The Harvest Inn in Pine Bush,New York is truly a hidden gem of a hotel. it is located about 20 minutes from an interstate highway. The property has plenty of free parking. Good handicapped access. The lobby was well laid out and the desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet Nice carry away breakfast. Good stay.
A beautifully designed building - the room was such an unexpected different, comfortable, clean, set up than even a 4 star hotel. Super COVID-conscious too. The staff really puts in the extra effort to make sure things are clean - most things had tamper resistant seals on them.
Great stay! I was a bit apprehensive to go in the time of Covid but this hotel provided all our basic needs, certain things were not accessible like the cafe, but it has a large outdoor seating area. I was particularly glad to see that they steam clean rooms once guests leave. Great location for someone looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Main Street provided lots of shops and eateries. Minnewaska State Park and lots of wineries close by. We recommend Baldwin Winery and Angry Orchard both about 8 minutes away.
Room was clean and comfortable. Heat worked well. The temperature read 6-8 degrees low - said 64, probably was 72. The fan was loud but didn't cycle, so constant white noise and better sleep. I like the concept of refillable pump bottles of shampoo and soap in the shower - too bad they were empty. Bag breakfast was pretty lean - kid-size box of cereal, packaged gooey bun, granola bar. Yogurt, boiled eggs, and juice boxes were available separately. The gift shop had mostly religious items but there was no other indication of religious inclinations. LOTS of good restaurants in town. El Sabroso was excellent and the Pine Bush Deli was also good. Minnewaska State Park is 20 minutes, and Sam's Point is about 20 as well. Lake Minnewaska is more impressive but more crowded when we were there.…
Exceptional value for money. Stayed for a couple of days, and everything worked and was delivered as promise. Room was decent sized and clean, with functioning electronics. Breakfast was a nice touch. Strongly recommended if in the area.
