We along with two other couples stayed here over Halloween weekend. It's a 7 room B&B set on a beautiful horse farm. The owner Maggie is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the Rhinebeck area is very beautiful

My wife and I spent a very nice weekend in the Rhinebeck area this weekend. The Whistlewood was a big part of it. This is a beautiful horse farm property. The main house is impressive inside (though an unassuming exterior that blends well into the land). We stayed in the carriage house a few hundred feet away - and it... More

If you like quiet, natural beauty (exquisite Fall foliage) and great, homemade pies in the evening and breakfasts in the morning, this farm should be your choice for accommodations in Rhinebeck, NY. The owner, Maggie, goes to great lengths to assure the comfort of her guests. As to rooms, we cannot speak to those in the main house, which appear... More

Whistlewood Farm is a beautiful bed and breakfast with a unique setting on a friendly farm in a beautiful area in the Hudson Valley. The decor is great, the breakfast is yummy, and the service is terrific. We had several members of our family stay at the location for long weekend wedding and Maggie, the owner, was very helpful, friendly,... More

Spent a couple of days at Whistle Wood and didn't want to leave. Our room was so charming and cozy we had a hard time getting out of bed. Outside our room we were surrounded by beautiful country, horses grazing, chickens, cows and a couple of friendly farm cats. Breakfast is not to be missed. Maggie serves up a feast... More

Whistlewood Farm is an absolutely delightful place to relax, recharge and have a base for exploring the beautiful Hudson Valley. The house is a lovely, rambling farm house surrounded by paddocks, gardens and fields. On rainy days (we had some) it is a cozy refuge. When the sun comes out it is light-filled and cheerful. The rooms are spotless, clean,... More

This is a peaceful and beautiful B&B in the countryside just outside Rhinebeck. It's also a horse farm with cows and chickens as well. There are hiking trails and a pond on the property. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and airy, several with private patios overlooking the pastures or the woods. Every morning there are pancakes or waffles and eggs... More

WhistleWood Farm is a B&B that is like a visit in time gone by. The rooms are each unique, we had the Juniper Room, and the decor is warm and inviting. Each morning you are met by Meggie, the proprietor, with a custom breakfast made with herbs and veggies from her garden, eggs from her chickens and breads made with... More

We had a wonderful weekend at this terrific B&B. Our room had a great view of a horse pasture where we awoke to see two horses and a donkey. Went to the Dutchess county fair on Saturday. Delicious breakfasts and beautiful antiques through the house. Lived seeing the animals.

Beautiful grounds, guest house and hearty breakfast. We had a lovely room with its own porch. There are a zillion places inside and out to sit with a book and RELAX! Tip - We had dinner at a lovely French restaurant in Rhinebeck that I highly recommend: Le Petit Bistro.
