Great location, impeccably clean villa minutes away from Fira's town square and the bus station. Leela (I've probably not spelt that correctly - sorry!) and her team could not have been more helpful. They recommended the best places to eat and drink (Kaffeine had the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted) were and advised us to use the bus, even providing a timetable (the bus is so cheap that it must have saved us a fortune).

It's located just down the road from the town square and away from the main touristy area so it's quiet on a night but close enough to the centre that you can walk to anywhere in Fira.

The room had air conditioning, tiled floors, a fridge, a hanging raile and a seperate bathroom. The front of our villa faced the sea and had a little seating area. The whole complex is very well maintained.

Like many reviewers before us we loved our stay here.

We had room 6 which although had windows we didn’t have a view and the window is quite high so can’t see out of it.

Good size room, fridge, kettle, tea (although it would be nice to have proper mugs in the room and not paper cups), one water bottle provided each day.

Staff friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn’t meet Lila until our third day- she is the best. :)

Great location, laundry available just down the street (although was expensive at 20€/load)

Breakfast was a great value - tea, juice, coffee, breads, toasted cheese sandwhich, butter, jam, fresh fruit with yogurt and honey, boiled egg and cake for €10.

Having travelled to Athens and Thessaloniki, Santorini came next mostly as a convenience stopover rather than a glamorous destination. Yet, choosing to stay at Costa Marina was a great idea! From the moment the reservation was confirmed, the staff did a great job communicating all the details. We found the room impeccably clean and while it was not one of the famous cave rooms, it was designed to look like one and came at a fraction of the price.

My husband and I travelled with an art tour operator and group. The Villa in my opinion appeared clean and basicOur room was small and had a step up and then down into a small bathroom, a step over a high balcony door frame and then 2 steps down into a small balcony. A step down from the room into the main hallway. All this in a small room. On the morning of my first overnight stay I opened the door and stepped into the hallway and as there was an unexpected steep fall into the hall I fell scraped skin off my arm on the door frame and my head hit the closed door in the guest room opposite . The door opened and I fell into into that bedroom. My arm was injured bleeding with skin removed and my head and neck were sore. No other bedroom in the Villa appeared to me to have a drop from the room into the hall. I reported the fall to the receptionist and she told me " you would have noticed that step when you booked in ".
My husband and I left the unsafe room and booked into a safer hotel. I don't know how much the tour operator paid for the room. We paid $20 Aus more than the listed Villa price and stayed in a luxury hotel room in the centre of town overlooking the Caldera. While the Costa Marina Villa looks nice in photos my room was very basic with steps up and over and down all within a small room. I would recommend to check the room before staying as my room appeared smaller and differently decorated than the hotel photos. The hotel location is close to a bus stop and centre of Santorini however it is an uphill walk to the centre and therefore people with mobility issues or a pram may find the road surface and incline difficult.

We were a group of three – mum and two teen daughters – and we had the safest and most wonderful stay there. When we arrived, after a lot of waiting around at a previous airport and from exposure to the brilliantly hot sunshine, my daughter was suddenly taken ill and Lila made sure we had a room very quickly, even though we were hours early for check-in. The location is so central and ideally located for travelling all over the island as the main bus station is just minutes away. Being in the centre of Fira meant that we could just stroll to the main square and try out whatever cafe or restaurant took our fancy. Lila recommended places to eat at and things to do and couldn't have been any nicer! We had a very comfortable stay of four nights and it was one of the best holidays we've had.

Three of us stayed at the Costa Marina Villas for one night at the end of August. Lela is an absolute gem and made our stay perfect.

Once booked, we were sent instructions of how to locate the hotel. On arrival we were warmly greeted and asked what our plans were so Lela could advise how to best spend our limited time in Santorini. We were given a bus timetable to all the tourist spots which was helpful.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, I was even given a cotton bud to enter my pin number so that I did not touch the key pad with my finger!

The room was lovely with a queen and single bed, TV, Fridge, air conditioning, very spacious bathroom with toiletries and fresh towels and a beautiful view from the balcony.

The hotel was excellently located a few minutes from Fira central and the bus station.

We absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely recommend and return. Another special thank-you to Lela for all your assistance and support which made our stay very special!

Lovely guesthouse in a garden setting with wonderful staff only minutes from the bus station and Fira restaurant center. I initially booked a week and then extended my stay by several days as so enjoyable. The staff were fabulous, suggesting various restaurants and places to visit as well as walks and tours plus took the time to write directions on a map. I would unhesitatingly stay there again.

Stayed here 5 nights. We were greeted by Costa who made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcomed. We then met Lila who is a ball of energy and a genuinely nice person that gave great advice on restaurants and places to visit in Santorini and always wanting to help organize anything we might need. We quickly felt like she was family and sad to say goodbye. The hotel is very well run, conveniently close to everything and yet a quiet oasis away from the hectic pace of Fira. In all our years of travelling, Costa Marina Villa is one of the places that truly understands the meaning of hospitality. Thank you for making our trip in Greece even better than it already was.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at the Costa Marina Villa. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had a balcony. The building and grounds are very attractive and well-maintained. The location is within a 5-minute walk from the center of town, yet in a quiet area away from crowds. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Lila and Konstantin both had great suggestions of places to eat and things to do. They also double checked schedules for us multiple times to make sure we didn't miss our ferry to Crete.

We stayed in a double room at Costa Marina Villas on the ground floor. We very much appreciated the location not being too far from the bus station, but also being far enough from the hustle and bustle of Fira's busy streets. The room, whilst basic in amenities (fridge, kettle, table, chairs) had a very comfortable bed and a very clean bathroom. Lila and Constantino were especially friendly and helpful, and we would happily stay here again in the future!
