Totally Clean this place ... Totally love it! All the property and our room were very clean and quite, we felt right at home. After a long, three flight climb, the manager welcomed us to the accomodation - all light, bright, and immaculately clean. On our first day, recommended amazing restaurants including return taxis and transfers, as well as organised a semi private boat trip out to the volcano. We didn’t have to worry about anything!
We were also absolutely surprised by such a clean pool as the 'pool / outdoor' area was constantly being wiped down and cleaned.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants amazing views, clean rooms, and genuine hospitality.

My partner and I decided to splurge and stay at the Santorini Mesotopos we've read so good reviews about this place definitely did not disappoint! The view from the hotel was amazing with the horizon of the sky and water merging into one along with the pool and the sea. The service was 10/10 with the staff paying attention to every single detail. The room was clean, amenities was good and the pool quite and peaceful. We definitely go back to this amazing place.

Absolutely amazing! Great service, extremely helpful and friendly, there for your every need! Rent quads for your stay and the short trip to the city center will feel like nothing. Extremely clean rooms, beautiful views, and close to the town! A must when looking to book for Santorini. Can't wait to stay here again!

My wife and myself booked a two week stay in the Mesotopos hotel Santorini in the honeymoon suite. Just as well it wasn't our honeymoon, we just thought it would be a nice treat after the year that was in it (covid)
First of all privacy is a huge issue as the honeymoon suite is situated on the ground floor, so any passers-by can see right into your bedroom. (Honeymooners wouldn't want to be too adventurous) The curtains are a joke, once the sun starts to rise early morning the room totally lights up so if you like a blacked out room while sleeping forget it. Outside the front door there's a table and chairs facing the pool area which is lovely, apart from your privacy, having breakfast/drinks or just relaxing taking in the views.
The Bathroom you wouldn't swing a cat in it and also very dark. The shower, washbasin and toilet are all very old and grubby. The whole suite badly needs a total updating
Both ladies working on reception are pretty fluent in english but when you complain to them their understanding of the english language quickly diminishes. We did find out just as we were leaving they are mother and daughter and they own the so-called hotel.
I do believe the photos shown on their website were taken a very long time ago because they don't resemble in the slightest what you get.
For the amount of money you pay It's a ripoff
Don't be fooled by this false advertising.

First of all the hotel is in a center spot from where you can visit any place within 10-15 minutes. The room and all the areas were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from telling us what to visit, to even help us rent a car. The view was amazing and the pool was great. We will totally go there again!

The views from this hotel are amazing, it’s the reason we picked it but it is a long walk to town and taxis are pricey (€15 each way) so we ended up spending a lot of money on transportation. You can rent scooter and atvs but also quite pricey. The staff were lovely but don’t expect any receipts for things you have paid or paying for. It’s very peaceful by the pool and like I said the views were outstanding! We opted for a traditional dome room which was lovely but could do with a few extra details such as tea/coffee making facilities, extra storage etc.

In Santoriny there are soo many places to stay. Choice should be difficult but it is not. It is basically a balance of requirements price and location. You can stay in the middle of all the action and suffer crowds and noise. you can stay a bit off center and enjoy being close enough and the peaceful stay as well. Santorini villages are overcrowded, even now when not at full capacity. We wanted to enjoy the island without the noise. Mesotopos was the perfect choice. A 5 min drive to piros , about 20 min from every other place on the island, we were situated perfectly. With a clean and comfortable room, lovely swimmingpool and s view of Piros, we could not ask for more. We got more. A fair price and very warm and caring staff! Peace and quiet with a visit to the humming villages we had all our wishes fulfilled.

the photos from the page are misleading. The rooms were very dirty, with rusted wc, very bad quality of beds and very uncomfortable - to the point where we didn't rest at night! It doesn’t offer any facilities such as kettle or any bathroom facilities. The maids obviously just did the bed since when we were returning back to our rooms in the afternoon there was still dust on the floor and no towels change! No toilet paper was added until you ask for it! And all of these for almost €300 per night!!!

Starting with the pick up from the airport to the return to the airport was perfection. The owners of the hotel pay attention to every customer as well as every detail. I consider myself a very picky traveler and would highly recommend this hotel for couples. The room was spotlessly clean, with a big comfy bed and nice balcony with caldera view. The pool area is great, plenty of sun beds and other seating areas. Would definitely recommend to every traveller and really hope to return one day!

Our stay at Santorini Mesotopos was an absolute dream! We spent 7 nights in August 2019 for part of our honeymoon trip in Greece. We were greeted by friendly staff upon our arrival. The manager offer us a bottle of complimentary Santorini wine in our room with a lovely card.
Perfect location and away from all the crowds in Fira (less than a 3 minute drive). We had a very clean room with white very clean linens! The suite was a perfect size giving us heaps of space. We had lots of privacy and a balcony outside area with sun chairs over looking he caldera of Fira which is a great romantic touch for couples.
