To start the staff was very friendly and accommodating. But this is an old hotel and really showing her age. Paint is peeling off the walls. The rugs in room look tired. No smells and things were as clean as they could be. The biggest knock was that the day we left we could not shower because there was no hot water. We were trying to shower at 5 AM so I can’t imagine a lot of people were doing it at once. The bathrooms by the main desk are covered with graffiti and the sinks do not have running water. The pool was nice as was the hot tub. However paint is peeling off the ceiling. Overall you may save a few bucks but I’m not sure if that was worth it.

We paid more than we normally pay for a room, but realize that prices are usually higher in well-visited tourist sites.

For what we paid, we expected to find a clean room. That was not the case. We found a hair and mold in the shower. Dirt was obvious throughout the place. The window was smeared with something or other.

Also, we had no bath towels. Luckily we noticed before one of us was ready to leave the shower.

Additional complains: the room slept 4, but there were only two chairs. There was a bedside table for only two of the four.

Though the front desk was overwhelmed with many people people checking in at the same time, we found the two young girls were very professional and efficient.
We were given a beautiful room instead of what we had originally booked at the same cost, which in turn help them solve a booking that needed another bed.
Parking is a bit of a shambles as it is extremely limited, unless you park quite aways. Even though the hotel will pay for this further parking garage, it's not the greatest to come back from at night time or when its raining/ snowing. I didnt feel comfortable as the whole street is very dark all the way back to the hotel. The hotel should ensure the safety of their clients if they are going to send them somewhere else.

We stayed here for 2 nights on the 5th and 6th of July, and wouldn’t do so again. The place has gone downhill, it is dirty and the only good thing I can say about it was the comfortable bed. The safe in the room wouldn’t work, they fixed it then the battery died so still no safe. Cleanliness is very important to me and this place was bad, had to wear shoes or get dirty feet.
We stayed 2 nights and any other hotel I have been in always made the bed and cleaned the washroom for a stay over, this one didn’t and we were very disappointed. Save your money and get something nicer, the price wasn’t that great either!!

One of the filthiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. I stayed there last weekend during a family girls trip and we were all disgusted how poorly managed the place was. From the lobby to the room, dust, dirt, mold everywhere and dirtiest carpet I’ve seen in the hallways. The shower and bath sinks not working so you will be soaking in water while taking a shower.

Don’t even think of going at the front desk for help, as most are rude and not interested in what you have to say.

For people who wondered we payed 128$ for a double queen room so no it wasn’t the cheapest neither. So please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Check in was fine, the girl was super nice and gave me a room close to the pool since I had kids. I walked around the corner to my room and it smelled so bad I felt I could vomit. Even my kids were feeling sickening with the smell and were covering their nose. I got to the room, there was no heat, the lamp shades had a build up of dirt like it was never cleaned, the bathroom looked so dirty. Bottom line dirty and smelly. Since it was just a 1 night stay, we decided to stay. My kids wanted to go to the pool but that was short lived because it was just as bad! The water in the pool was not blue, you couldn't see the bottom of it, there were no towels and it looked so horrible! I refused to let my kids go in it bcuz who knows if they would have gotten skin rashes. Usually when you walk into a pool room, you could smell the chlorine, but not this one! Fast forward to around 11pm, I could hear people down the hall swearing and complaining at how filthy the place was. Somehow we fell asleep and woke up to hear women speaking loudly in the hallway not once but twice! Somehow fell asleep again and woke up to a man and woman swearing at each other in the parking lot close to our room, slamming car doors too at 5am! They moved to inside and continued arguing etc. At this point I was so done with this place, I couldn't wait to checkout. When checking out, I mentioned this at the reception, the man I assumed was the Manager said "for them to intervene is like them being the bad guy". Just because it was early in the morning, I really didn't want to get into an argument with him so I said its fine and walked out. Never in my life would I waste my hard earned money on this place. Their name should be changed to Quality Less Inn or Quality Out! It was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in my life!

This was the worst experience I've had so far at any hotel. The lobby and hallways to the room were very dirty. There were streaks of dirt across the floor and a bag of garbage that just stayed in the hallway for two days of our stay. Upon arrival to our room, several light bulbs were blown out or flickering. The toilet was very dirty, and there was left over bowel movement all around the toilet rim and the toilet had no lid. Our sheets had brown and yellow mystery stains on them and my partner got a bunch of bug bites after sleeping in the bed. Some of the staff seemed socially averse and were kind of unusual. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. The hotel was very loud and hotel staff smoked underneath my windows every night so the room smelled like smoke. This area has some utilitarian places, but mostly fast food restaurants and even those are sub par (got a grilled chicken sandwich from Bob Evans and it was raw inside). Overall this was a terrible experience and would suggest sleeping in your car over staying in this place. It's really bizarre and uncomfortable.

My boyfriend brought me here for my birthday and on the first two nights we couldn’t sleep because of all the loud noises after midnight. The place grossed me out starting with path going up to the room everything was filthy. The bathroom had mold on the stool, the curtains had nasty sticky white stuff on it. The tiles in the bathroom were even falling out. The room had so much dust that made my allergies even worse. On the night of my birthday we heard more noise of someone fighting in the whole way and after a few minutes there was a white old lady at the door slamming hard clamming to be the front desk assistant. When we opened up the door this lady was on non matching pijamas and had a baseball bat on her hand. She was clamming that the noise was coming from our room and people next door where complaining. I can said this was the worst experience of my life after driving almost 8 hrs to get to the destination where we couldn’t even had a full night of rest.
