We stayed in the Sheffield Suites which were gorgeous and well-kept. Jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. We ended up having breakfast and dinner at the Red Coach for the two days that we were there -- delicious aged steaks and fine cocktails!

We have never stayed on the American side of the Falls and I am so glad we did. This hotel is gorgeous, clean, spacious rooms, clean and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect. We could walk to the Falls and Goat Island. The breakfast was perfect with a great selection of fantastic options. We would...

We stayed in the Portsmouth room for our 2nd anniversary. Lovely room, very quiet, had a nice Jacuzzi tub which was perfect after a long day of walking around the falls. Great location - easy walking distance to the American Falls and Goat Island. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We arrived late and a woman who actually worked...

We stayed in a suite for Valentines . We had a nice dinner and the ceasar salad was the best I have had in awhile. We love the Olde English decor and the Suites are so comfortable. This place has the best location in the Falls. Breakfast was wonderful and the chef himself came around to ask how everything was,...

We toyed with the idea of staying on the Canadian side of the Falls but so glad we made this choice. I LOVED the US side and this hotel made it even better. It's a much quieter (yet plenty to see and do) than the Canadian side. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable. The breakfasts and...

A nice Inn right on the river. The rooms are a bit dated but clean & the bed was super comfy. A short walk to the American Falls. Then another scenic walk to Horseshoe Falls, across into Canada. Easy to cross the border by foot, there was a long line of cars both ways.

The Inn is very nice and the story of the haunted Inn is very interesting. The free breakfast was just satisfactory. Biggest problem was the loud night activity until after 1:00 a.m. There is no manager on duty after 9 so it took many calls to finally get the noise to stop. Very close to the American Falls which was...

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it! It is always our goal to provide an excellent stay for all of our guests. Our hotel does not have a quiet hours policy. Typically this time of year it is rather quiet at our Inn, due to it being our off season. However, in our attempts to accommodate all of our...

5 stars all the way. Sent emails asking if there was anything special we needed. However there was nothing special needed as everything was thought of. We had a classical music playing on a Bose stereo, fruit + cheese platter, drinks/coffee+ of course the robes + English toiletries. The staff were phenomenal-friendly but not intrusive. The food is fantastic and...

Having grown up in the area, and having performed and rehearsed at this amazing establishment I decided to take my wife back as we supported my daughter at a cheerleading competition. I knew she would be impressed but that is mild compared to her reaction to the room, the dinner, and the breakfast. Everyone says...go to the Canadian side.......we say,...
