We recently spent three nights at Nedile lodge in the stunning Welgevonden Game Reserve and loved every moment of it. The lodge is perched high up on a cliff and each of the stylish and spacious suites has its own private balcony with a beautiful view out over the room. The staff were friendly and obliging, and no request was...

The weekend spent at Nedile was enjoyable, staff are pleasant and friendly, however I had a few issues which I didn't enjoy. The game ranger although knowledgeable lacked the ability to engage especially overseas guests, specifically around providing information on the specific game, not being patient enough to allow for photo's and also driving at high speed albeit on a...

I cannot imagine a better way to experience a safari in South Africa. Nedile's staff, rooms and amenities are truly five-star. The game rangers are world-class experts with a true love and deep respect for the bush and the animals who call the reserve home.

One small thing (not sure it will be applicable to all guests …) For dinner I`d suggest to look at the different recipes for vegetarian options. I tried both …...

Hi, we were lucky to stay in this nice place in Sep. Very good service from all crew members. Nice game view. Unfortunately, a not that many lions as used to be due to disease. Saw fantastic cheatas and lots of rhinos. Food is fair and whole atmosphere is superb. well done. A&A

We stayed there for three nights. The whole team was very friendly and polite. The location is beautiful (we even observed two elephants drinking from the pool in the afternoon :), several baboons at the water hole and a group of about 20 elephants walking in the distance), the meals were great and we loved the game drives every morning...

I called about 2 hours before check in, with a very welcoming and friendly voice they said it was OK for us to come. We headed to the Welgevonden West Gate, and had a warm welcome by...
