Hotel's Favourite
This is a very good hotel. It has basics: location, breakfast, pool, good rooms and access to the park.
Although, breakfast was not included with our stay, it was available daily for a small fee. It was much better than DD option. ))
Pool and gym weren't busy. Beware: It is cold to walk away from pool area.
Rooms were nice. Two options: park view or parking lot view. Heater required some adjustments.

The staff (Amy in particular) and the location to downtown and SPAC give this hotel 5 stars. I gave 4; however, due to the overcharging that occurs when there are sold out concerts at SPAC. While the hotel was clean and close to anywhere you need to go on foot in Saratoga Springs, it cost more to stay here than the tickets to our show. With that said, the staff really made this place shine. Amy was so attentive to what everyone needed in the breakfast area and had such a positive attitude. I could tell that she truly enjoyed helping people and cared very much about her job. She is the reason we enjoyed our stay so much! I would recommend this hotel as well for closeness to everything as you can walk there and/or the drive is super short... just be aware that it will cost you when a big name concert is at SPAC but... the option beats sleeping in your vehicle or traveling far.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband for 3 nights in late January. Hotel was quiet and check in was easy and quick. The hotel has an indoor pool and whirlpool, which we used every night. Breakfast is served every morning and costs $10.95, and is worth it; it is both buffet style and cooked to order. The attendant Amy was wonderful, she greeted us at breakfast and also did double duty as very knowledgeable tour guide! She advised me on directions to a few places I needed to get to, and where the nearest Starbucks was and some of the highlights of the town. It was so welcoming to be able to get that information and kind personal touch. I will definitely be back to this hotel for my next meeting in town!
Also the restaurant Panza is next door for classic Italian food and delicious cocktails; and you can walk to it from the hotel easily.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. For the most part the service is great, staff is polite especially the only house keeper on duty during the Corona Virus. I checked in Friday on there 1st day of reopening. Basically it was just the room. The pool and weight room was closed and so was the dinning area. I asked about breakfast and was told breakfast is not complimentary. But as a platinum member breakfast is included. You would think they would give you a discount on the room because your paying the same price but getting less. I travel a great deal and rely on the business center. They still have a black and white copier instead of an all in one copier, printer and scanner which are available for 150.00 at staples. They previously stated they where going to upgrade. Outside of this the hotel is clean and will probably stay there again.

This hotel is nice and conveniently located, offers nice rooms and good on-site dining options, and has a pool/hot tub and exercise equipment to stay fit. BUT Amy takes it over the top. She seemingly works around the clock to make the stay as great as possible. She poured drinks during happy hour, and was there when we arrived back from dinner to offer up another round. The next morning, she came in early and packed a bag of breakfast items for my colleague and I to eat in the car, as we had to leave before the breakfast bar opened. She was full of information regarding the surrounding area and made recommendations.
If every hotel had a person like Amy, traveling for work would be so much more enjoyable!

Our annual trip to the Chowderfest in Saratoga Springs always includes a stay here. Far enough from the crowds, but close enough to walk to. After about 5 hours in the cold, the warm welcome and comfortable, clean rooms are a joy, and the hot tub is a must!
See you again soon!

Really nice, clean, updated facility with plenty of parking. The room was spacious , bedding comfortable and the A/C worked great. Not one of those noisy units on the floor! Check in/checkout was seamless. A hot breakfast , for a fee, was served in a very pleasant area, as is a light but tasty evening menu. The staff, especially Amy, was very attentive to our needs. In the evening, there is a full bar so you can relax and have a drink after a busy day. The bartender was delightful.

A great place to stay when you are in Saratoga Springs! I had an event at the Hall of Springs and this location was perfect. My nieces enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed having a clean, comfortable room during a stressful time. The staff made sure I had early check-in and that really helped me to have a successful event. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family that come to Saratoga Springs to visit.

From the moment we walked in to the hotel to check in, until the moment we left, the staff is super attentive and friendly. When we checked in the desk staff was quick, but informative about the amenities in the hotel, ongoing activities nearby, and their onsite bar and restaurant, as well as breakfast options.
We happened to go the same day as Chowderfest, but not intended, we were there for a birthday party at the nearby Children's Museum.
We returned early evening and decided to have a bite to eat, and a drink at the bar area. Amy was our server, and she was efficient, a great server, and very friendly.
We only got appetizers, but the food was great!
The next morning, we opted for the full breakfast and again the service from Sharon was just as excellent as Amy the night before, attentive and friendly--and the food was great again.
We liked this hotel so much, we just booked another stay next weekend!
I would highly recommend this location, as it was close to the main drag where all the shops and restaurants are, as well as other attractions.

You can pay a higher rate, to include breakfast in the price. Frankly, I wish we hadn't bothered. Breakfast wasn't very good.
Hello Sofia B, that would be a TripAdvisor setting not sure why it didn't allow for the change. Thank you for sending over the question and kind comment. Take Care!
Yes it’s an indoor pool very nice
