We were immensely pleased with our stay at A Butler's Manor. Chris and Kim are such warm and charming hosts. They make your stay in their manor beyond comfortable, with many "little" touches that make the visit grand. There is a buffet in the landing outside the bedrooms with tea and coffee in the morning before breakfast (with sugar and...

Kim and Chris are wonderful and treat us like family each time we stay. Excellent breakfast, service and atmosphere. Breakfast is always delicious. There is a beautifully manicured and spiritual backyard. You must stay here if visiting the Hamptons!

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in Chris and Kim's magnificent yet cozy home, and to receive their stellar, unparalleled service from beginning to end. Like many high-quality B&Bs I've visited over the years, theirs is an inviting, impeccably clean and beautiful space, but what sets A Butler's Manor apart is the Allens' singular dedication to the...

Couldn't ask for more. Our hosts at the Manor, Chris, the aforementioned butler, and Kim, a published writer, are all class. They provide lovely food, conversation, and comfort. The rooms are understated, well decorated, and quiet, with wood beams, a very comfortable bed, and some of the finest sheets my wife and I have ever felt. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of spending two nights here and I have to say it was essentially a perfect place to stay. The inn itself is real pretty and oh so comfortable. The main sitting area downstairs is roomy and you can sit by the fire and read, relax and/or sip the wine they serve in the afternoon. The bedrooms...

A Butler's Manor is a lovely home/B&B to visit. Our room was lovely; our breakfast delish! Located right in the heart of South Hampton. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. I have already recommended it to my friends and a returned trip is in the works.

Chris and Kim are fantastic in how they welcome and care for all their guests in their wonderful home/B&B. The place is beautifully maintained, from the grounds to the entire house. The beds and bedding are very comfortable and we slept like babies (but, actually, not like babies since babies don't sleep well), and woke up to a wonderful unique...

Thank you for kind words, and for your input. I'm sorry that you were disturbed by the traffic and chatter of our other guests. It is always our first concern when booking a group that does not occupy the whole house that they be aware of other guests who are not on the same schedule. We had, in fact, done...

A perfect stay - right from the warming welcome. Kim and Chris are true, seasoned hospitality professionals who chose this career with a passion for the art of hospitality. They are very pleasant, interesting people with rich backgrounds and understand how to make you feel comfortable right away, and leave space for their guests. They made our 4-day stay perfect.

We decided to spend the last couple of days of our holiday on Long Island, somewhere that we had not previously visited. Internet searches led us to make a reservation for A Butler's Manor., From the initial inquiry until leaving at the end of our stay, the service, welcome and attention to detail were excellent. Breakfasts are beautifully cooked and...
