Seriously, read this lol. We stayed two nights in a room with the kids bunk beds. My 4 year old was talking about this for two months, so excited. We get there and it took 40 minutes to check in, but ok whatever, we let it go. We get to our room and it is.... DATED y’all. Like the rug hasn’t been cleaned in decades. Filthy ceiling, peeling wallpaper, you get it. But again whatever, we just want our kids to be happy. The waterpark was a lot of fun and they loved it. But on night two my daughter was sitting on the top bunk and it collapsed. The mattress was held up with a piece of like thick ply wood and wasn’t screwed or bolted in any way. If I had a child at the bottom, they literally could have had their face sliced open or worse. My kid wasn’t hurt at all, but got really scared and was crying. Our baby was finally sleeping so we decided to wait until morning to bring this to the front desks attention. We were both pretty shocked when the manager literally could not care less. She said “glad she wasn’t hurt” and that was it. There was no true apology, offer of any sort, nothing. Just a very cocky, gross attitude. We paid well over 600 dollars for this room so our daughter could have her bunk bed, and I mean why wouldn’t it completely collapse as she sits on it right? Although the waterpark was fun, the room was just not worth it, and it was truly the loudest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. So loud, so old, so dingy, and the management absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. Go somewhere else.

I hate to give this place a 3, but I have traveled a lot through the years and it is just... a 3. I waited for check in for 45 minutes, was apologized to for the wait which I appreciated but perhaps have another employee help with check in? I had a 3 queen room (my husband and I and two young sons.) The room was a decent size, begging to updated, but likely not a priority to update if the rooms sell as quickly as they do. The bed was awful, however that is just my opinion. Very soft, a “sink hole” pulling my husband and I to the middle, proof that it was very worn in. A better mattress would have resulted in a better stay, again just my opinion. My biggest gripe, for $500 per night it would have been delightful for housekeeping to do anything to our room. Make the beds, change the garbage, anything. Housekeeping did not visit our room during our stay whatsoever. My boys did enjoy the water park, which is why we chose this hotel. It is not an awful hotel, but frankly for the price, it could have been better.

We went for a family vacation. Resort was not clean, rooms dated and beds very old and uncomfortable. The resort needs a good deep clean and dust. The lifeguards did a great job being attentive and the staff inside the kids zone was friendly.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my sons 11 year birthday. The room was clean, nice resort. We only had access to the lazy river because of the covid. All other activities were closed. But we still had a great time. We ordered from a nearby restaurant and picked it up. We did order from the Johnny rockets as well. There where children running in the hallway but that's to be expected I didn't mind. The noise was not bad at night for me. It was quiet. I will come here again when things start to open up again.

Two nights in a themed suite. Dirty, dingy, and depressing room. Room furnishings in horrible shape. Conference room chairs at table. Nightstand holding up arm of sofa. Cobwebs, curtains stained and mildewed. Some serious patching of the walls. Conditioner dispenser empty and gross. Very, very noisy from above and adjoining rooms. Both days corridor smelled strongly of marijuana. Observed adult guests sneaking alcohol drinks while floating in lazy river. Lifeguards not attentive and engage in frequent chat sessions, and not monitoring water. I have a video if six flags cares to see it. A lot of debris in pool area below bridge. Rented a cabana as water park was busy with no seating available. 99 bucks got you a dirty table and chairs a tv and refrigerator that didn’t work and no storage locker. After complaining about cost woman immediately cleaned space and had maintenance address tv and refrigerator. I can literally go and on about how disappointed we were with this visit. Not what we’ve come to expect having had several really good experiences in the past. Likely our last visit.
