On November 12, we entered room 109 and 110. The rooms are very dirty. hair everywhere, dirty sinks. I went into the shower with a child in room 110, the water does not go down the drain. Somehow washed it in the sink. In the morning I turned on the shower in room 109, I thought I’d bathe normally there, and it’s the same there. I don’t recommend this place.
Got the 2 queen suite. Room was clean. Staff very nice. Reasonably priced. We were able to walk to everything! Legends Bar in the hotel was nice to hang in after a long day. Played darts, shot some pool and had some drinks. Fun enjoyable weekend! Thanks for the hospitality.
Wow, the parking can be a nightmare at the motel. If you park your car in the back you are good. We just left our car there in the same spot because we didn't want to move it. The motel needs some updating, however it was close to the falls. It was convenient to walk to the falls and places to eat and shop. The gift store was good and the worker was very friendly and very helpful. She explained where the falls were and how to get there and advise about the area. She lived there all her life, so she was extremely helpful. The prices of their souvenirs were cheaper there as well. The breakfast at the hotel was good as well.
I do not recommend going in September as almost everything was closed after Labor Day. The weather was rainy & chilly most of the time. The Falls were beautiful, especially the lighting at night. I also do not recommend Quality Inn at the Falls. Was in need of some TLC & updating. 5 stars for the Falls but 1 star for Quality Inn.
Very unfortunate stay in Niagara NY. Sadly, we would have been better to stay on the CN side, it definitely appears cleaner and better maintained than the US side. This hotel needs to be inspected by the city/county/state public health dept. Very unsafe!
The room was full of flies, the carpet was filthy. In the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling revealing mold. We booked a suite because we had our grown son with us. The fold-out in the outer room was a joke. It was a broken-down dirty futon. Breakfast was served at the pizza counter on the first floor. While they did provide cereal, juice, milk very cold bagels out of the freezer, and waffle makers their setup made it difficult for many guests to have access. The seating for breakfast was dirty and smelly. Corporate did respond to my concerns with a few points.
The hotel is in downtown. Check in was a nightmare took almost an hour to get in and then they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet had to go back down stairs and get another room. rooms are ok not nothing exciting found blood on the top blanket and there was blood on the wall in the bathroom next to the toilet. The person that checked us in was very nice that is why I gave it a 2 star. For the price it is not worth it. The next problem was parking they have maybe 20 or 30 spots on site then you have to go 2 or 3 blocks away to park and you have to pay then you have to wait in line again to get them to validate it. so ridiculous since we have a handicap person with us. It is way to much trouble. then when we went to get our showers in the morning there was no hot water, so that was not a good experience either. so all in all it is not worth $200.…
Spent 2 nights, pros: takes only 15 minutes to walk to see the falls, ride maid of mist, and take $3 tram to goats island to stand between these majestic falls, and cave of the winds if you're adventurous! Parking is free, but at a garage where can only use floors 3- 5. And 1/2 block away from hotel. Housekeeping little lacking, had stain on to bedspread, some soap scum bottom of shower glass door, and clogged sink, but beyond that it was a nice stay, I would recommend, but look when entering room for cleanliness. Thanks for reading. Enjoy!
Difficult to find acceptable lodgings in Niagara Falls NY. We though this was our best bet. 450 $ CND or 350 USD for a very simple 2 queen beds room. It is tired and not well kept. if you sit on one side of the bed, the whole other side lifts. It seems broken somehow. Linens and bed cover were stained. Mold in the bathroom and door frames broken and shredded. We reserved for 4, and only towels for 1. We called for some and didn't receive any, so we went downstairs and asked for 3 sets. They said it was the last 3 they had. From seeing the other reviews now, I guess that was a lie. Reception at arrival was nice. We didn't see anyone else; or found anyone at the included breakfast, which had a typical variety of offers: cereals, toast, eggs, sausages, waffles and oatmeal. Location was excellent. We actually could see some of the fireworks from our room. Parking was a few blocs away, but we had no issues. Hubby dropped me at the hotel and went to park... We didn't try the pool as we had limited time. Even in the US, for 350 $ I expect a lot better. Would not recommend.…
DO. NOT. STAY. There is absolutely no where to park, the staff is VERY rude. When entering the hotel it’s obviously not kept up well. When entering our room our sheets were dirty, stuff on the bathroom floor, and no towels. When asking the front desk for towels, she said “these are the last 3 in the entire hotel.” DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.
