Our stay in Elsa room was incredible. Fanis is a very nice and kind person and he was always there for us.
The room is very big with nice and modern furniture ideally for families and for couples.
We surely recommend this hotel and looking forward to go back there!

We have just returned from a week in Santorini Suite Home. It was a fabulous place to stay. Maria was lovely and very helpful and Poppy was so nice, she cleaned our suite and brought breakfast to us every morning with a smile. The place was always spotless and we managed to have a look in all 4 suites, each one was beautiful and they were situated only a 10 minute walk to Thira centre square.
We travelled with our 7 year old daughter and although we knew Santorini was not the place for children we were really surprised at the total lack of facilities for children, not even a swing park and even the water park in Perissa has been shut down apparently to make way for a hotel.
However, we had a fantastic time as a family and will return in a few years. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay at Suite Home was perfect. the Suite that we had was comfortable for 4 people with a kitchen that provides you enough utensils for eat-in or we could have a meal in the main city centre about a half hour walk away. The unit comes with a jacuzzi that is an excellent end to a day that’s filled with lots of walk arounds. It’s location provises easy access to the north Oia or down south to Akrotiri, each taking about 20minutea drive. Maria who manages the place has been most helpful in providing advise on where to go and where to eat. Her suggestion of Mama Thira at Firostefani was excellent. We enjoyed our meals so much that we went back for a second night. She has also been helpful in liaising between transport and dinner appointment changes that made our stay stress free. We had a most enjoyable time in Santorini thanks to Maria and her hospitality.

Interacted with the hotel owner in the setting of a canceled reservation. We booked a 3 day stay that with travel changes we could not make - spoke with the owner, Fanis, who let us know that should another booking be made for our dates, he would confirm a refund with the company through which we had reserved the hotel. Once I saw online the hotel was rebooked for our dates, I contacted the hotel manager promptly to confirm. Was told the dates were booked, and refund would subsequently follow once the stay occurred. I specifically stated that I would find a way to use the reservation if it was not booked, and was told it was reserved. On the first day of the days I had booked the reservation I called to confirm the refund, only to be told by the owner that apparently no one arrived for the reservation which was made through booking.com. I informed him that when using that site, the reservation is charged ahead of time so he would have still received the money had a no show happened. He claimed the credit card used was not valid (which would have been picked up at the time of actually having the reservation go through, so not sure of the truth to that), and he refused that day's refund. For the remaining two days he insisted a reservation was booked. I let him know that if not booked, I would use the reservation days myself as I had already paid in full for them. He said I could not as the room was booked those last two days. I called the day after the said final days of the reservation would have been completed - and was told that only 1 day of the reservation was used, and he would only be able to refund 1 day of the 3 day amount originally charged to me. Through this whole process, all online sites stated that the hotel was reserved for my original reservation dates. It struck me that he was likely pocketing a double reservation cost, and I felt that was questionable, and of poor business practice. Furthermore, even after several calls, he never confirmed with the reservation company that he would refund any amount, even the 1 day - so ultimately he kept the full charges of my initial reservation.

For the hotel itself, we visited and it's location is just outside of main Fira town. The downstairs unit we were supposed to have stayed in is enclosed with city/building views. If looking for ocean views, this is not the particular unit for that.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom , Angelica Suite at Suite Home. We are a family with 3 adults and 2 children. This suite is spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and a cave/den with a 1 person sofa bed and a trundle bed (perfect for children). There is a private jacuzzi on the patio area which we enjoyed. Also, there is a beautiful large aquarium in the living room which was very relaxing to look at. I don't think , in all my travels, that I have ever stayed in a hotel room which had an aquarium inside the room :)
Fanis is the manager who we communicated with during the preparation for our trip and throughout our stay. He always responded quickly and was very helpful. The housekeeper is friendly and does a very nice job keeping the place looking great. Each evening we would place an order for breakfast and she would deliver it to our room at the time that we wished. Each morning we had eggs, croissants, cheeses, cereal, etc. It was quite a nice selection and was included in the suite rate.
The location of Suite Home Santorini is great. It really is just a short walk (5 minutes) right into the center of Fira.
I highly recommend Suite Home Santorini and we would most certainly return here when visiting the area again.

Amazing place with staff who go above and beyond what you’d expect. Alma the cleaner is a gem of a lady , very welcoming with some warm touches and Is a credit to the business. Themis the rep is extremely responsive to Msgs and makes some good recommendations - he’ll even arrange transfers , excursions, etc. The villa has no front desk so you need to contact Themis when you arrive, he’ll then meet you within 30 minutes to do the handover. The villa is immaculate inside and out , bed really comfy , shower powerful, plenty of cooking facilities in the villa and loads of storage.

We had the ground floor unit ( elite ) with private outdoor spa pool which was private and always warm Despite what some of the other reviews state. The Villa is maybe a 10 min walk max to the centre of Fira with a few local shops nearby and a restaurant all within walk-in distance. If I was to visit Santorini again, I wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again.

My only criticism ( and this is not hotels fault ) the travel company did not send me any contact details for Themis ( rep ) so when we arrived I had to find his number on line which i managed to find but if not then I wouldn’t have been able to Access the villa at 10pm in the evening, so my review may have been slightly different - maybe the villa should have a notice put on the entry wall with his contact details or they could consider a key safe as this would eliminate any possible issues or time delays.

Other than the small check in Issue this place is absolutely amazing - you will not be disappointed and will not find anything as nice which is competitively priced like this was.

If your reading this review you must BOOK
IT now before it’s to late 😎😎😎😎

Keep up the good work guys ❤️

We stayed here over the last 6 days and I literally have no bad comments to make! Julia and Papi we're absolutely fantastic, making us feel at home and making sure we were well looked after and made the most of our stay! This was the best experience we've ever had on holiday and I highly recommend staying here! The breakfast is amazing, the apartment is beautiful, and the town is only a 5 minute walk away. Thank you so much for everything, without the hospitality of Julia and Papi the holiday wouldn't have been as good as it was! Legends! Lots of love, Abby and Tanya xxxx

Santorini Suite Home was delightful and wonderful. It doesnt have the views of some other locations in Santorini but is wonderfully appointed and very tastefully designed. My wife loved the terrace and jacuzzi. It is small but quite unique and felt a little special.
