The host and hostess were very friendly and were able to make good recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Very clean and comfortable and the other areas were welcoming as well that you could use such as the TV room. The back porch was great for reading at night - plenty of light and the rustic furniture...

I went to the Glen Lodge for July 4th 2015 weekend with my boyfriend. We did the Wild Water Outdoor package. The owners are awesome. The rooms are immaculate. The entire B&B is renovated and top notch. The back porch is so pretty. There are goats and chickens on the property! The land is beautiful. The food is delicious. Seriously...

This is our 7th year lodging and rafting the beautiful rugged Upper Hudson River Gorge. It is such a peaceful place to land. It's quiet and clean and the people here you just can't say enough about. Just truly good people Doug and Aimee are the innkeepers and they are so down to earth with everything they do. They run...

My personal philosophy on going away is that where I stay has to be at least as nice as my home (or why bother?). The Glen Lodge is very comfortable and homey, but the best part about it is the staff. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating- the owner/manager even gave me some ibuprofen when I came back from...

We were looking to raft in the Adirondacks and came across the Glen Lodge when researching. Their rafting/lodging special was too good to pass up ($199/person for 2 nights' lodging, breakfasts, rafting day and dinner). We came with 2 families (4 adults, 3 kids) and stayed in rooms 3, 5 & 7. The kids shared one room with 2 twin...

We stayed two nights at the lodge, having bought the package that included white water rafting on the Hudson. We had a great weekend. The package included two great breakfasts, an early and delicious dinner after the rafting, as well as the accommodation which was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The rafting trip was exciting and enjoyed by our whole...

We are economical adventure travellers and usually camp. However, this year we wanted to go a bit cushier while keeping to a budget. The Glen Lodge had a seemingly too good to be true deal: $200 per person for two nights stay, rafting, 2 breakfasts, and a dinner. At those prices, we honestly weren't expecting much but the rooms were...

We arrived and were welcomed with yummy homemade treats. Our rooms were all warm and cozy and clean. We enjoyed each evening by the roaring fire with more yummy treats. Each morning Doug made us a delightful and hearty breakfast , accommodating for our dietary needs. Skiing at Gore mountain just a hop, skip and jump away was awesome. Great...
