We stayed here for one week and I don't have one bad thing to say about this hotel.
Everything from the staff to the view were just incredible.
We stayed in the superior double room, which is a great size and also very clean and bright and the shutters on the windows do an amazing job of blocking the sun out.
We loved the breakfast and the option of having it outside your room or on the terrace which has the most incredible views of the caldera.
The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, between organising taxis or massages to helping us print tickets for the tours we booked, they really go above and beyond for guests. We asked for directions one morning and a member of staff was happy to walk us to the location, I don't think I have received amazing service like that before.
Aside from the amazing views the hotel offers, it is just as gorgeous to look at itself and there is a really big terrace for dining and sunbathing with a bar area and pool.
Overall we couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here.

Myself and my friend travelled here during August 2020. The staff were brilliant and there were loads of safety measures in. All staff wear face masks or visors and the room is cleaned with UV light inspection. The views are just spectacular and perfect to watch the sunset from! The staff are amazing, incredibly attentive and cater to all your needs. The breakfast tasted great and had a brilliant view. I have nothing bad to say about this place! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay.

We stayed at Anteliz Suites for my daughter's wedding in Santorini on October 15, 2022. We spent 3 days in the Master Suite (large enough to accommodate my wife and I and our daughter on the night prior to her wedding. The suite was large enough for my daughter and wife to prepare for the wedding. The hotel, at our request, brought us a large mirror to help her prepare. The staff was excellent and eager to provide service. We ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant. While they usually serve meals on their patio overlooking the caldera view, they brought us our dinner to our room (a little too windy and cool to eat outside). Breakfast was great everyday and the dinner was one of the best we had in Greece. The view from our room and our private patio could not be matched! The pool was inviting but the weather was too cool to take the plunge. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Our view of the Caldera and Aegean sea was the envy of the tourist that passed our location on their walk along the Caldera Path.
Pros: Location: 1.Beautiful views of the Caldera and sunset. One could sit for hours gazing at the sight. 2. Comfortable beds and linens. 3. Excellent service and staff. 4. Breakfast included. 5. Dinner as good or better than any of the local restaurants.
Cons: 1.Location: No easy access to taxis or vehicles. To reach the hotel, you must walk a long pathway downhill with a few steps (about a 10 minute walk). Or, you can take a 5 min walk on a steeper path with many steps. If you have diminished capacity or handicapped , this may not be a hotel for you. I will note, the hotel staff greets you at the drop off area and transports your luggage for you. They will also arrange taxis of transportation to other parts of the island. When it is time for your taxi to pick you up, the staff will escort you to the pick up area to make sure the taxi is there to get you. 2. Wifi is free and works well outside of the room (on the pool deck), but because the rooms are basically built into the side of the hill, you only get good Wifi service close to the entrance of your room.
Stunning views, comfortable beds, outstanding service, you will not be disappointed with Anteliz Suites!!

We stayed at Anteliz Suites for 4 days and enjoyed our stay very much. The location right on the Caldera is gorgeous, and a highlight of our day was eating a very good breakfast while looking out over the water. The staff was always attentive and helpful, the room was kept clean, and they were always eager to assist us in booking tours, arranging transportation and such. My only disappointment is I didn't realize the jacuzzi wasn't heated, so it wasn't much use in mid April, when the weather was nice, but not hot yet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Anteliz Suites is an outstanding property.
From spotless rooms, professional staff and gourmet breakfast - the hotel doesn't disappoint.
Overall, it shows quality; furniture, dining chairs, loungers, cutlery, plates etc are all top notch. The WiFi works well throughout the property. Our bathroom was well supplied with amenities and the shower has great water pressure.
The location is also terrific with amazing Caldera views - there is no reason to go elsewhere to see the sunset.
Our thanks to Anthony, Elizabeth, George and the other staff for making our stay a most memorable experience.

My husband and I just spent an amazing 4 days at Anteliz Suites, and the views alone will sustain us through the coming winter! This place is magical, the service is impeccable and everything is spotlessly clean and very appealing. A wonderful breakfast is included and is served on the terrace overlooking the caldera and the ocean. Our room was spacious and we loved the Greek styling, we enjoyed sitting on our terrace gazing out over the pool deck and the ocean, and it seemed like every time we left the room they came in and gave us fresh towels. My ONLY comment would be that the Wifi was not always reliable. All in all, I would most definitely recommend this hotel for the best Santorini experience, you will not be disappointed.

We stayed 3 nights and had a really great experience. Located directly at the edge of the cliff with full view of the entire caldera surroundings and Santorini Bay. We liked its a bit outside of the center of Fira in a more quiet location. The terrace with a nice pool is a fantastic place to relax in the afternoon and wait for the mind blowing sunsets. Top restaurants are in 10 min walking distance. The room was super clean and nicely equipped with all necessities you want have. Make sure you book a rate including breakfast which is getting served either in fron to your room (as we liked) or at the main terrace. You tell them the night before your full breakfast order and time you want have it, got always delivered absolutely freshly cooked and on time :-). All staff is very forthcoming and helpful all the time. You get help with your luggage arrival/checkout during the 10min walk from the hotel to taxi-pickup area. If we ever be in Santorini city again we will definitely stay again at Anteliz Suites. Thanks folks we had a really great stay with you!

The location of the hotel is on walking distance from Fira centre. So, it is away from the tourism and on top of the mountain with breathtaking views from the caldera. It has a nice swimmingpool and really comfy sunbeds. Also, there are tables there where you can have breakfast as well. The staff is really great and very nice, they made our trip extra comfortable.

However, for such an expensive stay, we would have expected more. So, for breakfast every day you have to already fill in a form the day before hand telling what you are going to have for breakfast. That is a little bit annoying, but I think it is good that they think about spillage. BUT for such a luxurious hotel you have to pay an extra 6-9 euro's for extra items (e.g. fresh orange juice) on your very limited included breakfast options menu. Also you can only have 2 drinks, 1 hot and 1 cold, otherwise it is also an extra charge. We ordered cake of the day a couple of times, and it was more like cake of the week, seeing that it was the same cake and the next day even drier than it was before.
Also, the shower wasn't warm most of the time, there was a loud old fashion aircon that would switch on or off depending on the temperature, and the cushions were really hard.

Anteliz Suites made our stay in Santorini. Fabulous location, views and food but most of all it is the staff that make this place so unforgettable.

On arrival we were greeted with a homemade strawberry lemonade whilst we were run through some information regarding our stay.

We were shown to our room where we were fully able to take advantage of the stunning views over the ocean. Simply breath taking.

The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

For breakfast you can select your breakfast options the night before and then have the option to enjoy it on your terrace or in the restaurant. The food was all delicious and there is a great range. The praline pancakes were truly delicious. Word of warning go hungry to breakfast!

Throughout the day the bar and restaurant are open for you to order from.

We enjoyed walking into Fira (5 minutes) to enjoy dinner and visiting the shops and generally enjoyed the hustle and bustle. The hotel is just on the edge of Fira making it a completely serene atmosphere but only moments away walking distance from the centre.

Elizabeth and Anthony were amazing via email in the run up to the trip organising transfers for us for a wine tour we had booked and answering questions ahead of booking. Whilst we were staying we booked a boat trip on their advice which was also incredible. They also booked us a beautiful seafood restaurant in Ammoudi Bay to enjoy the sunset in Oia as well as reservations in Fira for dinner.

We simply did not want to leave after exploring this beautiful island and enjoying such a tranquil and friendly stay at Anteliz Suites.

Special thanks to all the staff for making Anteliz an amazing place to stay! We would on return stay here again without hesitation.

I spent three nights at the Anteliz Suites during my Greece trip. Santorini was the first stop and I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The location was perfect, right on the pathway along the Caldera. You could walk to the center of Fira in less than 10 minutes (this will involve walking down numerous steps along the side of a cliff).

My room was 106, which is below the pool level and has a direct entrance from the pedestrian walkway. It was quite large, and included a jetted tub in the bedroom area. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and a good-sized shower.

Breakfast was included with a room rate and consisted of a breadbasket, choice of entree, and beverage. The views from the dining terrace and pool deck were amazing. For a hotel with only 12 rooms, the pool was a nice size, but water was on the cool side.

Every staff member I came across was very friendly, and all spoke excellent English. This is a family-owned hotel, and you could tell that they put their heart into making sure that guests have a great experience. They also helped arrange transportation from Fira to the Ferry port about 20 minutes away.

Please be aware that cars cannot pull-up to the hotel entrance. You will be let out near Agios Gerasimos Church in Firastefani. The hotel is 5 minutes away on foot and porters are available to assist transporting luggage. I highly recommend Anteliz Suites and would definitely return!

Do you get pool towels provided at this hotel?
Answer from Adam B
Port Washington, NY69 contributions21 helpful votes
The entrance is on the far side of the pool facing the gates that lead out to the caldera path. Or, if you know where the office is, the entrance is to the right of the office (looking at the office). You can see the view from the balcony in the second picture on the page for the suite on the property's website (under "Accommodation").

I have no idea but in July it (the main pool) was perfect- by mid day it was hot enough outside to not want to be anywhere else but in the pool. Please note that this hotel has a main pool and suites with private plunge pools. 100% guarantee that the plunge pools naturally heat with the sun based on getting full sun with minimal water volume year round. The staff at this hotel is amazing and Iโ€™m sure with a quick email, theyโ€™d happily answer this question.
