This is a budget hotel so bare that in mind when booking! Some of the reviews are not very good however we found it to be ok for what we needed. It’s in an excellent location right next to the bus terminal in Fira. The staff were always friendly, we didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment on the food. The room was comfortable enough with a very small balcony. The bathroom was small but functional. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. It’s a good place to base yourself if you’re planning on lots of days out and exploring the island.

A hotel in the most central point of the fairy. Really very polite staff, clean rooms, clean dances. the drawbacks for us are: small shower you touch the curtain when one bath. The single beds have wheels and when you turn around, they're turning around, and there's noise insulation, and the bathroom doesn't have a container for toothbrushes and soaps.

Great location and close to everything. Breakfast services were not offered as it was nearing end of season. Lousy plumbing, we never once after 3 days got a warm shower and had to go to a friend's room to get a shower. Even after that, the towels were not soft, but felt like sandpaper or a loofah. Seriously small bathroom with no counter space. Looked like a bad renovation.

### Pros:
- **Location:** Fira bus station is very close, making it a convenient option if you plan to use the buses.
- **Price:** Affordable rates.

### Cons:
- **Staff:** The lady at the reception is extremely rude and won't hesitate to shout at you when you ask for any clarifications.
- **Hidden Charges:** The listed price is not the final amount. They charge an additional €7 per night per room as climate resilience charges. This should be €2-3 since Hotel Santorini is actually a 1-star hotel, though they falsely claim it’s a 4-star hotel, which is not credible given its condition.
- **Check-Out Time:** The check-out time on Agoda is incorrect (at the time of writing this review). It’s actually 11am, not 12pm. When we inquired about this, the reception lady rudely shouted that everything on Agoda is wrong.
- **Additional Services:** If you decide to book despite the issues (due to the fair price), avoid purchasing additional services like cruise tours, bike, and car rentals from the hotel. The prices are higher than what you can find elsewhere.
- **Facilities:** Even if you book for multiple nights, they only provide water and toiletries once, citing that it's difficult for them to track daily.
- **General Vibe:** Don’t expect anything fancy. It's suitable if you just need a place to sleep.

One of the worst Hotels ever. We booked a sea-view room, there’s literally no sea-view. The Bathroom’s too small and you’ve to be careful not cut with your feet with the rust on the floor! Breakfast’s always the same and gets old very quickly. Its just one egg, one piece of bacon, some potato and one pancake, Gets old very fast! Room service is not even done daily. The sink’s broken and the toilet makes weird noises all night long. The only thing that is good with this Hotel is the location which is close to the bus terminal.

Ok peeps, do your homework before booking this hotel, unless you don’t mind anything.
Firstly all the pictures that are posted of the hotel premises on all the hotel booking agency sites are taken from the breakfast restaurant and it gives you an extremely false picture of what the hotel itself really is.
Would call it more of a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are small with hard beds, the colors and design is straight from the 60’s. You can also forget about the wifi, because it doesn’t work.
The toilet is even smaller and very unpractically designed. The shower is more of a bidé, as there isn’t any place to put up the showerhead.
Another thing what comes to the room is that it was not cleaned properly, dust on the higher shelves and under the bed. The balcony door was borken in the hinge and therefore the door wouldn’t open properly.
The safetybox was one of a kind, a portable model, have never seen one like this before?!
Wouldn’t call it very safe, but anyway.
And if you even think there is something called soundproofing you are wrong.
The hotel is far from three stars, one at the most!

Very bad experience. The lady who is the manager of this Hotel is rude for no apparent reason. We questioned her about the 7 Euros per night tax she was charging us but she refused to explain and started yelling something in Greek. Cleanliness is not good. Facilities are ok. The only advantage is close proximity to Fira bus station.

Hotel with a great location, meets expectations well, however we had rented a car and the car was parked at the hotel door, with our luggage inside.
When we went to take the car to the airport, a man appeared who seemed to be the owner.
Out of nowhere he started to curse us, because he thought we had broken a (very small) branch from a tree.
Vase that was at the door... (which didn't happen), this man swore, said that we disrespected the place, in an extremely rude act, ripped the plant with his hands, spoke few and
Good and he left screaming like crazy...
In other words: he accused his guests of something that didn't happen and was extremely rude! .
I don't recommend this hotel, because you could run into him and he could even attack you...
There are other hotels with nicer people in the region…..

Very good, but simple and centrally located Hotel. Very close to to bus station, where you can reach every part of the island. Room with comflortable bed, fridge, TV and airconditioning. Very small bathroom with tiny shower. But all you need to rest after all day of sightseeing. Very nice stuff :)

Don't think is a 5 star hotel is maybe a 2.5 stars. There are a lot of things missing to be even a 3 stars.
My experience with it makes me give it 5. From the check in done amazingly easy with a lot of explanations and good advices plus a free guide. To the room and how clean it was. To the fridge that I was able to use. To the cleaning lady. To check out. Everything was perfect. Yes it is not a 5 star hotel but is a more than amazing experience. And another plus is close to everything that matter.
