I am writing this review from terasse of the villa Nectarious.
Everything was superlative.
The villa is exactly like in pictures , we had the hot tub room which gives the view to the sea! Villa is close to City center.
What was the most important , it’s the amability and hospitality of Katerina, who waited us with fresh home made pastries and 2 cold beers. During our stay she also made a surprise by bringing us cakes in the room freshly made by her.
She even let us late check out according with our flight.
She gave us precious informations and even made us the booking for catamaran trip for which we had a discount.
To the Fanari restaurant which she recommended us to go we had a special treatment and got a free glass of local wine.
I highly recommend the Nectarios Villa and Katerina hospitality!

The whole experience was amaizing, the hotel is well located in the heart of Fira. It has amazing Sunrise in the mornings. The hotel is very clean Katerina cleans the room almost daily. She is very helpful for everything, as it was October when we visited and the rainy days start she said to us go and see the sunset in Oia as it might rain, i am very thankful for that. Local Restaurants are very close to the hotel you can walk to Caldera. It was a beautiful holiday for us, and Katerina made it even better, thank you so much From Miranda and Tori hope to se you guys again in future☺️

Room was really clean, good AC and quite large. There was a nice bathroom and a little kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave and sink for breakfast. There is a shared balcony with all the rooms with two chairs and a table for each room. Lovely to watch the sunrise. The host was very friendly and always contactable, she organized a car for us to rent. There is a grocer shop not too far away. Hotel is in walking distance to main area with restaurants but far enough from the noise. Very difficult to find and google maps will lead you the wrong way, but ask the host for directions as the Fira streets are like a maze. Really enjoyed our stay.

I never leave reviews, good or bad but this place was a 20/10. The nicest place on the island run this place. They clean your room perfectly everyday, find you affordable taxis, are the first to tell you good morning and on our last night before we left, they left us a homemade Greek dessert on our bed. So heat warming and amazing. It’s super close to the town and accessible easy to the Fira town by foot and everywhere else because of the near by bus stop. The best place you could stay in Santorini.

We stayed in Nectarios villa for 4 days in August, and I can say it’s the beat time of the year to stay in santorini. The hotel is charming and the room has all we needed. The bed was really comfortable and all the room was very clean and tidy. But it wouldn’t be the same without Katerina. The hostess is very sweet lady, that makes everything to make you have your best time possible in santorini. The hotel is well located, really close to the center of Thira ( 5 min walking distance).

My special gratitude to Katerina. Well definitely come back to Nectarios

Just got back from a 3night stay here. Katarina is a wonderful host from the moment we arrived till the last moment we left. Organised transfers to and from hotel and also very competitive ATV hire. We had 1 bed villa sea view with jacuzzi. Its very clean functioning villa. 2 TVs (not that we had time to watch) kitchenette, showeroom and toilet and living area and 1 double bedroom with AC throughout. A lovely spacious balcony with stunning sunrise view. For sunset views Nectarious villas is located in a prime spot that is 10min or less to the Caldera and all the bars, restaurants and local restaurants. I would not hesitate to book direct with them again in the future. Highly recommended.

This place was awesome! Katerina was extremely accomodating and always wanting to help us find places or get us food or drinks, she was very approachable and her and her husband always said hello and goodbye to us for each of our comings and goings. The house keeper was INCREDIBLE! She worked tirelessly and our room was always spotless and exceptionally clean every single day! The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to the town and beyond. It is also very close to the bus stops, Katerina gave us a map with directions to the bus stop. There is a nice sea view, however if you are looking for the deep blue sea you are looking for a hotel overlooking the other side of the island and the volcano. We didn't think this was much of an issue, because you spend most of your time out and about exploring anyway so don't need the expensive view! The pool was small but comfortable and definitely did the trick to cool down on hot days! We had room 5 and it was nicely fitted out and the other guests around us were quiet and we barely knew they were there! The WIFI was quite good speed and the kitchenette was fitted out quite well. We felt really safe and comfortable at Nectarios Villas and it was a great place to relax and take in the beautiful island of Santorini!

Wonderful welcome from Katerina from the moment we arrived to the day we departed. Our room was detached from the main villa, but very clean and comfortable. Nice view of the city from our small balcony and enjoyed the sunrise. Katerina helped us with directions, book a sailing tour, suggested places to go and where to catch the bus to Oia. Only drawback was poor WIFI and water pressure in the shower was not strong. However, Katerina got the WIFI tech right away to fix the problem and acknowledged the comment about the water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend this place!
