The hotel is situated in a great location, at the start of Fira, so in quiet area, but just a short 5 minute walk to the centre of the town and close to all amenities. There were quite a number of steps leading to the hotel from the street, as you would expect in this location on Santorini.

I stayed here with my 3 adult sons. From the moment we arrived, we had the a great experience. The hotel was reflective of the area with white washed walls, and set out so all rooms had amazing sea views. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and we were just taken aback with the breath-taking views from our rooms, uninterrupted views of the sea and Caldera. The rooms 101 and 104 were quite standard with a large shower room and great private patio space, the pool area was secluded with the same fantastic views, even for the sunset, it was perfect without any crowds.

The breakfast buffet was ok, offering scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, some pastries, filled rolls and cereals. i would expect that variety in normal conditions would be more varied. Due to Covid, there were understandable precautions in place whereby we had to be served at the buffet instead of self service, but the staff made sure we had the best experience.

We were very fortunate to visit Santorin and Fira at a time when tourism was low due to the pandemic and restrictions only just lifting, this meant we saw the island in a way only seen i expect in low season.

We would all return again to Tzekkos for the fab location, great accommodation and pool and stunning views. I have already recommended a number of friends to stay

Tzekos villas is definitely one of the best places to stay. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is only a 5/10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle yet whilst at the hotel it is so peaceful and quiet. The views from the hotel are sensational. The staff are amazing, so helpful and kind. The hotel cleanliness is brilliant, they are definitely on top of cleanliness bearing covid 19 in mind. Our Room was cleaned every single day and new towels. Breakfast was tasty. If I return to santorini, I will definitely be staying here. The male staff member who worked at breakfast and behind the snackbar, I believe his name is possibly carlos was great. He made our experience even better.

We stayed in the junior suite with hot tub and the views were amazing.

So happy we found this hidden gem

We stayed at Tzekos Villas last week and we cannot fault this hotel. Good selection of different foods at breakfast, All staff are so helpful and friendly, high standards of cleaning throughout the hotel, there are alot of steps yes but we soon learnt that it is the norm in Santorini 😂 would highly recommend to friends and family. The views from every angle of the hotel are stunning!

Just back from a weeks stay in tzekos villas. The view from this hotel is amazing, there is quite a few steps up & down down so be prepared. The porters do carry your bags upon arrival & departure. Breakfast is very basic but it’s handy and keeps you going until later. Excellent customer service we asked to change rooms as we had an issue with shower & it was done straight away. Rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Staff polite & friendly. Good pool & clean towels provided, pool bar with snacks & drinks. Really nice cocktails & service. You can’t bring your own food or drinks to the pool also no diving or jumping in the pool. But fantastic views from pool and it really gets the sun throughout the day. Not ideal for kids or families but would 100% recommended this hotel for couples or anyone with no mobility issues. Thank you

We stayed at Tzekos for a few nights and loved it!! Our room and a great balcony with amazing views that we could even watch sunset from, and the pool area also had amazing views and was a great place to chill out. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. We liked that it’s located nearer the edge of Fira as it made walking with bags to the hotel much easier! We’d definitely return!

Stayed here for a week and loved it. Good points are: stunning view of the caldera, great breakfast buffet especially for Greek specialities, good pool, helpful staff, and our upgrade to a suite (with stunning view from its balcony). Also privacy - there are other similar hotels nearer the centre of town but the others are all overlooked by passers-by. Downside is that the hotel is built into the side of the cliff so there are *lots* of steps, like 200 or so from the road down to the pool (which is at the bottom of the complex), so this is not for you if you are in any way mobility-compromised or even just unfit. The aforementioned helpful staff will carry your bags to your room for you but you still need to get there yourself!

Excellent hotel. We had a beautiful junior suite with a private jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also down 150 plus stairs which was a killer in the heat and humidity. The front desk staff was outstanding and very helpful always. Breakfast was fair. My husband brought me some pastries most mornings because I didn’t feel it was worth all the stairs to eat. The jacuzzi was completely private and overlooked the ocean and the cruise ships coming and going. The hotel is reasonably close to the shopping area. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel. Very clean and quiet.

Tzekos Villas was everything we hoped it would be and more. We were there 6 nights.

Location: Beautiful secluded, quiet corner of Fira within a 2 minute walk of the main town. Loved taking the winding pedestrian only streets to town. There are a couple of gorgeous upscale outdoor restaurants next door that had live music that we could enjoy from our balcony in the evenings.

Hotel grounds: Beautiful and clean in traditional Santorini white wash style. The pool and pool area was beautiful and there was a bar with salads/sandwiches right there. Hotel breakfast consisted of pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, cheeses, and meats which we enjoyed on the balcony overlooking the caldera.

Room: Very clean and the housekeepers came every day and had it looking spotless when we came back. Had a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy when we checked in. The balcony overlooking the water was one of the highlights of the trip for us as we kept the doors open at night and enjoyed the sea breeze.

Service: Staff at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips for how to get around the island and even calling taxis for us on a couple occasions. They also assisted in getting our heavy luggage down to our room on check in and check out (lots of stairs, just like everywhere else in Santorini)

We would stay here again in a heartbeat and I really no complaints whatsoever. Can’t recommended it enough!

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews and I am so grateful we stayed here. Fira, Santorini was a dream and Tzekos Villas added to the experience. We were checked in upon arrival. We had a Triple Family Sea View room reserved. To our surprise we were upgraded to Room 209. This room had a private entrance & balcony, loft suite and provate jacuzzi on the patio. The view was heavenly. It was also a level down from the front desk/breakfast area. The hotel has MANY steps. To get to it, you need to walk down from a side road. It is not ADA compliant, so if you are not in good shape or have mobility issues this hotel is not suitable for you. It was close to everything we wanted to do while in Santorini. The breakfast was decent. The best part was being able to soak in the jacuzzi at night with wine and feel like we were in a dream. Thank you for making our stay magical!

Just got back from 4 night stay at Tzekos Villas and had a wonderful time. The hotel is in an excellent location just 5 minutes out of the centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even carried the case to the taxi for us up a lot of steps!
Breakfast is good with a wide selection of hot and cold food. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool area and rooms offer fantastic Caldera views which you never tire of. There are a lot of stairs which could be an issue if you have poor mobility but, if you can manage are totally worth it for the views. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Buy a travel adaptor for all countries you travel. You definitely need an adaptor. Amazon sells them between 10 to 20 $$ and you good to go. If you forgot then ask at receptionist desk, they might loan you one for some $$$

We have 2 couples going and want to know which room type has 2 separate bedrooms?
Answer from Adarssh J

It's not a standard hotel or resort having standard room types. However you can email or call them and give them the request. They are pretty flexible to accommodate the requirements. We had a similar request too which they gladly obliged. Also its better to book directly with them as it's cheaper compared to booking sites.
