Great location and price point. Parking is convenient to the falls. Room was clean. Could see some of the falls out of our window. Breakfast was about what you would expect from a free breakfast. Lines were long but that was fine. We would stay here again. It’s convenient to downtown as well.

We are a family of 4 who stayed in 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. The rooms were clean, bedding was clean & nice, we like lots of pillows so 4 on each bed was also nice. The “to go” breakfast was a breakfast sandwich, pastry, juice & coffee that was well organized & perfect for us. You could walk from the hotel to the falls (& we did) and hear the falls from your room. The only complaint is that the toilet handle wouldn’t work in one of our rooms & my husband had to tweak it a couple of times. Overall, a great location that was clean & we’d definitely stay here again.

My husband, 12 year old and I stayed here on July 11 and 12th. The employees were super friendly and very employee greeted us warmly. Breakfast (even though a grab-n-go type) was great with microwavable breakfast sandwich, muffin and fruit. The hotel was very clean and updated. The location is right across the street from Niagara Falls State Park and walking distance to restaurants and shops. This makes it very easy to walk to everything. You can return to your room to cool off, rest, or grab something you forgot, easily. You do pay to park but was much cheaper than other hotels and we never had to move our car until we left. We were on the 6th floor facing the falls. You cannot see the falls, but you can see the Canadian skyline and the mist from the falls. I highly recommend this hotel!

First, You can't get a better location if you're here to see the falls. This hotel literally backs up ro the state park. Check in was both friendly and efficient. Parking is five dollars a day and you're given a placard to put on your dashboard that shows your dates. The room was very nice with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. We were told up front that housekeeping would not be entering the room during our two night stay. We were given a card to indicate anything we might need. This was to be put on the outside of the door and deliveries would be made there. The main downside was a squeaky a/c unit. This was reported at check out.

This inn was a good choice for our stay. Great location! Clean with Covid protocols in place. Yet the breakfast was super lame. While traveling during Covid times, we expect a reduced selection but this was a joke. Several other choice locations have cereal/oatmeal and muffins, but this location has coffee/tea/yogurt/muffin and that is all. If that’s all they provide, reduce the price. Also there was no where local open to go to breakfast otherwise. So if you stay here, bring breakfast. Finally and most importantly, when bringing this to the female managers attention, she obviously didn’t care. Very disappointed in her attitude!

Check-in was easy. The lady at the front desk was friendly and explained parking ($5 per night), breakfast and answered any questions I had. Because of covid, housekeeping did not come in to tidy the room during our stay. If we needed anything like toilet paper or towels we had to fill out a short checklist and hang it on the doorknob and the items would be provided for us. The lobby, hallways, and elevators were very clean. The room itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great since Niagara Fall State Park is directly across the street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with or without children.

Everything went well. From check in, to the spacious room, to the excellent front desk service, they went above and beyond to provide us with the safety, security following all Covid 19 protocols and excellent accommodations. They even allowed us to check out late without charge, due to a work conference call and offered a private room if needed beyond the extended check out time without a charge. WiFi connection is excellent. The location is perfect, you park and can walk every where. Felt very safe at all times. I highly recommend this Hotel, not only for being inside the State Park which is a great location, but for their customer service and accommodations!

The location is great. It is a small town and everything is within walking distance of any hotel, but the Comfort Inn is adjacent to the park which makes it ideal for strolling to Goat Island or over to the Maid of the Mist or walking the shoreline trail. Check-in was easy, and while there is no daily housekeeping, one can fill out a card for new towels, tissue, coffee packets, etc., and hang it on the door handle. Staff will then provide all those items. I wish I could have rated the hotel 4.85; I just could not give it a 5.0 with the very limited breakfast. The web site should be more clear that guests get a choice of egg and cheese, or egg, cheese and sausage biscuit, in a bag with an individually wrapped commercial danish and a piece of fruit. One heats the biscuit in the microwave. It is October 2021. We have traveled up and down the east coast this summer and hotels have gone back to providing a full buffet breakfast. I hope the Comfort Inn does, too. Otherwise, stop stating “free breakfast” as an amenity (with the footnote that it is grab-and-go. Thanks.

The location and the hot breakfast are the main draw for this comfort inn. Literally less than a ten minute walk to the rapids, maid of the mist, the observation tower, and right to the edge of the American falls. Calling the hotel direct is the best way to request a reservation and talk with a very friendly and knowledgeable front desk person. Thank you to Betty for your help and setting us up in a wonderful room with a view of the rapids and the rising mist from horseshoe falls. Room was very clean, comfortable beds, refrigerator, TV & coffee maker. Solid walls never heard any noise from neighbors, nice cool AC awesome night sleep. Arrived early, room wasn't available but we were able to park in the lot and go to the park. Two elevators service the 6 floors and there is very little wait time on it. Yes the hot breakfast is back and is very good. Eggs, home fries, sausage, danish, muffins, cereal, fruits, make your own waffles.juice,coffee,yogurt. It's just awesome. Attending staff all wearing masks and gloves thanks to COVID. They are very quick to refill selections and wipe down tables. Some reviews complain about it being held in the basement, but it's air-conditioned, clean, bright& convenient. And Good. Really can't say enough good things about this hotel. All staff is very friendly and attentive, just awesome. Lemon infused water is available in the lobby during the afternoon and evening, very cold. Hot coffee 24 hours all complimentary. Was able to check out and still stay in the lot to go to the park for the day. In all honesty for location service and a good night's rest you won't be disappointed with a stay at the Comfort inn the Point. Thanks again to Betty and the rest of the staff, we will look forward to spending another anniversary with you.

This hotel is the closest hotel to the park, specifically to Prospect Point. You literally walk past the gift shop and across one crosswalk and you are at the park. This is so convenient after the 10:00 fireworks to then walk back to the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a basic hotel room with 2 queen beds. There was a large fridge. The room was quiet. There is no maid service (unless requested), but you are able to fill out a form to request new towels, trash removal, etc. There is an included continental breakfast which we had not realized when we made the reservation. Very close to several restaurants, including Hard Rock Cafe. All of the staff members were attentive, personable and helpful. One staff member who went above and beyond was Betty. She helped to get our 2 rooms next to each other (as our family of 5 needed two hotel rooms). We would absolutely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.
