I found the operators personable and very helpful. The room was good for a middle of the line motel. The facility is old but in good condition overall. There are cosmetic things but I definitely got my moneys worth.

I stayed at this motel the evening of October 24th, 2015 to attend a wedding in Saratoga Springs.

This property is one of the less expensive motels to stay in the area (as in less than $100. for the night). I've been traveling for business, etc. for the past thirty years (typically seventy cities and towns per year throughout the U.S.), so I know what a decent motel or hotel should look like.

This motel is definitely older than many in the area (think 1960's vintage with a newer sink, cheap toilet, and old shower (but no bathtub) located in the tiny corner bathroom).

The furnishings in the room are old (not necessarily in a nice way), and the mattress, pillow, etc. on the bed were uncomfortable and cheap,

The towels in the bathroom were the white, ultra-cheap kind, as was the single-ply toilet tissue, the skinny bar of cheap motel soap, etc.

As far as I could tell, there was no thermostat in the room, so you're stuck with whatever temperature the motel staff decide your room should be (which can be very uncomfortable).

I visited my friends who stayed at the Springs motel down the street (with very similar pricing to this one), and their motel was much, much nicer than this one.

If you're looking for a good value in a motel while in Saratoga Springs, avoid this one, and stay at the Springs Motel down the street if you can.

Stayed at the Community Court in downtown Saratoga Springs over 8/11 weekend. Can walk to the track, downtown resturants and bars.. Spent very little time in the hotel. Only to sleep. This is basic stuff, not where I'd bring my wife for a week but again, for a horse track weekend, can't beat location and price.

God awful. We needed one night in Saratoga and was traveling with a dog. Location is fine. Place is absolutely disgusting. Upon arrival we see a pest control man dealing with a situation. We see beds being brought out of the room. HUGE red flags. The check in experience was laughable. Staff is overwhelmed and running their business on pen and paper. Nice enough folks but it's just a dump. At check in you can grab a few cold beers but water wasn't available. Rooms didn't have any electrical outlets unless you unplug the TV or the AC unit / window units. Bed sheets are disgusting.

We absolutely would have left but were a non refundable or pre paid room and had the dog. Friday night in August is tricky as the horse track brings lots of tourists but you'd be better off sleeping in your car rather than spending money here. I think I paid $280+. GROSS and you should never stay here.

We had to pull two friends out of this motel because their room was infested with cockroaches. They were teaming over the plumbing, and over the carpets. Luckily we were able to bag their luggage and keep it outside overnight while temperatures plumeted to minus 20, and hopefully did not transport any of these critters home. Stay away.

Very good location. Very kind staffs. The Lennin and mattress are very clean and comfortable. I really recommend the motel.
I couldn't connect the WIFI. A staff helped me a lot. There are refrigerator and micro oven in the room. Ice cubes are available in the office, but BBQ is not available during winter.

What a Dump!
It should be called the "Roach Motel".
My husband and I was passing through and eveywhere else was booked up on a Saturday night so we found this motel. We should have stayed in our car, if it wasn't the middle of February🤔
Bed covers has mildew all over it, the mattress has yellow stains all over it, the bathroom is from the 60's and did I mention roaches. Big suckers too. We slept with the light and tv on cause we're creept out.

When I called to reserve 4 nights the man hung up on me. When I called back I asked "did you hang up on me?" and he said "yes, we are extremely busy. Call back tomorrow or don't call back." He hung up on me again. I was flabbergasted.

When I walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was listed as a non-smoking room. There was a brawl in the room next to me with people swearing, breaking glass and on four occasions tried to push the door that adjoined my room and theirs. The walls were paper thin I really mean paper thin). People outside of my room and coincidently in front of the front desk were mot asked to move on. I left my room for the whole day and came back - the beds were not made - used towels stil there with no fresh towels. I called the front desk and I asked if beds were suppose to be made and they responded by saying "what is the matter"? - I told them the heds were not made and the towels were not replaced - they told be to come over to the office to bet some towels. For excitement I killed houseflies in the room. This facility was totally unacceptable and I found the staff to be very rude at night. Great way to run a place.
