This is a budget hotel so bare that in mind when booking! Some of the reviews are not very good however we found it to be ok for what we needed. It’s in an excellent location right next to the bus terminal in Fira. The staff were always friendly, we didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. The room was comfortable enough with a very small balcony. The bathroom was small but functional. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. It’s a good place to base yourself if you’re planning on lots of days out and exploring the island.

Stayed 3 nights June 2023. Hotel located next to bus station in Fira. No lifts so bit of a struggle to get luggage to room. Room clean, shower area small. Fridge, TV and Airton in room and small terrace area.very small lobby area. Breakfast was located in restaurant behind hotel, was a disaster and blank faces from all diners. Language barrier from waiting staff, options appeared to be eggs or toast. coffee and juice were brought to table. I think it would be helpful if small menu cards were on the tables a d guests could indicate which choices they would like.

Very bad experience. We have booked a room at this Hotel in april 2022 for september 2022 (based on reviews at that moment, pictures and intense search - it was ok at that time). Upon our arrival the "wonderful hospitality" give us a room full of white mold, filthy (with different types of hair on the bed and on the floor, rust, dust and food rests / grease on the electronical devices), water infiltrations and broken toilet seat. When we confronted them for this situation they informed us that they have no other rooms available in the location - and on top of this the "manager" said that the mold we were seeing is actually the paint from the walls. Really!!!!! Without any "sorry" for ruining our vacation, they just didn't give us any opportunity to like them, therefore we left from this terrible place called 3 stars hotel and found another place to stay for the 4 nights - without pre-reservation and in an acceptable room. I think you don't want to have a breathing disease or an overnight allergy in your vacation, so better not to stay here. The bus terminal doesn't worth your health!

One of the worst Hotels ever. We booked a sea-view room, there’s literally no sea-view. The Bathroom’s too small and you’ve to be careful not cut with your feet with the rust on the floor! Breakfast’s always the same and gets old very quickly. Its just one egg, one piece of bacon, some potato and one pancake, Gets old very fast! Room service is not even done daily. The sink’s broken and the toilet makes weird noises all night long. The only thing that is good with this Hotel is the location which is close to the bus terminal.

Ok peeps, do your homework before booking this hotel, unless you don’t mind anything. Firstly all the pictures that are posted of the hotel premises on all the hotel booking agency sites are taken from the breakfast restaurant and it gives you an extremely false picture of what the hotel itself really is. Would call it more of a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are small with hard beds, the colors and design is straight from the 60’s. You can also forget about the wifi, because it doesn’t work. The toilet is even smaller and very unpractically designed. The shower is more of a bidé, as there isn’t any place to put up the showerhead. Another thing what comes to the room is that it was not cleaned properly, dust on the higher shelves and under the bed. The balcony door was borken in the hinge and therefore the door wouldn’t open properly. The safetybox was one of a kind, a portable model, have never seen one like this before?! Wouldn’t call it very safe, but anyway. And if you even think there is something called soundproofing you are wrong. The hotel is far from three stars, one at the most!

Very good, but simple and centrally located Hotel. Very close to to bus station, where you can reach every part of the island. Room with comflortable bed, fridge, TV and airconditioning. Very small bathroom with tiny shower. But all you need to rest after all day of sightseeing. Very nice stuff :)

I'm thrilled with my decision to stay at this great hotel! It's exactly next to the bus station, they clean the room everyday, the breakfast is awesome and it has the kindest staff I've ever seen, which is willing to help you and inform you about the island any time ! Thank you for our beautiful stay !

First of all, I want to warn others that some of the reviews under this hotel are NOT for this hotel. On arrival, the hotel seemed fine. I want you to know that I am not a picky person and often stay at basic hotels. This hotel was a total nightmare. At the time I booked this hotel, I was under the impression there was wifi available. So I went ahead and booked it. I was told the wifi was being fixed. The next day I went to ask again and they said again it was "being fixed". After several days, the hotel staff realized that they could not lie anymore. There just isn't wifi. They said "TOO BAD, WELCOME TO GREECE". It was impossible to plan my trip, keep in touch with my family, and without access to the internet. The when I entered my room there was no shower curtain. We thought this must be a mistake. When we asked for a shower curtain they said there are no shower curtains because of the renovations. What do renovations have to do with the shower curtain? So each time we showered the entire bathroom flooded. Again, total mess, total nightmare. The staff at this hotel are so stupid and useless. They had no answer when I asked them to explain why the hotel lies about the inclusions listed on the website. I could not ask them for any trip advice or tips because I could see how stupid and useless they were. This hotel also didn't clean the rooms daily, One day we ran out of toilet paper and we asked for more and we told "it is not possible". Why is nothing possible at this disgusting place?! You run a hotel where nothing is possible? We often come back late at night. There were roaches running around in the hallways. This is not a real or proper hotel. I write this review as a warning. I always check hotel reviews before I book a hotel and this hotel had good reviews and I don't understand how. They have nothing included in the hotel listing, the staff are completely stupid and useless. The only good thing about this hotel was that it is close to the bus station. Other than that it was a complete disaster. The staff was rude, stupid, and useless, the bathroom flooded, there are roaches, and there was no wifi STAY AT THIS DREADFUL HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR TRIP

Kostas and his staff, especially the guy working in the afternoon shift, they were amazing! They helped us a lot, giving us very useful recommendations. They also arranged a boat tour which was interesting for discover different spots on the island! Perfect location, just a few metres from the bus stop, is certainly the place to stay in Santorini!
