We had a really fun family ski vacation at Lapland Lake. My son tried skate skiing for the first time and loved it, and my daughter went snowshoeing with my 82 year old mother and then tried skiing for the first time. The bonfire at the lake with 'smores were a great motivator to get her on skis- there were...

Just spent my latest semi-annual get away from it all stay at Lapland Lake. Cozy cabin with plenty of wood for the stove and every comfort of home. As a city boy, I've gotten pretty good at keeping the fire going all night. Didn't really need to use the backup electric heat...the stove did most of the job. Had a...

Excellent place to stay. Very very clean and well kept. Everyday staff resupplied wood and kindling without us having to ask. Didn't have any problems at all. Love love love this place ❤️❤️❤️ The staff at the lodge were very friendly. They have a great sauna. So nice they don't have cell or wifi in the cabins so you can...

We just spent an amazing President's Day weekend at Lapland as a post-Valentine's Day celebration. We arrived pretty late Friday night, but found our Poro Tupa ready to welcome us with everything we needed, including coffee maker, kitchen utensils, paper towels etc. It was also nice to have it pre-heated for us. The cottages are old-fashioned, but that is part...

We come to the Lapland Lake to cross country ski for pass 15 years. There is always snow there. The cabins = tupas are wonderful, clean, rustic, cozy. Kathy and Paul, the new owners are very helpful, kind lovely people. Michelle's masage is excellent. To spend a few days there is truly rejuveniting. To ski on the frozen lake was...

We spent two nights in the coziest and most rustic little cabin imaginable, and loved every minute of it. The trails are kept in good shape and are well marked, and the staff was extremely helpful and reasonable in helping me with an equipment problem. Looking forward to returning in future winters... PS And the evening meals you can order...

My children, grandchildren and I meet here every year for our winter getaway, a tradition begun when my kids were young. The cabins are immaculate and well-equipped, the scenery glorious and the trails expertly groomed.

We had such a lovely time at this isolated ski center. The snow kept falling all weekeend, the skiing was great, the tupa was cozy and the woodstove kept us warm. Highlights wee the night skiing down to the bonfire by the frozen lake, the sauna and the meals delivered to your fridge. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was...

We visited Lapland Lake Nordic Ski center for one day in early January. It is quite remote and beautiful property but also too expensive and not very customer friendly. Before we could even get into the parking lot, we each had to pay $23 just for facility use even for snowshoeing and tubing and that's before the rental cost. With...

I've been up here the last 2 years for the family friendly xc skiing. I stayed in one of the tupas no Wi-Fi, no tv, it is very basic, rustic. You really have to bring up any food you want if you are staying on site because the meal service is extremely limited in both availability and choices. The lodging...

We are glad you enjoyed the skiing – we take pride in the design and maintenance of our private trail system. We hope you will come to see us again, even if just for the day. Our lack of television is intentional to help guests unwind and get away from it all for a while. We do know that people...
