We have just returned from a week long stay at this hotel for our visit to Santorini. We arrived at almost midnight and were given the warmest of welcomes. We were given a little tour as we were shown to our rooms, whilst another member of the team followed on with our cases. We were shown how everything worked in our room, including the air con. We had a complimentary Fanta each and a bottle of water in the fridge, the latter which is replaced daily with a new bottle by housekeeping. We had lunch several days here, after a session of lounging around the pool. The restaurant and bar staff offer a poolside service and we absolutely cannot rate them enough, especially Marius. They offered a prompt and efficient service, whilst taking the time to ask about us. We tried the Caesar salad,Greek club sandwich, kebab, Napoli pasta, cheese burger and Orama burger, all of which were great and reasonably priced. The virgin strawberry daiquiri and frappe with ice cream are also lovely. We had a glass of house wine each night too which was €5, which is very cheap compared to €14 we paid in Fira at a restaurant. Very good quality wine too. Our room was perfect for us and was serviced each day, with fresh pool towels and the tea bags,
Milks coffee pods, and water topped up. The breakfast was extremely well ran- again the team were constantly on top of replenishing supplies, clearing and resetting tables, again always smiling and asking how we were. Hot items included scrambled egg, bacon, chicken and beef sausage, omelette, traditional feta and cheese pie. Croissants, selection of bread/rolls/bagels for toasting (3 x four slot toasters with pre set 3 minute timer- not the usual dreaded conveyor belt you usually see at hotels). Good vegan selection of soya goods. Fresh fruit. Cold meats, cheeses, salad items. Jams, honey fresh from the honey comb. Juices, hot drinks. Yoghurts. Sorry to go on but I have seen negative reviews saying about the lack of variety- this definitely is not the case. There are three pools- one aimed more at children due to the depth but would suit anyone for a little paddle, one down outside where our room was and one at the top near the restaurants. We used the pool every day at various times of day and never struggled to get a bed. We perhaps had to compromise on where we wanted to sit or had to be in the sun when we preferred shade, but we always found a bed and the staff were always on hand to help and to put the parasols up and down for people. I also seen them removing towels that had been placed on the beds for excessive times with no one showing up to use them, which impressed me. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was beautiful, modern, clean with amazing staff who clearly enjoy their roles. Yes there are steps to most rooms but there are also rooms in the main building available, with level access to the ones on the lower levels with the most steps. You can see the sea from both sides but just step outside the main entrance and you have the caldera right ahead, with the best sunset views. We were a 5/10 minute walk to the centre of Fira and the bus station. We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. Sorry for the rambling review but have tried to address every negative I had seen before I visited, to reassure people that this truly is a wonderful place to stay. Enjoy!

We booked this hotel as two couples and booked the Deluxe Double Rooms with Sea View.
Firstly, this hotel is brand new and it all looks incredible.
Our room was fantastic and although it overlooks the road, we heard no noise at all and the view of the Caldera is amazing.
The breakfast buffet is also good and the food is outstanding (if anything, the portion sizes were too big but no complaints on that).
It's around a 7 minute walk in to the centre of Fira or 5 mins to the bus station so very well located.
All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

The only downside I would have was with the Spa. We were only at the hotel for 3 nights but on the last day we were there, we went to the spa (it looked very nice) but it was fully booked for the day so no treatments were available and you're not allowed to go in without having a treatment. I understand it is very busy but might be worth mentioning to people when they check in that if they want any treatments, they'll need to book in advance.
So overall, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others too. Its is amazing and you wont be disappointed!

We have just had a wonderful week at the Orama Hotel!
We arrived late at night and were greeted by the most welcoming staff in the Reception. We were given a tour of the room, staff explaining how lights, air conditioning etc worked. Fresh towels as well as beach towels are supplied every day.
The rooms are very modern, beautifully designed and superclean!
The pool areas are beautiful, relaxing and always kept immaculate. There are plenty of sunbeds, parasols and beanbags and we never had a problem finding one.
The breakfast is delicious with a great range of food to choose from. The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble!
We loved our stay and would definitely go back again!

The hotel is beautiful with minimalist and stylish interior design. However, for the price point, there could be some improvements. Firstly, they could ensure that rooms remain free of flies. Secondly, preventing water seepage from the bathroom into the bedroom. Thirdly, having a better mattress that does not sag for a hotel bed. Fourthly, considering bedside tables as opposed to placing belongings on the floor.

As the hotel is still undergoing maintenance as it is new with teething issues, there was ocassional noise coming from minor renovations outside our room. While these are to be expected from a new hotel, perhaps the price point should reflect these minor inconveniences.

On the plus side, the location of this hotel is a 7 minute walk to the Fira bus station that is well connected to all other parts of the island. There was good connectivity to Oia, Imerovigli, Firostefani, Akrotiri, Perissa, Kamari and a few other places. While being close to the main hubub, it is just on the periphery of town so that there is reprieve from the crowds and noise.

The check in was fine and staff very helpful and delivered cases to your room. The rooms are not soundproofed as described in fact every sound can be heard above and to the sides all conversations and bathroom visits. The rooms are contemporary with some nice touches but lacks bedside tables ( we moved the heavy cast iron ones in the room to the bedside) there is no drying/hanging space for swimwear etc. There is a kettle and Nespresso machine but once used 4 capsules no replacement even of sugar and no milk. Complimentary water and fanta in fridge on arrival. Breakfast ok but all warm food pre cooked and nothing 'cooked fresh to order' so eggs overdone and omelette as per usual one 4 slice toaster! As regards sunbeds if you are a sun worshiper you will struggle to get a sunbed if not up before 7.30am as we found most to be reserved by 8am there are 100 rooms sleeping 2/4 and only 50 sunbeds and not all with parasols. Location is good just a 10 min stroll into main square but the road is quite busy to cross and on an obstructed corner. Overall disappointing in some areas and not what we expected for 5 star rating.

We stayed at this new hotel for a week and location wise it was perfect for accessing Fira. The decor is minimalist and it was super clean. Fresh towels daily which we really appreciated. The breakfast was perfect for what we wanted, going at 8.30-9.30 wasn’t that busy and lots to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodative.

The reason for 4 stars would be that there are limited sun loungers around and people would reserve them with towels so if you wanted one in the afternoon it was almost impossible. I’d suggest adding more around the childrens pool area. There are a lot of comments on the showers leaking which ours did too but seeing as the rooms were cleaned daily I don’t think it was a big deal. The thing that did bug me was paying for new coffee pods in the room, considering the price you pay and that it is now a 5 star hotel I would say they should remove the cost for additional pods as it really should be included. We opted to buy some from the local shop which cost around €3.

I would stay again as the location and facilities were great!

The hotel was absolutely perfect for us. Just a short walk direct into the centre of the beautiful Fira and to the bus station to explore this rest of this stunning island. Great sunset views from the front doorstep.

The hotel is stylish, well equipped and really clean. The reception staff were so helpful, friendly and gave great recommendations on where to go. Resturant, bar and housekeeping staff were also faultless.

Our room and balcony was huge with great views. Big comfy bed, great sized walk in shower. We had a little fridge in the room and a supermarket right nearby. That was useful as the bar had supply issues and ran out of beer!

We had the half board option and could not fault the food. Really good value for money.

We had evening flights home so they stored our luggage and provided towels/shower rooms to ensure we had the best trip home.

Could not have asked more from our stay. Congratulations to a great hotel.

Stunning hotel, staff were amazing too.
Location is great just a few minutes walk into the town however the road is very busy and can be quite noisy.
There were always sunbeds available around the pool areas but my only gripe is there is no entertainment and nothing to do there which was really disappointing.
We were half board and the food was beautiful, didn’t like the butter so the staff would bring me fresh from their fridge and couldn’t do enough for you.
We would order lunch daily to our sunbeds which we would pay for and we shared 2 dishes between 4 of us which was plenty.
We had 2 double superior rooms and they were both lovely although a little disappointed as had previously emailed requesting rooms next to each other due to us being with our 2 daughters (14 & 18) but as the hotel was full they had told us it wasn’t possible.
Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax and fully recharge your batteries.

we just got back from 2 nights staying in the family suite. The hotel was beautiful and stunning and the family suite room had 2 bathrooms and was perfect for 4 ladies on a girls trip. The air con didn't work as great as we needed but I also sleep with a fan on in the winter ;)

the views online are a bit deceiving as we thought we were staying on a cliff with killer views like but its a bit edited online. unless you get the front strip hotel room you are mostly just looking at the hotel . The pool area was okay but they made us pay immediately every time we ordered something which was kind of frustrating as we wanted to sip cocktails by the pool and eat lots of their amazing food. we were just pulling out our wallets every 10 minutes. The bruschetta at their poolside was nothing I have ever had. It was the most flavorful thing and I woke up at 4am knowing I was ordering it again at the pool.

We met Natasia upon our arrival sitting at the pool and she was AMAZING! she is one of the key moments I think about when I think back on our trip. She was so kind and talkative and made us feel so welcome. She was always checking in to make sure we were okay and just say hello! I feel like they need a woman like her at front desk check in! her energy was palpable and you can tell she loves what she does. We read reviews about the breakfast buffet and were expecting to be disappointed. but we were not at all. There was so much variety and we left stuffed every single morning. The hotel is new and you could sense a few kinks that needed to be worked out. but we had a lovely stay over all. We were also just minutes away from the town of Fira which was very convenient.

If you are wanting those Fira views though I would probably stay in Imerovigli.

The only reason we stayed here is our flight canceled and our original hotel couldn’t accommodate the one extra day we would have to stay in santorini, so we switched to the Orama hotel which I regret.
I wish I could attach pictures because we payed for the deluxe sea view room and the pictures look absolutely nothing like what we got. We got a view of power lines and a very busy street. We couldn’t even leave our windows open because anyone walking on the street was able to see into our room not to mention is was very loud from all the cars and people constantly walking. It was anything but relaxing.
They also have no communication. They called us to tell us our ride for our tour would be there. We went the the desk the morning of to say they were late and not there and the guy basically tried saying no one called to tell us that.
The breakfast bar was the exact same food everyday and the only positive thing I have to say is the pool was nice.
I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. Save yourself the money and don’t book the deluxe sea view unless you want the same experience we had.

No beach, although one of the pools has a slope entry like a beach 😉 no beaches along that side of the island really, you have to go across to the other side for a beach Kamari is like a usual seaside town with bars all along the beach front, or Agios Georgios for the black sand beaches - for me not really a beach holiday
