The staff are such a credit to this wonderful hotel. The service is second to none and staff could not do enough for us from the moment we arrived. We arrived by taxi from the airport and we were met by a porter from the hotel the square as instructed in the email. The porter collected our cases and led us to the hotel. Check in was swift and the welcome drink was a bonus. The views from the pool and restaurant are spectacular and the location is perfect. 5 minutes left and you have shops and restaurants, 5 minutes right and you have more shops, bars and restaurants. However you are the perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the crowds in Oia and Fira. 30 seconds left out of the hotel is a restaurant with an outside cinema, showing Mama Mia (20 Euros). The hotel managed to make us a reservation, but this was a cancellation so I would contact the hotel and ask them to book this in advance. The breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of Greek dishes. I am intolerant to the local bottled water so the staff at the hotel ensured that I had Evian which was free of charge. We booked a couple of taxi's and trips, and every time a member of staff would take us to the meeting point to ensure that we found the right location.. The only very slight disappointment was that we had travelled on my birthday and the trip was a special birthday treat, other hotels we have stayed in on my birthday have gone the extra mile and left something in the room for when we arrive (a card, welcome note, wine, fruit, cake, balloons), there was absolutely nothing until I made a bit of a fuss and 30 minutes later a delicious piece of chocolate cake and bottle of fizz arrived at the door. Better late than never. We are VIP passengers with hotels.com which offer a free upgrade (subject to availability). Disappointingly this was not offered either. Again this would have made the experience extra special. Our room was situated on the main path through the town. We would regularly come back to our room and have to wait for the day trip visitors to move away from having their photograph taken in our door way. At first we didn't mind but this did become a been of a nuisance after a while. My advice would be to spend a little and pay for an upgrade.

We stayed at Anteliz Suites for my daughter's wedding in Santorini on October 15, 2022. We spent 3 days in the Master Suite (large enough to accommodate my wife and I and our daughter on the night prior to her wedding. The suite was large enough for my daughter and wife to prepare for the wedding. The hotel, at our request, brought us a large mirror to help her prepare. The staff was excellent and eager to provide service. We ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant. While they usually serve meals on their patio overlooking the caldera view, they brought us our dinner to our room (a little too windy and cool to eat outside). Breakfast was great everyday and the dinner was one of the best we had in Greece. The view from our room and our private patio could not be matched! The pool was inviting but the weather was too cool to take the plunge. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Our view of the Caldera and Aegean sea was the envy of the tourist that passed our location on their walk along the Caldera Path. Pros: Location: 1.Beautiful views of the Caldera and sunset. One could sit for hours gazing at the sight. 2. Comfortable beds and linens. 3. Excellent service and staff. 4. Breakfast included. 5. Dinner as good or better than any of the local restaurants. Cons: 1.Location: No easy access to taxis or vehicles. To reach the hotel, you must walk a long pathway downhill with a few steps (about a 10 minute walk). Or, you can take a 5 min walk on a steeper path with many steps. If you have diminished capacity or handicapped , this may not be a hotel for you. I will note, the hotel staff greets you at the drop off area and transports your luggage for you. They will also arrange taxis of transportation to other parts of the island. When it is time for your taxi to pick you up, the staff will escort you to the pick up area to make sure the taxi is there to get you. 2. Wifi is free and works well outside of the room (on the pool deck), but because the rooms are basically built into the side of the hill, you only get good Wifi service close to the entrance of your room. Stunning views, comfortable beds, outstanding service, you will not be disappointed with Anteliz Suites!!

Perched right above the cliff side pathway but removed from the flow, thus hotel is small and feels very private. Nice pool with loungers overlooking the caldera, with very friendly front office staff and a small dining patio/bar area. Our room was reasonably sized with a cool mosaic-tile bathroom that was well supplied with amenities. We enjoyed a sunset dinner as well as a very good breakfast!

Wow what an amazing hotel this is just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Fira but it feels like a million miles. The views from this hotel cannot be beat they are amazing, and everyone that walks past either says wow or stops to take pictures. The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds, rainfall shower, air conditioning, fridge, safe and hairdryer, ours walked out onto the main pool area but there are different types some with their own pools etc. The sun loungers are the best I have ever laid on, they have a thick comfy mattress on and overlook the gorgeous views of the Caldera, many nights we laid with a bottle of Prosecco watching the amazing sunsets, they are continually swapping pool towels for fresh ones so your never laid on a wet one. Every single member of staff here are a credit to the hotel, they all work so hard with a smile on their face and they canโt do enough for you. If ever we come back to Santorini we will be sure to stay here. Thank you for a wonderful 8 nights Anteliz Suites.

Have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Anteliz Suites. We had a wonderful time and the hotel and staff go above and beyond. The staff do everything to make you stay perfect. The hotel location is the best position. Close to the town, but not too close that you can be disturbed by any noise. The hotel arranged transfer for us and the porter kindly waited with us with our luggage until our transfer arrived. We booked a double room and we had a complementary upgrade to a superior room which was very spacious and everything you could have wanted. The towels were change twice a day if needed and shutters were shut for your return after you have been out for the evening. This hotel is the best. Thank you Anteliz Suites

My husband and I just spent an amazing 4 days at Anteliz Suites, and the views alone will sustain us through the coming winter! This place is magical, the service is impeccable and everything is spotlessly clean and very appealing. A wonderful breakfast is included and is served on the terrace overlooking the caldera and the ocean. Our room was spacious and we loved the Greek styling, we enjoyed sitting on our terrace gazing out over the pool deck and the ocean, and it seemed like every time we left the room they came in and gave us fresh towels. My ONLY comment would be that the Wifi was not always reliable. All in all, I would most definitely recommend this hotel for the best Santorini experience, you will not be disappointed.

Anteliz suites went above and beyond my expectations. We arranged for a transfer to take us to the hotel. From the moment we arrived weโre were greeted to amazing Greek hospitality. Elizabeth checked us in and she was very nice and helpful. Our room was perfect, good size and we had a balcony with an ocean view and hot tub. We had dinner at the hotel that night, the food was wonderful and our server Yannis was really sweet and helpful. He told us about places we should go and used his connections to get us in to restaurants around Santorini. There is a restaurant next door which has an outdoor theatre called Volkan Cinema that players the Mamma Mia movie every evening. They are usually booked for weeks so I would highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time. You can order drinks and appyโs while you watch. George at the office was also amazing and super friendly. Anteliz Suites is a small boutique hotel that makes you feel like you are part of a family. We were sad to leave and had the best experience ever at a hotel. Canโt wait to return!!!

Anteliz Suites is an outstanding property. From spotless rooms, professional staff and gourmet breakfast - the hotel doesn't disappoint. Overall, it shows quality; furniture, dining chairs, loungers, cutlery, plates etc are all top notch. The WiFi works well throughout the property. Our bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the shower has great water pressure. The location is also terrific with amazing Caldera views - there is no reason to go elsewhere to see the sunset. Our thanks to Anthony, Elizabeth, George and the other staff for making our stay a most memorable experience.

We stayed at Anteliz Suites for 4 days and enjoyed our stay very much. The location right on the Caldera is gorgeous, and a highlight of our day was eating a very good breakfast while looking out over the water. The staff was always attentive and helpful, the room was kept clean, and they were always eager to assist us in booking tours, arranging transportation and such. My only disappointment is I didn't realize the jacuzzi wasn't heated, so it wasn't much use in mid April, when the weather was nice, but not hot yet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just returned from a fabulous trip to Greece. While in Santorini we stayed at the Anteliz suites, in the three-bedroom villa. From the second we arrived, we were well taken care of. The hotel arranged a driver to meet us at the Ferry terminal, assisted us with luggage, provided a welcome cocktail at the outdoor bar overlooking the sea. The villa was perfect for us. Three large suites, a small kitchen area, large living areas and a gorgeous pool / courtyard that was the envy of all those walking by. Daily housekeeping, water and coffee replacement and daily breakfast (included) were very nice perks. The staff (especially George) were extremely helpful with al of our questions. We can't wait to return.

The entrance is on the far side of the pool facing the gates that lead out to the caldera path. Or, if you know where the office is, the entrance is to the right of the office (looking at the office).

I have no idea but in July it (the main pool) was perfect- by mid day it was hot enough outside to not want to be anywhere else but in the pool.
Please note that this hotel has a main pool and suites with private plunge pools. 100% guarantee that the plunge pools naturally heat with the sun based on getting full sun with minimal water volume year round.
The staff at this hotel is amazing and Iโm sure with a quick email, theyโd happily answer this question.
There are more places to choose from in the Fira area.
