We loved our stay at the Villas & Oia! The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was great too. We had a large private balcony. We enjoyed breakfast & the pool too. The only negative was that anytime we left our villa we had to navigate steep slippery steps to go anywhere (including the reception area or pool)...

This hotel is in the heart of the nice shopping & restaurant street in Oia. Rooms have amazing view of the sea. On the negative side, it has very high slippery difficult steps to climb up & down ( not suitable for older people or people with walking difficulty), poor breakfast setting ( you sit in the sun without shade),...

This was the first place we stayed on our Greece honeymoon. I booked this place because it looked a little more "resort" than the Airbnb places I booked for the remainder of our trip. Caldera Villas was definitely nice, small but clean room, picturesque views, and I thought the breakfast was pretty good! As other reviewers have mentioned, it is...

Beautiful small cosy resort ...sea facing , amazing views , heart of Oia ...the only thing which is kind of negative is the climb to the main market place ... It's too steep steps ... Else it's perfect...private balconies .. Sun desk ... Great staff ... Comfortable and spacious rooms ...

I stayed here with my boyfriend in June 2016 and wanted to save the best hotel until the end of our 2 week trip. If I'm honest we were a bit underwhelmed. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable although the pool was tiny (smaller than the pictures) and there was not enough chairs for people to use in...

Caldera Villas provide an amazing view of the volcano. However this is not the place to stay if you are looking for a view with sunset. The hotel is right in the middle of town which makes it easy to get everywhere including Ammoudi bay where the view is breathtaking and there you don't have to fight for viewing space....

This smaller boutique hotel had wonderful service, the perfect location, and a huge, delicious breakfast spread. The small pool was very deep, and the perfect place to take a break between meals and sightseeing. You really don't need to leave the property at all if what you need is a great view... except maybe for some gelato or for dinner....

From the moment we descended from the footpath it was like we had walked into a whole different part of this beautiful island. The cost was the most expensive we had on our trip, but it was certainly special We had reserved the honeymoon suite with its own private spa and deck. The service was outstanding, and we could fault...

Most places in Oia cost an arm and a leg to stay on the caldera. Oia was just amazing for its price. My view was breathtaking and the two women who worked reception were absolute sweethearts, The cave room is just amazing. I mean, you literally are in a freaking cave. Its just a perfect thing to check off the...
