We are a family of 4 who stayed in 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. The rooms were clean, bedding was clean & nice, we like lots of pillows so 4 on each bed was also nice. The “to go” breakfast was a breakfast sandwich, pastry, juice & coffee that was well organized & perfect for us. You could walk from the hotel to the falls (& we did) and hear the falls from your room. The only complaint is that the toilet handle wouldn’t work in one of our rooms & my husband had to tweak it a couple of times. Overall, a great location that was clean & we’d definitely stay here again.
I choose this place because of the reviews and location. It wasn't crowded this time of year. The falls are a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are dated but clean. Staff was excellent. Breakfast is a breakfast sandwich and chewy bar plus coffee or juice. Much better than other places in time of covid. Do need to pay 5 dollars a night for parking.
Location is great for Niagara Falls. Easily walk to the Park, The Falls and Aquarium as well as food options and shopping. Stayed here based on Trip Advisor reviews and happy we did. The room was clean, and housekeeping options are available. Desk staff was very helpful.
I chose this hotel because it was the closest one to the park but also because I've been a happy Choice Hotels member for a long time. We hadn't been here in decades so we chose to stay 2 nites to catch up on the area. Check in was easy and the king room was clean and nice facing the Falls! We soon noticed that the walls between the rooms were very thin. We had to turn the TV volume up to compensate. Our neighbors were not really loud but it seemed that way on both sides! The TV remote took a long time to change channels compared to what we are used to and the guide button on the remote didn't show any helpful information. The heat/AC unit seemed unusually loud at times. All of the other room features were great The breakfast room was very nice and the selection was good considering the pandemic situation. All of the staff were very friendly and nice! I would highly recommend this Hotel while staying in the area…
Our spacious, clean and quiet sixth-floor room featured two comfy queen beds, fridge, free Wi-Fi and a nice view of the area. The complimentary breakfast (to-go due to COVID) consisted of coffee, juices, yogurt, danishes, muffins and doughnuts (one day). We loved that we could walk just across the street and be in the state park and stroll down to see all three waterfalls. We would recommend this place.
