We liked the chalet accommodation - though we ould have done with some chairs inside. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but we were disappointed by the evenig buffet= it wasn't worth the price being charged. Waiting staff didn't seem very well trained

This is another NWR camp, what means you will pay way more for a lot less facilities on your campsite. Broken lights, dirty shower blocks, overgrown hiking trails and grumpy staff at the reception. Our tip is to avoid NWR campsites whenever possible. Just a little further down the road is another lodge with cheaper and better campsites.

Have stayed here a number of times and the Plateau Lodge is their best product. The design very nice but no maintenance. Walking up to the top of the plateau needs to be done with a bit of care but it is worth it. Amazing views from the top. Breakfast room dark and dingy. They have a very nice terrace...

Reception : looks like taking special effort to ignore you. No warmth, no welcome. Rooms are large and with some good management and maintenance could be great. As it is : bed was good, linen clean. Floor needed a sweep and a wash. Door ha dole loose - barely hanging on to the frame. No safe, no internet. Restaurant uninviting,...

From this campsite you can make loveley dayhikes where you will see loads of dik diks. The campsite is very basic and like all NWR campsites: overprized. It costed 450 nambian dollars to camp with two persons and than you stil have to pay for the national park as well.

We stayed at the lodge accommodation. We had dinner and breakfast which were fine. Wish we had more time to explore the area, go hiking and do some game drives. But it was raining and we just used this place as a stopover on the way to Etosha.

Waterberg is a unique piece of Namibia, with a beatiful park with good faciliyties and spacely camp site. The game drive is spectacular and being on top of Waterbeg is quite an experience. Locted between Etosha and Windhoek an excellent place to stop!

Nicely built against the plateau, this hotel is a nice and cheap stopover. Due to a short heavy rain, we were not able to execute a game drive. The chalets themselves are a bit dated and the service is veeeeery poor!

The property is located in the Waterberg national Park. Staff at reception are friendly compare to the staff in the restaurant. The room is correct. The swimming pool area is nice but the water is green. Dinner and breakfast are less than average. Restaurant and swimming has to be managed correctly.

We camped there for one night. All camp sites have electricity, light & bbq (like all campsites in Namibia). Facilities are clean and well maintained. The camp's surroundings are breathtaking, the swimming deserves a special mention. Several hiking paths start within the camp - and are worth exploring.
