We needed a place to put in for the night after leaving Lake George and heading for Fort Ticonderoga. This place was conveniently located but unfortunately far too expensive for it's amenities. It had wi-fi LOL

Two couples rented this cabin for one night. There is no stove, but there is a grill. The men drove into Ticonderoga and picked up pizza, beer, and wine. We sat out on the deck, ate our supper, and enjoyed the campground. The cabin was $200 per night, but we justified it because one hotel room for each couple would've been $100....

Brookwood is a place where seasonal campers can relax and enjoy nature. Close to historic Fort Ticonderoga and Fort Frederick at Crown Point there is something for everyone. Kayaking is great as one can traverse from The LaChute River to Lake Champlain along a beautiful landscape where one can see birds and Eagles nesting. Not far from Brookwood is Mosey...

In my wifes words "the bathroom sparkled". My family had an excellent time here and were very comfortable at this campground. It was well priced, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. We previously paid for a spot down the street but it was awful there so we looked for a better place to go and were very happy...

We stayed here in 2009 and had a "fair" experience. We stayed here again the week of July 20, 2015, and what a difference! The new owners are extremely nice and helpful. Their camp store is larger and better than most of the very large campgrounds across the country. We had a very enjoyable stay here. We stayed in a...

This is a seasonal and overnight park. Many of the seasonals left due to old owners and are coming back now. The old owners renovated park but were overbearing and that chased people out. The last 2 years the overnight spots weren't filled 4th of July! Nuff said. Park is clean, kayaks for rent, nice store, landscaping on going. Near...

We stayed at this campground last week. The service from the owners and staff was the best ever. They take you to your site and back/drive you in. They even offer to help unhook. The site we had was spacious and even had cable TV. There is also a really neat campstore that you have to check out. There are...
