On entrance into our room we were pretty impressed. The room was clean and had a light fresh scent. The hotel is super close to casino, and a short drive to outlet mall and the falls. Visited Niagara fall for a photographing projects , staying here for couple pf nights. It was really great room with 2 double beds which is comfy and clean. Went with friends to gamble and see the falls. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and quiet. I love the complimentary breakfast and wifi. biggest complaint was the size of the parking lot; small and the overflow lot is located in the back of the hotel. very pleasant stay

This hotel was ok. It's very typical, beds are comfortable. The pillows however are flat as a pancake, and no extra pillows were avsilable. If you're gonna stay here bring a pillow. The price was good and the room was clean.

Stayed November 21 to take advantage of the pre-Thanksgiving sales. The hotel was clean. Great breakfast with good choices. The hostesses were always checking to make sure that everything was full. Will stay again.

found bugs. told management, they offered to change our sheets only. found bugs again the next day and told same manager...they offered nothing. my child was pretty scuzzed out by this as they were in the bed. i didn't want to be a bother, but i really thought they should have offered a room change or a discount.

Between Christmas and New Year , it was a good stay with relaxing , good location for sight seeing of Falls and shopping Malls. I will stay again in this hotel for sure and will recommend to my Friends too.
