The hotel itself is clean modern and comfortable. It’s exactly what you would expect from a Marriott. If you care about Covid safety, I would recommend you find another option. There were a group of contractors who were walking around the hotel without masks. They were able to walk past the front desk and other employees and no one asked them to put on a mask. Employee usage of masks is not consistent. Front desk always had one. As I walked down the halls I saw a male employee leaving a room with no mask. Housekeeping had masks but only utilized them when they saw me coming down the hall. I witnessed several employees going into rooms without masks.

This was one of the worst nights at a hotel ever. There must have been some kind of party of something going on because I got no rest whatsoever. We were only staying overnight for a wedding and the next day I could barely stay awake because of the bad night at this hotel. On top of that, we were double-charged for a room that was already paid for by the bride's family. We are still waiting for our refund. Terrible experience.

My wife and I were driving through on our way to Rhode Island. Thomas was very nice, We asked about a few places we could eat and have a cocktail after a long dive. Thomas came through with his recommendation, It was spot on. Good food and a nice cocktail. The room was clean and quiet. We dd not walk around the hotel as there was no point. the breakfast bag was waiting for us as we left. We will come back here, next time we are in the area.

Don't expect a positive morning front desk experience. The manager fails to wear a mask, or wears it half way down her face? I guess Marriott's "must wear a face mask" policy only pertains to the guests? The hotel handyman also must not have gotten the face mask memo either. I realize masks can be a pain, but, doesn't that come with the hotel job? The morning customer service is clearly lacking, perhaps the worst I've experienced in years. Argumentative and incompetent is not a trait to exhibit from a person in charge who deals with the public or as an example for the young staff. A poor Marriott hotel representative at least on this day. I stay at Marriott properties all across the country, and most are always terrific, which makes this hotel so disappointing.

We appreciate your feedback on your stay as it will help us improve. I do apologize that your stay was unsatisfactory. I would like to be able to discuss further so we may prevent this from happening again in the future. I have spoken to the desk team along with our maintenance to ensure that all are wearing masks and also did a guest service training. Please feel free to reach out to me here at the hotel. Thank you again for your comments as it will assist us with improving.

My first stay here was perfect! Great room, immaculately clean, quiet location, several restaurants near by. A great stay to me is privacy and quiet, comfortable room, heat and air that really works. This room had it all. I will be back!
