The cleanliness of the room was like a unmotivated teenager cleaned it. The major parts seemed cleaned, but after further review it was not. I used multiple cleaning wipes all over the room and it was nasty. Did not want house keeping but there was no Do Not Disturb sign. Didn't even need the sign because they didnt do much. One day they only made the bed, while leaving 2 dirty wet towels on the bathroom floor Those same towels did not get changed the next day either. The front desk staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good. The overall stay was not bad for the price, but would be a much better rating with some cleaning/cleaning staff.

I stayed 1 night as a solo traveler to attend a competition in Buffalo. Although my drive was 20 minuets from the venue I was delighted that my room was exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The free breakfast was good no frills but had a variety of both warm and cold items to chose from. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The management was very helpful in rearranging our needed check-in date in number of days we were staying. They were very polite about it and we really appreciated it. It looks like the rooms have been recently updated with new paint, flooring and countertops. The beds and Windham bedding are very comfortable. The breakfast area had decent and typical offerings, but needs to be rearranged and redesigned because it is very crowded and difficult to get to the counter where the food is.

We checked into our room on Friday. Unpacked the car and headed to the casino. When got back to the hotel we all went to bed. Usually we pull the sheets back to check them but we didn't this night. BIG MISTAKE, the sheets were filthy. I went an spoke to the front desk gal, who was very nice. She let the housekeeper know and that we would need new sheets, towels, washcloths, and garbage taken out. Come back to the hotel after spending the day at Nigara Falls, the beds were made, trash was not taken care of, now we have ants in the room, no towels, washcloths, or hand towels. By now I am very upset. I went down and spoke to another desk clerk who was also very nice who got the manager as the gentlemen introduced himself to me as (later to find out he was the owner) and came down sprayed our room for ants, brought us 4 bath towels. My sister took the trash out because he didn't. Later I went down to ask about washcloths and hand towels, the owner told me that they were in the washer. Gave him the benefit of the doubt ONLY to find out he lied, his laundry lady walked out and quit mid shift. Never received washcloths or hand towels. This owner compensated me $15 for this disgusting stay. Don't waste your money on this hotel. The only nice thing about it was the two desk clerks that were working there.

I wasn’t expecting much when I booked, but I was pleasantly surprised! The online check-in and check-out process was very convenient. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and even gave us the great news that our room had been upgraded to a two king-size bed room. The room was HUGE! It had a slight smell when we first walked in, but it cleared up after opening the window. The washroom was spotless, and the room had a separate couch area, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, TV, and more. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained. They offer a decent Continental breakfast between 7 am and 9 am, and I appreciated the personal touch when they texted to check how we were doing and if we needed anything. Overall, I’d give it a 9/10!

Very decent motel on Niagra Falls Blvd about 20 minutes drive to the falls. We were passing through from Ohio to Massachusetts and stopped for the night. We also wanted to see Niagra Falls. It was a perfect room for us, under $200, clean, great staff, safe and quiet.

Gross and like a zoo!!! The tub was full of dirt hair and chunks a bath soap. There was not one single towel in our room, which was a sweet, when we arrived we had to asked for towels for are room but never received. Me and my family did not fall asleep till 3 AM from the constant, banging, screaming and fighting all night long. This place was a crack den and should be condemned. The staff was annoyed that I even ask About the tub being so dirty.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BOOK HERE!! 0/10 @240$ a night 🤢

Very basic hotel/motel. Clean ish but the smell of whatever chemicals they use to clean was very offensive. I could taste it and couldn't eat or drink in the room because everything tasted like that smell. Staff was good, breakfast included was good. Was fine for what I needed it for, but wouldn't likely stay there again.

I was mostly pleased with the hotel. The one thing that I didn't like is the handicap accessible room does not have a wheelchair shower or seat shower. If your in a wheel chair and can not stand then you cannot shower. I would recommend putting in new showers.

Not too close. Bear in mind we spent an extra day in Niagara Falls because this location's airport shuttle didn't show up and we missed our flight. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating, but to have your customers miss flights because of a shuttle no show is inexcusable. Stay somewhere else.
Breakfast available was pancakes, bagels, muffins, cereal. Also juice and coffee available. Didn't stay in a Jacuzzi suite, but a couple we were with described it as a "1970's nightmare".
