My husband and I live close by and love a camping-like experience without the extra work associated with tent camping. Newburgh KOA offered just what we were looking for. The cabins have just the essentials with electricity, bunks and mattresses, no frills. That said, they...More
We stayed here since it was close to NYC. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had a semi wooded site but the site are tight. The staff needs to enforce the 1 vehicle rule at each site since people are not considerate enough to...More
Great campground, clean quite level sites, big rig accessible. Not far off I 84. Actually a good location to visit NYC..a roundtrip train ride for seniors is around 30 dollars .Daily parking at the station is reasonable too. A nice forest like setting makes this...More
The campground is about 10-12 miles from I-84 and I-87 , Check-in was very quick and simple. The fees, some would consider on the high side, about $61 a night (w/s/e/c/wifi?) plus activity fee of $6.00. But this is New York and due to the...More
Our family had a beautiful 3 day trip Oct. 14-16. We stayed in a cabin K110. It was perfect. My daughter really loves all the activities, the hay ride and the pancake breakfast. The staff is wonderful and helpful. See you again next year.
Hello, I would like to stay at your park, can you tell me KOA management what you have done to address the conserns in the one star ratings as listed in trip advisor. I hope these are taken seriously and treated as constructive advice and not dismissed as seems to be the case with other parks. Currently we pay considerably more at a competitor in the area who is not interested in improoving any customer concerns and for $2000.00 a month we would expect a more welcoming response. We are ready to give you our money today but only if we can come to your park and feel like we can honestly give a five star review when we leave in 1.5 months. Please respond ASAP so we can make the move as soon as September, 21st. 2015. Through November 1st. 2015.

I am not sure what you are asking me. Most of the motor homes I saw were in a gravel parking lot with zero atmosphere. I would be disappointed if I had a motorhome and they stuck me there,
