If you are looking to stay a beautiful bed and breakfast and in Watermill, the home has a lot to offer. There are two nicely appointed guest suites. book early to get a good weekend. The grounds are very nicely kept with a koi and duck pond. You can also practice your putting on the green located on the property....

What a great location and wonderful rooms. Hosts Donna and J are a pleasure to talk with and very helpful! Rooms are immaculate and spacious. Although the rooms are off a wing of their house it is very private and the common room is amazing. Breakfast is delicious and made with care😄 Grounds are gorgeous. We plan on returning soon.

I just returned from a stay at the Pondview while competing at the Hampton Classic. The house and property are absolutely spectacular and offer the perfect oasis from all the buzz going on in the Hamptons. Donna is an extraordinary hostess who went out of her way to make our stay perfect and was happy to help out with any...

On business in the Hamptons in mid-July I stayed for a week at The Pondview at Deerfield Bed and Breakfast. It was an amazing place. Bucolic is the first word that comes to mind. The site is lovely, with visiting deer, a pond with sunning turtles, and space and quiet. The lovely bedroom was a big corner room with two...

The house is spotless and well-appointed. This is actually one place that looks better in person than in pictures. Donna and Jay are friendly and helpful. Donna clearly does this out of love. The breakfasts were lovely. The household pets (2 cats and dog, Sophia) were sweet. Lots of wild life in the garden. My husband and I have booked...

Stayed at The Pondview during the Women's Open in late June for a week. My wife and I could not have picked a nicer place to stay. Donna runs a very friendly and clean bed & breakfast. The breakfast was made to order and was very generous in their portions. We highly recommend The Pondview and we will certainly return.

If you are looking for a bed & breakfast in Watermill this is a great place. The rooms are clean and spacious, each with a private bath. The couple who own/live there are lovely. But remember this is a bed & breakfast and you are staying in their home. As everything in the Hamptons during the summer, the rooms are...

We stayed at the Pondview this past weekend and could not have been happier. We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the Pondview by a stroke of good luck. My husband and I have lived in Long Island and Manhattan our entire lives but for some reason have never spent much time in the Hamptons. That will...

We stayed at The Pondview in October 2011 as part of our honeymoon. We could not have had a better experience. Set in extensive grounds this beautiful family home has to letting rooms with their own sumptuous bathrooms. There is a private sitting room shared between the two rooms and everything is furnished and finished to the highest standard. We...
