I've been in worse and better. So, I guess this is pretty average. It's convenient to the Falls and the campground is clean. We were there over Labor Day weekend so it was crowded. The roads and parking pads are paved and level. All the hook ups worked fine. The owners/management were helpful and friendly. $50+/night seemed a little high,...

The worst excuse for a motel. As soon as we opened the door to room, you are hit with an overwhelming aroma of cigarette smoke. Decor from the 60's and all battered up. They actually charged $100 for a night. We used the room for bike storage while we camped outside. Off a very busy road. I would only recommend...

I suppose when you come to a place like Niagara Falls you expect to pay a premium for an RV space. This is located about 17 miles from the falls, so not super close but convenient. Also, convenient to a variety of shopping and restaurants. The campground is fine with asphalt driveways and site pads with some trees. We had...

Yes it may not be a resort with all the fancy stuff, I wished it had a hot tub to soak in after all the sightseeing was done. Location is very good 9 miles to the Niagara Falls 20 min., also to get to Buffalo 20 miles/ 20-25 min. Don't forget while in Buffalo the original wing joint, Anchor Bar...

We spent one night here, and that was more than enough. The WiFi was fine, the spot was fine, the restroom was awful. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a place to park overnight with electricity.

We stayed here two nights, wifi poor, shower house dirty--had to use it due to an issue with our shower. Thought the shower was broken had hubby go up to report and it had a different type of operation. Was close enough to the falls. Would probably not stay here again so cannot recommend.

Coming into a strange area it is not an easy place to find. The manager, Mike was the best asset. He was friendly and pleasant. The camp bathrooms are not up to standards. They need updating and power washing. The available tour was a good option and picked us up right out front. A little expensive for an old Good...

Nothing special for a campground. Good power, small facility tucked in behind a motel. wifi is strong but you need a code every day to use it. We picked it because it was one of the closed to the falls

Not a bad place to have to boondock and see the sights....the wifi is a joke...you have to have a 'code' and it's good for one log in....then you have to go get a new code...and if you try to long in several times...it will lock you out...what a joke...just offer what you advertise...
