I’m really trying to think of anything that didn’t go well or was not perfect but I can’t, every second spent at cosmopolitan suites Santorini was absolutely magnificent, from the welcome and courtesy of their staff, the amazing accommodation and facilities to our room (they very kindly upgraded us with a room with sea view and private jacuzzi 😍 for our first wedding anniversary). Last but not least the VIEW, what a view!! The infinity pool is also so suggestive, we’ve taken tons of picture of it! The breakfast the following morning was absolutely delicious. Their staff from the reception, to our server Fontana, to the housekeeping staff, was always smiley and added more value to the whole experience. Our stay there really was a dream and we look forward to visiting them again soon! Thank you very much!!

We stayed here with our two children for three days. The hotel is placed close to the main shops and restaurants and has an extraordinary pool and views. Our room was excellent and we had breakfast on our own private balcony. The staff were helpful too. One thing we learned talking to other people at lunch, the hotel suites and rooms in Santorini don’t seem to be like large modern ones at luxury resorts however hey it’s Greece and very old , so I’d go expecting your suite to be smaller than your used too. We loved the ambience of staying in rooms carved out of rock and the views are breathtaking.

We have travelled to many wonderful places and enjoyed wonderful hotels, so our expectations are high. From the moment we arrived we felt this was a special small hotel with the personal touch we were looking for. The transfer arranged by Cosmopolitan Suites, was waiting for us at the airport, the driver was friendly and spoke perfect English. We arrived almost 4 hours before check in time, but we ended up waiting only about one hour. We were offered lemonade and water as well as provided a comprehensive explanation of things we could do on the island.

Breakfast was generous as well as delicious, the choices ranged from very nice butter and chocolate croissants, omelettes made to order and a selection of delicious cheeses. Joy served us with a smile and we felt she was happy to be there helping us.

The rooms were perfectly attended to everyday. The bedsheets and pillows are high quality and perfectly laundered and ironed. The Molton Brown bathroom products are a nice touch. The pool area is perfectly maintained and sunbeds are comfortable. We had suites with outdoor beds, we used them extensively. Note this is a small hotel (only 10 rooms) and like many in the area it does not offer 100% privacy from your outdoor area, but they have curtains you can use. It did not bother us and no one used the outdoor furniture that was assigned to our suite.

People seem to enjoy working here. EVERYONE was nice and helpful.

Highly recommend for a relaxing spot within a very busy touristy area. The views are stunning and so is the sunset, no need to go to Oia for sunsets.

We were given used towels, the rooms were very small and had the featured pool tables. Could never find a sunbed by the pool (only 4 to share between 20 or more guests). You have to pay for the tea bags in your room (at almost $1000 a night!). Zero customer service at the front desk. Not recommending at all.

It was our first time in Santorini and I did quite a bit a research before our stay. I have to say my husband and I could not have picked a better hotel. It's right in the middle of all the action in Fira but once you close the doors and enter it is a private paradise. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. The service is impeccable to possibly the best we have had at any resort we stayed. I left my phone in a random cab during our stay. Anastasia and George were our saviors! George ran down the street and stopped any white van he came across until he found it. Unbelievable! We were so appreciative! Joy was literally a joy bringing our breakfast every morning or serving cocktails by the pool. The pool had the most beautiful views. Our room was spacious with no amenities missed. During our stay we frequently walked to Imerovigli and even hiked to Oia. I saw some of the other hotels we considered and by far were much happier with the location and privacy of the Cosmopolitan. I'm sure we missed some names of the amazing staff there. There were just so many with a smile and willing to assist. Stay here if your looking for an unforgettable, beautiful stay.

My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of a weeks stay at Cosmopolitan Suites at the start of August 2020 having had it recommended to us. Although the hotel (and Santorini in general) was very quiet due to COVID-19 this only made the break away even more relaxing, allowing us to explore the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars without any crowds or queues.

Not that you would even want to venture away from the hotel anyway, with its luxury suites, inside jacuzzi, infinity pool with an unspoilt view over the island, wonderful food and the incredible staff that made you feel so welcome.

A massive thank you to Dimitris in the daytime and Fontana in the evenings for their kindness and dedication to ensuring we had the best possible stay.

If you’re thinking of visiting Santorini and have the option of upgrading to the Cosmopolitan then what more it there to think about... money well spent x

Firstly I must apologize for being a few months late writing this review! We stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites for 5 nights in July in the Volcano View Suite.

Everything about this stay was beyond perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond every day. By the end of the trip you feel like they are friends more than staff as they make an extra effort to remember special requests and ask personal questions about your trip.

The room was absolutely beautiful. We were in Santorini for a wedding and had friends staying all across the island and learnt that ours was one of the largest. It was very modern and kept spotless by the cleaning team.

The food was perfect. You have the option of an A La Carte breakfast every day which you can order from 8:00am - 11:00am (I think) meaning (if you really wanted) you could have an egg breakfast at 8am, pancakes at 9:30am and then granola at 11:00am! I am not a huge fan of Greek food in general and didn't really have great food experiences anywhere we went on the island but the food at Cosmopolitan really is top of the range.

People say you can't stay in Santorini for that long as it gets boring after a while, but I could honestly stay at the Cosmopolitan Suites forever!!! If we ever return to Santorini there is no doubt where we will stay.

Thank you for everything!

We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel has 10 rooms and each room has a breathtaking view of the volcano & sunset. Not only were these rooms incredible, but the infinity pool also has one of the best views I've ever seen. However, the rooms and the views weren't the main reason we loved this hotel. The staff was what really made this stay incredible. Anna and Fotini offered exceptional hospitality and great ideas for what to spend our time doing on the Island. Kristian & Vasilis served us meals and drinks and were so fun to chat with and get to know. We were so sad to have to leave. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

I can’t say enough about the view, but the real gem at this hotel is the warm and welcoming staff. Katerina was at the front desk and was the most skillful hotel host I had ever met. The team working in a harmonious symphony in the effort to ensure the guests all have a wonderful experience. The staff was not shy about sharing their perspectives when we were looking for attractions to visit. They also provided us with optionality to find the excursions that suited our tastes. This hotel and its staff make for the most pleasurable vacationing I have done ever!

Fabulous hotel with possibly the best view in Santorini.
Excellent and quality service from the very gently stuff.
The rooms are clean and comfortable providing easy access to the pool which has an amazing view to the Aegean sea.
Food is also delicate and value for money.
Highly recommended for unforgettable holidays in Santorini!

No elevator. One very small set of steps down to some of the rooms. The other rooms are on ground level. Only about 10 rooms in totally. Beautiful place 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
