Can't say enough good things about our weekend getaway. The hosts, Kate and Dan were beyond accommodating. My kids (10 & 4) had a blast milking cows, collecting eggs, drinking raw milk and making butter. They can't wait to go back and so are we. Saturday pizza night can't be missed!

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Stony Creek Farm with my extended family. We got 2 tents for 5 adults and 5 children ages 12, 10, 9, 4 and 2. Kate is magical, making everyone feel like they are right at home. She has a wealth of knowledge about food and farming practices that she shares on the...

I spent three nights on the farm as part of a photography workshop. My tent was at the top of the hill and it was a bit of a climb, but when I saw the view the first morning I decided it was worth the extra effort. If you stay in a tent down below, be sure and walk up...

I didn't actually stay at the farm so can't comment on the tents or the glamping situation. I was with a group workshop for the weekend, and some of the people in our workshop stayed in the tents. From what I saw the tents did look pretty great. They sleep six, have a toilet and a kitchen area. No shower...

I stayed at the Farmstead with a group workshop. I can't say enough about this farm. The owners are outstanding and readily available. Everything is as advertised - you will unplug and enjoy nature. I love how everything is readily available and you are encouraged to live like they do - using resources straight from the farm or nearby. The...

My husband, 3 year old and 18 month old just finished a two-night stay here and had a blast. I was nervous about visiting in the heat of July with two little ones. Our three year old is relatively chill but loves her screen time. Our 1 year old can take or leave screens but is constantly trying to kill...

This is all the things you love about camping, minus all the things you don't. Great beds, fantastic plot of land, super-fun easy tent, a store for things you may have forgotten, outdoor showers, table and chairs, wood-burning stove, a toilet in your tent!! Wake up to a babbling brook, feed the chickens your compost, gather fresh eggs and cook...

This was one of the most amazing vacations I’ve had; enjoying the outdoor pizza oven night, eating Kate’s freshly made bread every morning, milking the cow, learning how to make homemade butter, feeding the baby goats, collecting farm fresh eggs for breakfast...Kate has put her signature and care into every detail. Truly, this stay surpassed my expectation in every way....

This year we didn't have a chance to do a camping trip, so we booked a stay at Stony Creek. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get my family to do any other camping trip again. We arrived on Friday evening, we waited for a bit but figured Kate was busy with another family so we were able...

Our family just returned from another wonderful stay at Stony Creek Farmstead. This was our second visit to Kate's beautiful farm. We spent the weekend with five other families with young children gathering eggs from the chicken coops, harvesting vegetables from the garden, snuggling in our cozy cabin, roasting marshmallows by the fire, and splashing about the creek. Our children...
