Myself and my Scottish partner stayed 7 nights in an exec suite Caldera view at Panorama Suites that we describe as beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised.

The hotel location is superb, right in the centre of Fira with the room in the Caldera view cliff and not a sound coming from above on the Main Street.

The room was superb with french balconies overlooking the caldera and hot tub. We travel a lot and will definitely return to Panorama which we described as one of our happy places, it’s simply bliss.

Spyros and NZ’s Hailey are so professional at their roles as are all the staff, from breakfast staff, pool staff, bar tenders, waiters and those working within facilities at the hotel who without quibble carried our cases from our drop off point to our room. Recommendations e.g. restaurants, beach club, catamaran cruise, wineries tour were spot on and no query went unanswered.

Breakfast served by the hotel pool overlooking the Caldera each morning was special. V Lounge Cafe & Cocktail bar on the rooftop was a fabulous location to watch the evening sunset, enjoy a couple of daytime cooling drinks and a nightcap before bed with a chilled out lounge vibe.

A huge thank you to all. It’s the staff who make the experience at Panorama Suites beautiful hotel amazing. We look forward to returning.

We have just returned from a week in the panorama suites in Fira santorini. Amazing hotel perched on the cliffs overlooking the bay. Every positive review you read about this hotel is true. The service led by Haley - nothing was too much trouble- effortless service - spotless rooms with linen and towels changed daily. Breakfast is a feast. Great recommendations from staff for places to eat and sights to see. Louca who owns panorama is a hands on manager and so helpful.
Strongly recommended.
Lots of steps so be prepared.

Panorama Boutique Hotel Suite & Studio complex is in a great location with arguably the best view in Fira.
We stayed in the 3 Bedroom Villa which was simply out of this world. It was so good we spent most of our time here eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the caldera & at dusk sitting in the outdoor spa watching the sunset unfold. Just WOW!!!
The only issues with the Villa were the safe wasn’t secured adequately to the floor, & you need to use 2 tiny lifts & 24 stairs, some very steep to access the Villa. The walk from reception down to the Villa will take at least 5 minutes.
Our friends stayed up (higher part of complex) in the Boutique Hotel & their rooms were lovely but generally small (not a lot of space for 2 large suitcases) with a small 2 seat balcony. But, the view… incredible!
All the staff were friendly, very insightful & were always happy.
The location is definitely the best in Fira. Step out the front door & you are right in the heart of the action.
TIP: Best to get them to organise your transfers to & from the Hotel as the vehicle drop off point for luggage is 100m from the hotel entrance over cobblestone.

Everything about this hotel is fabulous. The reception was superb, with Nikos waiting to carry our bags from the taxi and the greeting at reception. The room was stunning, with a large balcony and outdoor hot tub. The pool was plenty big enough for swimming in and the service was great. The location is perfect, being central in Fira and with stunning views across the Caldera. But what makes this hotel special is the staff: Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, helpful, happy to provide advice and suggestions for trips and restaurants and we were treated as valued guests. It is simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days in October 2019. Breakfast was WONDERFUL every morning as we were allowed to order from the menu and also partake in the buffet items set out daily. Our views were absolutely spectacular and I will post a few. I highly recommend this establishment!

This was a hotel recommended to us and it did not disappoint. It is worth it for the views alone. We stayed in a suite 21 which was so comfortable and allowed us the best sunset views of the caldera. Absolutely spectacular, probably the best we have ever seen. The breakfast here is incredible, option to serve on the balcony giving more opportunity to enjoy the view. The staff were fantastic, so helpful making great recommendations for trips etc, especially the fabulous receptionist fromNew Zealand(sorry we forgot your name). Overall a great authentic experience. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property with beautiful views! Our room was gorgeous and very spacious. It had a beautiful balcony overlooking the caldera. Breakfast was served daily by the pool and it was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in organizing activities and transportation for us. A porter will come assist you with your luggage which is very convenient and very much appreciated! The location is great, close enough to the main street if you have a car or rent an ATV, yet close to all the action in Fira. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Fira!

the location of the hotel is spectacular. The view from our balcony had a "wow effect"
The rooms are very nice and ours with a whirlpool right in front of the balcony door. So view from tub to sunset 😍 The staff was very kind and breakfast fabulous. Next time I will stay there again.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Every recommendation they gave us was incredibly on point. The view is perfect and the location in relation to the restraints, bars, and shops is also perfect. They have a relationship (maybe same owner?) with the rooftop bar/restaurant above them which is incredibly convenient. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. All around no complaints. Side note - we stayed at “suites” (top floors is ‘boutique’... lower floors are ‘suites’ - I highly reccomend The suites.)

Wow the best hotel ever! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The staff are lovely and can not do enough for you. The breakfast is 10/10 and a huge range to chose from. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. The rooms are beautiful and the view is unreal, you won’t beat a view like that in santorini - we had the most perfect view from our room. The pool area is also lovely and lovely view. When we return to Santorini we will 100% be coming back to this hotel!

Hi we had a suite with a caldera view. My review was posted recently (toyah) please read. Your view will be amazing! There was no draw space in our room what so ever, we had a few shelves in the wardrobe. We were there for one week and absolutely loved it! 192 steps from poolside to the reception! Or 2 lifts. The air conditioner in the room was the best!!! I’ve traveled a lot and this honestly was amazing! Kept the room real cool. Read my review and message me if you need anything else answering. 😁

Please can someone tell me how far away is the beach and does it have sun beds and umbrellas

Hello, santorini doesn’t have good beaches. You go there for the views and local feel. For beaches I suggest Paros or Cyprus. There are some rocky, volcanic beaches about 30 minutes by car.
