This was the worst experience I've had so far at any hotel. The lobby and hallways to the room were very dirty. There were streaks of dirt across the floor and a bag of garbage that just stayed in the hallway for two days of our stay. Upon arrival to our room, several light bulbs were blown out or flickering. The toilet was very dirty, and there was left over bowel movement all around the toilet rim and the toilet had no lid. Our sheets had brown and yellow mystery stains on them and my partner got a bunch of bug bites after sleeping in the bed. Some of the staff seemed socially averse and were kind of unusual. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. The hotel was very loud and hotel staff smoked underneath my windows every night so the room smelled like smoke. This area has some utilitarian places, but mostly fast food restaurants and even those are sub par (got a grilled chicken sandwich from Bob Evans and it was raw inside). Overall this was a terrible experience and would suggest sleeping in your car over staying in this place. It's really bizarre and uncomfortable.

It’s nothing what mention on description. Dirty, no service cleaning. Plus charges $100.00 in case of damages. I’m still waiting for my $100.00. I took photos before staying and went straight to the counter services and showed.

I am 45 years old and have never walked out of a hotel room in my life… until spending about 20 minutes here. The place is filthy! We were greeted with with a rundown building and thought, don’t judge the book by its cover. So, we entered a sweltering hot, smelly and dirty hallway( seriously would be shocked if a vacuum had visited the floors of the hotel this calendar year!) Then we opened the door to our room. Ok, very spacious. However, hairs in the mini fridge, someone else’s melted ice in the ice bin, baseboards dirty, unidentifiable schmuk on the walls, the AC was blowing so much dust and dirt into the room you could feel it. We peeked at the pool area; the water was so dirty I felt badly for the children who were swimming it, utterly gross! It took a few minutes to secure a room at another hotel for our stay. Then I called the front desk to request a refund; shocker, the phone receiver was crusted with lord knows what. Literally, the only positive thing to say is that they did agree to refund our money and we left.

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and on the first two nights we couldn’t sleep because of all the loud noises after midnight. The place grossed me out starting with path going up to the room everything was filthy. The bathroom had mold on the stool, the curtains had nasty sticky white stuff on it. The tiles in the bathroom were even falling out. The room had so much dust that made my allergies even worse. On the night of my birthday we heard more noise of someone fighting in the whole way and after a few minutes there was a white old lady at the door slamming hard clamming to be the front desk assistant. When we opened up the door this lady was on non matching pijamas and had a baseball bat on her hand. She was clamming that the noise was coming from our room and people next door where complaining. I can said this was the worst experience of my life after driving almost 8 hrs to get to the destination where we couldn’t even had a full night of rest.

To start the staff was very friendly and accommodating. But this is an old hotel and really showing her age. Paint is peeling off the walls. The rugs in room look tired. No smells and things were as clean as they could be. The biggest knock was that the day we left we could not shower because there was no hot water. We were trying to shower at 5 AM so I can’t imagine a lot of people were doing it at once. The bathrooms by the main desk are covered with graffiti and the sinks do not have running water. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. However paint is peeling off the ceiling. Overall you may save a few bucks but I’m not sure if that was worth it.

We stayed here for 2 nights on the 5th and 6th of July, and wouldn’t do so again. The place has gone downhill, it is dirty and the only good thing I can say about it was the comfortable bed. The safe in the room wouldn’t work, they fixed it then the battery died so still no safe. Cleanliness is very important to me and this place was bad, had to wear shoes or get dirty feet. We stayed 2 nights and any other hotel I have been in always made the bed and cleaned the washroom for a stay over, this one didn’t and we were very disappointed. Save your money and get something nicer, the price wasn’t that great either!!

Upon check in, we found bed bugs, hair on the bed and bugs on the wall. Hotel is disgusting and the parking is terrible if you can find a spot. If not, you walk two blocks to a parking deck, very inconvenient. I checked out fast and went to another hotel.

Location is good for shopping and close to shopping. All Quality Inns that we have stayed at offer a free breakfast. This one does not. My concern was the cleanliness of this Quality Inn. Rooms and hallways were not cleaned properly. Reception area was only area that looked clean. Air conditioners on the old side so they are noisy. When checking other review sites to see other comments, the same thing comes up. Not cleaned properly. We had ants on the window sill and in plastic cover on the air conditioner. They need to hire a cleaning manager that checks rooms when hey have been cleaned.

One of the filthiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. I stayed there last weekend during a family girls trip and we were all disgusted how poorly managed the place was. From the lobby to the room, dust, dirt, mold everywhere and dirtiest carpet I’ve seen in the hallways. The shower and bath sinks not working so you will be soaking in water while taking a shower. Don’t even think of going at the front desk for help, as most are rude and not interested in what you have to say. For people who wondered we payed 128$ for a double queen room so no it wasn’t the cheapest neither. So please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
