Came as advertised. My complaints are so minor but they are just that, minor. The hotel is dated but the room was clean. The sheets had a slight scent of bleach and looked and felt very clean. The bed was comfortable. I believe the coffee machine in our room was brand new, never been used. We stayed three days including a weekend and the nights were very quiet. If you're looking for a luxury stay, you will be disappointed. It's just a good average hotel with a nicely kept pool and very nice employees.
The laundry is still out of order, the printers in the computer area are out of ink and the soda vending machine was empty the whole time but these were minor inconveniences for me.

I went here with a partner instead of us driving home late after a date night. It was a decent place to stay for a short period of time. The room was pretty small. The television it's not a smart TV so you will have to use whatever channels are given to you and it doesn't have a display that let you know what you are watching so that was the best. I did like that there were nice big mirrors in which you could see yourself and check out your oufit. The ice machine on the second floor was not working so we had to go downstairs to get ice. The pool I guess it was being renovated so that was not available. Thankfully we were only staying one night so it didn't really bother us much but it would be nice to get what supposed to be included. There was not really any of you or anything like that other than the view of the parking lot from my room that I was in and I could hear a railroad or I should say a train a few times but it didn't bother me too much once I was actually asleep. In the morning the birds were definitely chirping a lot. They do have blackouts drapes or curtains. The chair looked terrible it looked like it needed to be remade like the leather was just rubbing away. The bed was okay it wasn't the most comfortable in the world but I didn't have any back problems so I guess that's a win. There was also a mini fridge in the room but unfortunately I don't think there was any microwave I didn't need one but it's just good to know that it's there for me. Especially if you want to heat up some left overs.I definitely did not like the fact that we had to ask for towels because they only had one set and on top of that they didn't give any washcloths which I thought was a little odd.

Things have not changed. Pool is closed permanently. But failed to take it off the booking sites. No restaurant. And a $100.00 deposit that takes phone calls to get released. I left Thursday of last week, has not been returned. Room ok, back entrance door still broken.

On booking, I knew the pool was being redone and the restaurant wasn’t functioning but that did’t matter to me for one night. However, on arrival I’m told the elevator isn’t working so a friend took my suitcases upstairs since I had just recently had a heart episode and was worried about dragging suitcases upstairs. The room card didn’t work. Friend went downstairs and got me another one. That one had trouble too, but finally worked. Old fashioned room greeted me with stained carpet, a desk chair that was almost threadbare. A tiny disk of soap (meant for two people) on the vanity, no plug in the basin. Good thing we all have cell phones as the following morning when I went downstairs, I see signs on the Reception Desk window, “No working phones in the rooms”!!! It truly felt like a third world place! Booking.com gave it a 4 star review, well I don’t know when they were last there but it had to be years ago. How can one rely on them for a good reference? Anyway, don’t go to this “Armoni Inn” until you contact them to find out if they have totally renovated this shabby, old place.

Tried to stay but couldn't... after check in I went to my room with my wife and young grandson. First we had to walk through standing water at the staircase to the second floor, then when we opened the door to the room, it smelled. Then we found vomit on the rug between the beds. Went to the desk clerk, he said no problem to check out and get a refund, but so far no refund, $280 for 2 nights of a non-stay because the hotel hasn't issued a credit to my 3rd party booking company. Pictures are mis-leading and were clearly from a better day in the life of the building. People were sleeping in the halls and parking lot filled with questionable looking people. Being afraid for our grandson's health we left, and paid $200 more to stay in a decent hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The room was not secure. It had a broken door latch and it was extremely dirty underneath the beds. I accidentally left a 200 dollar jacket in the room when I checked out.... I called the front desk and they said they would check with housekeeping and call me back. I did NOT get a call back. When I called them for a second time later that same day, they said that housekeeping was gone for the day and I would have to check the next day. I was also told nothing else could be done and this was too late since I was only in the area for a short time before I had to leave. Seems odd that they did not have a lost and found/standard procedure for lost items to be returned to the front desk. It was a $200 jacket... Maybe someone wanted to keep it.

So many negatives it is hard where to begin. Check in was enormously slow, unwelcoming, unprofessional and unfriendly. As a spire elite member my profile requests a king bed, which was unavailable and was advised no upgrade is possible. (Hard to believe with occupancy at such low levels). Cleanliness left much to be desired. Having spent many nights in hotels since Covid started, this is probably the worst cleaning protocols I have experienced. Streaks all over indicated that housekeeping seems to think that a simple wipe down is sufficient. NOT !!The table lamp next to the bed was not working. There are no accessible plugs for phone charging near the bed. The bathroom sink and the shower drain seem to have both been clogged, as water drained very slowly from both of them. The clock was never adjusted from daylight savings time, and was one hour fast. Very disappointed in this property which needs some updated work on the hotel and staff. One positive is that the bartender Rachel was great, welcoming and professional.

So this is an old Holiday inn that was rebranded in Sept 2021. No secrets here. When you get in you think it's a pretty nice place, lots of common area that are nice.
The bad starts when you start walking to your room. The hallways pipes are leaking and there are garbage cans to catch the water and boards installed on the floor. Most of the room where not even used and kept empty. About 20-30 cars in the parking. Didn't look like they were renovating. Rooms are OK at best, not super clean... Pool was decent for the kids.
Le locking outside doors don't all work so anyone can get in at night so security is an issue. A lot of the room where just kept open with swing bar. I could have entered a room and slept there for free with my sleeping bag.
Only one of the 4 ice machine was kinda working. Water pressure was so high that it hurt showering.
Not sure where they are going with the hotel, it's big and could be nice. We won't be back to this one. Price was ok for 1 night.
If you like to walk there is nice trail in the wood just 3 minutes drive behind the hotel, it was lots of fun with the kids.

In order to visit a relative in the nearby Jewish Home Family, I sought a nearby hotel for one night.
I always check Trip Advisor reviews before booking, and I cringed on reading most. But it was closest, and very reasonably priced, so I booked, figuring ‘how bad could it be for one night?’.
Well, I’m happy to report that it was neat and clean; comfortable bed, lots of high-pressure hot water in the shower, and lots of towels. There was a Keurig coffee machine, and housekeeping gave me a number of extra pods.
No complaints at all—I heartily recommend, if you need to be in the area!

esidence Inn but they were full for one night of our trip. We had stayed here in 2021, and it was terrible, but it had just been taken over by a new owner, so we figured they’d had two years to get their act together.
Nope.
Parking lot is in disrepair. There’s a shattered window in the front entrance. There’s a sign at the front desk saying none of the rooms have phones, which isn’t such a big deal, aside from not being able to contact the front desk when you have issues, which you absolutely will.
The woman who checked us in was very friendly, We checked in, and walked past the restaurant and bar, which have been “temporarily” closed since our last visit in 2021. The coffee machine in the lobby was out of order. The place looked pretty dingy, and the hallways smelled very musty. Just bad overall.
The elevator was dimly lit, due to five of the nine lights being burned out, but it got us to the third floor under protest. I thought I’d get a soda from the vending machine on our floor, but of course it was out of order.
We got to our room, and found it only partially made, so we had to change rooms. The beds were comfortable, but the room stank of stale cigarettes and mold. There was a loud malfunctioning smoke alarm down the hall that beeped all night.
Staying here was a mistake.
Never again!
