When it came to choosing a place for the family to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday, there was no debate. Having visited Nedile six times in the last 10 years, we knew that we could rely on the team to deliver a very special experience. And they did not disappoint. Having flown in from four corners of the world, we...

I'll assume if you're looking at this you've already decided to go on safari, so I won't go too much into that generally - other than to say in our three day trip we saw baboons, buffalo, elephants, giraffe, hyenas, impala and lots of other variations of antelope, rhinos, warthogs, wildebeest, zebra and a cheetah. We also saw several babies...

While on a business trip I added 2 nights at Nedile lodge and how glad I was I did! This truely is a beautifully located and stunning lodge. The main lodge and 5 'private' lodges all perfectly fit in the scenery and provide all one needs for a retreat in this impressive park. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and...

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend five nights at this amazing lodge during March. We can only confirm what everyone else is saying about this place. Its location, accommodation, meals, staff and management were all first class. Some may think that 8 safaris in 4 days would get a bit repetitive (especially as we had just transferred...

A true escape from the city. We decided to spoil ourselves since it is our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were completely blown away by the spectacular views, exceptionally professional staff and the luxury. You are welcomed like royalty and are treated like royalty throughout the stay. With 2 very extensive game drives per day you really get a feel...

This is the 2nd time we have been to stay at Nedile and once again we were not disappointed. Mike and Anica are fantastic hosts and are always on hand to ensure you have everything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly and Mapule's food was amazing. The lodge is nice and intimate with only 5 rooms accommodating a maximum...

We have just returned from a magical few days at Nedile Lodge. I don't think I can fault the lodge in any way - the time we spent there was just wonderful and it was in the most amazing setting in the reserve. Nedile is about 3 hours drive from Johannesburg. It is an easy drive on well-maintained roads. The...

Small place, very personal. Can be too much "KLM crew atmosphere" if there are to many off them( we were the only non crew guests). Has all the facilities a good lodge needs, and good price/ quality . Close to Johannes burg, easy acces!
