The staff at this hotel are nothing less than beautiful humans. Check in was a breeze and the young woman was nice enough to call our room to verify that everything was okay. You don't typically see that kind of service these days and I fully appreciate it. Our room was good. The jacuzzi tub was nice after a day of shopping. The outlet mall is literally 5 minutes away. In fact this location is rather perfect. It's not only right near the thruway but quite literally near anything that you could need including restaurants and grocery stores. About the only two complaints that I have are that the last occupants must have had some sort of glitter bomb because the room had little colored stars all over the place. It's near impossible to get this stuff even with frequent vacuuming and the walls are really thin, also not the hotels fault but because of the location of our room you could hear every time the doors going outside were shut but they are kind enough to provide a set of earplugs and I probably should have used them.

Visited this hotel during the covid-19 pandemic. We reached late in the night and had to call the hotel to get someone to the reception. Check-in was easy. The room was not too bad. Had all the amenities listed and seemed clean enough. We did sanitize the high touch areas just to be safe. Wifi didn't work using the regular last name and room number combination that works at Hilton brand hotels. They did provide me with a promo code value, that made the wifi work. We didn't really go anywhere in the hotel except for our room. Breakfast was a To-Go bag with a couple of items (fruit, muffin, etc). They did have hot coffee and orange juice packs were provided if you asked for it. Once we asked for a fresh pair of towels, and they didn't have any, so we were given pool towels. Overall the experience wasn't bad, but not good either.

You would think with Covid that they would be cleaning this hotel more it was disgusting the pool was all reserved the night and when I told the staff we rented this hotel because they had a pool his response was well you can stay somewhere else The breakfast that was supposed to be hot was a couple things thrown in a brown bag (nutrigrain bar and an appl) The carpets were gross our bathroom was dirty and very little toilet paper on the roll dust all over in the room dirty towels and trash in the hall all night Dirty tissues on the floor of the elevator all day and through the next night the garbage out front was overflowing onto the ground this place is a mess

First off, I’m definitely not one to complain, I know that’s what everyone says but really, I’m not. I understand everything going on with Covid but I have worked in this industry and upon walking in saw no plexiglass separating the guests from the front desk workers (we were told it was too expensive to order) none of the staff had masks on either. Next up, no sweets in the sweet shop or vending machines anywhere. The elevator was absolutely coated in finger prints and anyone looking around for more than two seconds would see the disgusting neglect of the cleaning staff. There was a solid layer of dust atop the mini fridge within our room. When we went to go to the pool there was a family with a “service dog in training” (we talked to the family and that’s what they told us) all IN the pool. The dog was IN the pool with them. And here’s the kicker, the door to our room didn’t lock. We complained to the front desk because that’s a huge safety hazard. They showed up and told us “just pull up on the doorknob when you close it” that still didn’t work, so we went for 2 nights with unlocked doors. The person staying in the room beside ours said they had the same problem and that they feared for the safety of their daughter. The only redeeming part was the kindness of some of the staff like Judy. She was wonderful!
