We stayed here for our anniversary and the innkeepers were Very friendly and helpful. They had sanitizer at the entry and fresh baked cookies in the guest pantry (homemade) which we had a few of (very delicious and tempting). Centrally located, and a quick 10 minute walk to downtown Saratoga Springs. Practically across the street from the race track though it was closed while we were here. For our anniversary they treated us to special chocolate covered strawberries which made our special day even better. I can’t say enough good things about this place! When I accidentally locked myself out of my guest room at nearly midnight, they happily got up and let me back in. Tom and his family are a charm and they made our visit (only a 2 night stay) feel like a much longer retreat. Happily recommended this bed and breakfast to anyone!

First trip after lock down and first time at B&B (travelled a lot but stayed in the hotels). From the first minute we had a feeling that we were at home, nice and cozy historical building, which was restorated with love and attention to every detail. Incredible hospitality; owners: Kate,Tom and Renee were delightful and nicest hosts, we stayed in room #7, comfortable bed, all amenities in the room/ bathroom, addtional plus was little kitchenette on second floor with fridge, microwave , tea and coffee machine.
Not to mentioned breakfast: every morning we had gourmet breakfast. In addition all regulation for this difficult times ( facial masks, sanitizers, proper cleaning in the breakfast room) were observed. thank you , we had great time in your B&B

We had a wonderful stay at the Brunswick at Saratoga. It was my first time staying at the Inn and everything was perfect. The Inn Keepers were very accommodating especially knowing that there were 6 couples in our group. We have been coming to Saratoga for a number of years now to enjoy Their First Night Celebration. My room was number 6 and was comfortable. I think our shower was the best in the house. Room and bathroom were very clean and bottles of waters in our room. My bed was a little hard for me but that could be different for someone else. A mattress topper would help. The food was great and Kate's cookies were the best. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Kate,Tom, Renee, and Courtney for you hospitality and for dealing with a party of 12 who were up late at night and into the wee hours of the morning.

The Brunswick is perfectly located near the center of town within walking distance to Broadway, while still allowing you to experience a nice, quite getaway. Tom and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. They were also great resource for things to do in the area. The room was spotless and the kitchenette was also perfectly stocked and easy to navigate.

The breakfast that they served was possibly the best meal we've had while traveling. The menu was thoughtfully prepared, the food was perfectly cooked, and you could tell a real sense of pride went into preparing each course. And the fresh pot of coffee every morning was a nice added touch.

Can't say enough good things about The Brunswick. We look forward to returning soon.

What a lovely stay! My girlfriend and I booked a stay at the Brunswick via Expedia. The innkeepers (wife, husband, and daughter, I believe) were incredibly friendly and accommodating for our late arrival. This is the true BnB experience, being in someone's home. We stayed in Room 6, which was simple but very cozy for a traveling couple. The inn itself was super quiet, though there was some noise from the traffic outside at night. Our favorite part of the stay, however, was the breakfast. The owners make fresh food each day, alternating between sweet and savory, and it's truly scrumptious. Seriously, they should open a breakfast cafe. Orange French toast, scrambled egg and potato bowl, muffins, and poached fruit were all superb. They also know the area well and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants (A+ experience at Seneca, see my other review) and Adirondack hiking trails.

My husband & I spent the long weekend in Saratoga at The Brunswick Inn. It was beautiful, comfortable & extremely clean. Spotless. I have a bad mold allergy and had no issues whatsoever breathing at this property. Room 9 has a great 2 person tub in the sitting area which we used both nights. After a night of snow tubing it was the perfect way to warm up! Although the kitchen is being renovated we were given breakfast nearby at the Union Gable. It was fun to see a second property - we would happily stay there as well having now visited. On our last morning we had to leave very early due to a family emergency. Dustin heard us get up early and met us to make sure we had a quick breakfast before we left. Although the Inn was perfect, the kindness we were shown was above and beyond our expectations. We have found 2 perfect places to stay when we visit Saratoga.

We tried a B&B on our annual labor day weekend trip to Saratoga vs our usual hotel stay. Brunswick was an excellent choice. Convenient to the track and an easy walk to town. When we arrived we were greeted in the parking lot by a friendly staff member who showed us to our room. Courtesies continued throughout our stay. When my wife asked for black tea, which was not available, a staff member offered to run to Union Gables, an affiliated location. We declined but the tea was there later. Rooms are small with limited space for clothing, etc. but the atmosphere made up for that. Our first B&B so no base for comparison but I would recommend this location.

This was our sixth stay at The Brunswick and I can’t say enough about what a great place it is. First of all, it’s in the perfect location, whether you are visiting Saratoga for one of the many downtown events or to go to the track—both are within walking distance. Kate, Tom and Renee are personable and knowledgeable about the area, and the rooms are comfortable, charming, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is always a masterpiece, delicious and well presented. We are particularly impressed that they make note of what was served on our previous visits and try not to give us the same breakfast again! The entire experience has been consistently wonderful, all six times we have been there. We will definitely be back, and enthusiastically recommend The Brunswick to anyone who is looking for a an awesome B&B in Saratoga!

My husband and I stayed in Room 9 which was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I loved the colour scheme and the little living room area — it’s great to have somewhere to sit other than the bed to have a cup of tea or coffee. The kitchenette down the hall was handy and I appreciated that they had wine glasses, ice buckets, corkscrews, etc. for guests to avail of.

The kitchen was being remodelled during our stay, so we had the option of a breakfast basket each morning or walking to another B&B the owners run down the road for a hot breakfast. We opted for the latter and were happy to have done so. The menu was simple (French toast, oatmeal, fried eggs, bacon, etc.) but well done.

The innkeeper and other staff we met were all very welcoming and clearly take pride in maintaining their properties and ensuring their guests have a good experience.

My mother and I stayed in room A for 4 nights in June. I chose this room because it has a main bedroom with a queen bed and a separate room with a twin bed and sitting area. The beds were comfortable. There is also a small fridge which was handy. The bathroom was small but had a nice shower. The B&B kitchen is currently being renovated so it was closed; however, the (much nicer) sister property down the street provided a lovely daily breakfast with very tasty food. The staff we encountered at the sister property were all wonderful, friendly, and provided interesting information about the area.

Pros: Great location, free breakfast, very friendly staff at breakfast

Cons: the road is extremely loud. Listen - I have lived and travelled in urban areas so I am used to traffic, but this road is extraordinarily busy and loud. The B&B is located right next to a busy intersection and when you sit on the pouch you hear constant cars, honking, loud acceleration, etc. You really cannot relax on the front porch due to how loud it is, and there is no place else to enjoy time outside (no yard, no gardens, nothing). Also, the property recently was bought and you can tell that it is currently in transition. There is no art on the walls, no flowers hanging on the porch, the landscaping is overgrown and dying, and the place overall felt ignored and unloved. Also, our room had large, black ants we had to constantly kill. If you stay on the bottom floor, be prepared to hear people walking above you constantly. One night, I guess some people checked in late, and there was constant stomping around until midnight. It felt like sleeping in a boarding house or hostel.

Overall, I would say it was overpriced, however, all of Saratoga Springs is pretty pricey so I guess it's the norm. If you are in Toga for the races, however, the location is amazing. If I ever return to Saratoga Springs, I will spend more to stay in a nicer, prettier, quieter place. Hopefully the new owners will turn this B&B into a great place to stay, but it's not there yet.
