcloths for a booking of 4. Windows were stained with a white calcification. Coffee maker was filthy. The book in the room with floor plan and ads for local attractions was stained also, and last updated in 2017. The TV channel listing in the book were wrong and while the TV had HBO that wasn’t what was on that channel unless HBO now has commercials. Breakfast was offered which I hoped would redeem some of the problems, but it didn’t. They offered cereal, yoghurt, apple or orange juice, or a microwave egg and sausage sandwich, or cheese omelet. With no instructions I tried the sandwich microwaved it for 30 seconds then turned it over and microwaved it for another 30 seconds. Croissant was screaming hot, cheese melted, egg and sausage still frozen solid. Pool and hot tub looked nice but when we went to use the hot tub it was full of kids and pool toys and the pool had the adults hanging out.
On the the plus side the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning while noisy worked, and the TV, and mini fridge worked as expected.
The room was approximately $100 less than others we looked at, but in hindsight the other places would have been worth the extra money.

Hubby And I decided to have a little getaway weekend to Niagara Falls we found the cheapest hotel to stay at the quality inn suites, but was not really the suites. I was expecting something a little nicer, not something extravagant but for the price we paid a little nicer you definitely get what your moneys worth for a two night stay it was around 600 bucks but what I Gotta say is the location the location is probably right on spot where everything is in walking distance, yeah the hotel itself is a little overcrowded. They have a nice little bar but when you get into your room, the bed is not very comfortable and when we went back from our Niagara Falls trip, we decided to take a cat nap and all the sudden the fire alarm went off and it was loud as heck in our rooms not in the hallway, but in our rooms, so it definitely woke us up The breakfast was not up to par. If they say that they have a free continental breakfast pretty much got down there probably around 9 AM and all I was able to get was cream cheese. they did have a waffle maker, but there was a line to even get a waffle The juice was not even juice It was water down juice Also, when they showed pictures of the hot tub and pool, it definitely made it bigger than what it really was which was also really overcrowded the rooms could’ve been a lot more cleaner but at least I didn’t find any bugs staff was okay

+1
This location is a very depressed area and the hotel has been maintained at a similar level. Many things around are abandoned and boarded up, very little to do for food around the area. It did not feel safe due to the condition of everything around. The parking onsite was very limited but there was a garage next store included in the rate. They said the garage was monitored, and specifically stated you have to have hotel slips to enter and exit, and yet there was zero attendance and we had to leave our car overnight in what seemed to be an abandoned and unsecured garage. The breakfast was a joke, a gallon of milk in a fridge, and if you were willing to wait for the one microwave you could have a frozen sandwich. Room was dirty. Bed was comfortable and the falls are walking distance, but a $280 room it certainly is not. Wait until you can stay in Canada, apparently that’s what everyone does.

I wish I saw these reviews before bringing my children here. The location is convenient, however there's VERY limited parking, to which you are then sent about 2 blocks down the road, to a sketchy, disgusting parking garage. There are no signs to the hotel from the garage. Eventually ended up walking 2 blocks back to the hotel - outdoors, with all of our bags. Hotel is very dated. Don't be fooled by the Papa John's.... there's also a random bar and both are open to the street for anyone to access. The pool is way smaller than the pictures. The room keys are wonky... difficult to enter, then the door doesn't latch well. Rooms smelled like urine or someone snuck in a pet. Room is filthy. I have not even decided if I want to shower here. Im truly embarrassed... I wanted to bring my daughter and her friend here on a whim and this is not what I expected for spending $140. There's a much nicer hotel option across the street. I unfortunately arrived within 15 mins of an event and didn't want to switch hotels at 10pm when I came back. I will never return here.

You get what you pay for, I'm a connoisseur of cheap hotels. The rooms and beds were just fine, location was very convenient for touring the falls. That being said, this was truly the worst hotel breakfast I've had, out of every bargain hotel I've been to. Sticky floors and messy in general, incredibly limited options. Waffle machines were crowded because it was the only hot entree other than half frozen mini bagels that you could toast. If you went to an underfunded public school, it will be very familiar. If you want to explore Niagara on a budget, the walking distance location is awesome, just don't count on breakfast.

I stayed on July 9th & 10th ago and proof of vaccination was not required.
There is a no smoking policy here.
Yes it is on US side and as for breakfast we went around Christmas time and it is a slow season they have a restaurant there but it was closed bc of slow season so they just had hard donuts and muffins
An easy 5 minute walk.
