Staying at the Parker for a wedding. The Inn has been restored and is charming. Service was average, while the food was good - they catered the wedding. The room was adequate and the bath was modern. Overall an enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the Parker Inn under its earlier management when it still had a bar and a restaurant. It obviously was not making it with this overhead. When it reopened, with cheaper prices and a cooperative relationship with a wonderful restaurant up the street, I came back,. Eager to try it again!

Beautiful room, would have been a 5 but room thermostat was flaky. Will definitely be back. Plenty of nice attractions still to see. Great location right next door to Proctor Theatre and good restaurants.

This place is in downtown Schenectady, it is on the main street thru town and has a cut in for parking to unload. There are limited, only one (1) luggage cart, no assistance with luggage and no valet parking. Parking is a block away but you do get free parking. The lady at check in couldn't find my reservation "because...

Thank you for your review. We take pride in our convenient, downtown location in the heart of Schenectady. We are always happy to help with luggage and valeting cars upon request. Currently, we are undergoing training for our new front desk agents to give the guest service you would come to expect out of Mazzone Hospitality. Our elevator is unique,...

I stayed here on a quick business trip. The room was small but had a kitchenette. You can tell the place was recently remodeled and looked nice. I would recommend staying here if you are looking to stay at the heart of Schendecty. The other hotels aren't as close to the theater.

We stayed here for the first time on a weekend visit to see our daughter at college. We have never stayed in Schenectady before-usually we stay 15 min away in a chain hotel which has been great. This time we were seeing a show at Proctors and the location was so convenient. We got a quick bite to eat across the street...

The building is maybe 100 years old, was once a warehouse and for many years has been a hotel. Decor is 50's retro but very tastefully done and most effective. Location downtown is excellent, especially if one is attending an event at the Proctor Theater next door. Free downtown parking. Staff were brilliant. We'll be back.

My husband and I booked this hotel after buying impromptu tickets to the Proctor theater. We were a little skeptical because of the great price but were pleasantly surprised. Upon check in at 6 pm, the front desk personnel were extremely welcoming and helped us find a nearby restaurant to grab a bite to eat before the show. The hotel...

We had the presidential suite, it was large but not well furnished and it was not very clean. The pull out couch only had a sheet, no extra blankets or pillows and it was clearly dirty. The were crumbs and and old key card between the cushions. Asked for more blankets and pillows and the front desk clerk was very...

Thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations. We make up all of our pullout couches with bed sheets and store our pillows and blankets in the closets - this gives our guests an option to sleep how they prefer with the warming months approaching. It is true that...
