A very quaint B&B - full of antiques - in the middle of no where on a dead end road with the lake for company. No cell service! No Wi-Fi! A TV in the common living room is your only connection to the outside world! Perfect for a true get-away! Nancy & Joe were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was... More

We stayed two nights here while on a longer driving trip through NY and New England. Our only complaint was that the size of our room was a bit small, but manageable. The inn itself is charming and comfortable. Joe and Nancy were wonderful hosts. Absolutely delicious fresh made breakfast each morning. We were in the area to visit Fort... More

We highly recommend The Lake Champlain Inn. We stayed over memorial day weekend 2016, it was such a memorable experience, we were concerned because the website didn't look very updated but the place Inn was spectacular. It was one of the most enchanted quaint Inns we ever stayed in. It's located in a secluded area, the owners Nancy and Joe... More

We changed our advance online reservation for the Victorian room to the tower suite upon arrival when we learned it had become available and saw the spacious comfort it afforded. Every room was charming but the suite fit our trip preference for spending low key, relaxed time aside from touring. In our two day stay, we enjoyed some sightseeing at... More

This was my first experience at any B&B, however worked at one for 3 years. Nancy and Joe were extremely attentive and helpful with directions in the area. And were more than accomadating when i showed up almost an hour past check in, almost 10pm... The b&b is very secluded which was very nice to get away from hustle and... More

This bed and breakfast has been operated by the same couple for about 25 years. The care they take to make everything comfortable and inviting shows how much they love what they do. The rooms are comfortable and well decorated, the grounds are so pretty, with the lawn stretching down towards Lake Champlain. The house itself is of a beautiful... More

We landed here because we needed a last-minute reservation and all the local hotels/motels were full. This turned out to be the best possible luck! Lovely place in a gorgeous location, and the best gourmet breakfast. Nancy & Joe made us feel like family, and even gave us a map to help with the next leg of our trip. Will... More

This was our first B&B experience. Nancy and Joe were so accommodating. We enjoyed learning about the history of this lovely old "Victorian" style home. It was nice to see that the original woodwork, floors, doors remained. What lovely period interior decorating. It made us feel that we actually stepped back in time. It was truly a relaxing and enjoyable... More

My husband and I were treated to a lovely stay at The Lake Champlain Inn. It is in a rural setting about 15 minutes from Ticonderoga, a lovely historic New York town. The inn is nestled by the Green Mountains and the Adirondack Mountains, with Lake Champlain to the north, and Lake George to the south. Nancy and Joe greeted... More

This was my first time going to this Bed and Breakfast and my wife always likes to try different places. Now she has changed her mind. Joe and Nancy were great in taking care of our wishes. This was our 28th anniversary and they set up for flowers and champagne. There offers of the area for dinner and sight seeing... More
