To be fair, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine. The shower was excellent. The view was beautiful, but the view is beautiful from anywhere in Oia. That said, we paid Four Seasons prices for Motel 6 accommodations, but at least Motel 6 is relatively safe. There is no way to adequately describe the hazardous access...

Dear guests, We are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the treatment you received from our staff and that you enjoyed the breakfast and the view but, at the same time, we are sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet all your expectations. As regards the accommodation conditions we offer, we can assure you that our...

Just a word of caution; this hotel is situated half way down the cliff and requires a good effort to go up to the walking path. But the view makes it all worthwhile. We made arrangements to be picked up since we were arriving past midnight. There was no problems with that. Driver was very informative and made the 40...

Location of the hotel was fantastic! great views. We got a tiny room at first, but requested for a change and they upgraded us to room 108! was very cute. kitchen, bathroom, living-room were downstairs and the bedroom was upstairs. staff was very friendly and helpful. though i wasn't very comfortable with them closing the reception/office in the night. bathroom...

Located in the picturesque Oia in Santorini (much more peaceful than Fira) overlooking the Caldera & perched on the precipice. Whitewashed walls, bluest of blue skies, stylish fittings & decor & friendly super helpful staff. Awesome places to chill out on the different levels & around the small pool, watch the sunsets & explore the village. No cars in Caldera...

The staff at Caldera Villas were very accommodating. We arrived a few hours prior to check-in time and the staff allowed our group of five to check-in early. We booked through the hotel's website and the room description stated that the room can accommodate 5 people; however, when booking there was only the option of 4 people. When we arrived,...

We had an amazing experience at Caldera Villas. All rooms have a breathtaking view of the blue caldera and waking up to that every morning is superb! Since we arrived early 6:30m they didn't have a room available so waiting was not fun. But breakfast was really good. It was hard to walk down and up the steps, but it...

This hotel was lovely it was in a fantastic location, however there are a number of steps you need to climb up and down to get to the hotel. The rooms were specious and modern, but the beds were not comfy (very hard). Breakfast was lovely, plenty of variety and staff very willing to help. We found the hotel to...

We booked Caldera villas a few weeks before arrival including airport pick-up. The airport pick-up rates are quite stiff after comparing them with the regular taxi prices on the island after we got there (30E vs 20E). But that's OK had the driver not been 45 minutes late for pick-up after our arrival. We especially did not appreciate his lack...

I stayed in room 102 with my mother for a week at the end of june. We'd booked a one bed suite and were upgraded to one of the honeymoon suites. This is located right at the top of the hotel (fewest stairs!) and sits above the reception area with a small private balcony looking out over the pool and...
