We spent a night at this riad but didn't really want to leave this place. The personnel was really kind and the food was probably the best we ate in morocco. The whole valley where the riad is located was filled with cherry trees so we had a few tasty cherries too. A great escape from the buzzing and sometimes...

I arrived late in the afternoon from Marrakech wanting to do a 4 day trek in the High Atlas. As a solo senior female traveller I had some trepidation about going alone with just a guide and a cook but I need not have worried. Hussain from the hotel organised a most wonderful young guide, Omar. Omar spoke excellent English,...

I had contacted the owner, Houssine, via email, and he had reserved our room and assured me he could help us decide where to hike for the day. When we arrived we were greeted by Mohammed, who was probably the best thing about our stay. We stayed in a room on the upper terrace, which was quiet, clean, and comfortable,...

We spent four nights in Imlil and in this riad. It is a bit to walk from Imlil center to the guesthouse but it is worth since it is higher and more quiet. The view from the terrace is amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. The stay was also fine for our kids that could play...

We spent two nights here and had an excellent time. The staff were extremely friendly and warm, the room and bathrooms were spacious, cosy and clean. Every morning breakfast is served in their comfy living room or sunny terrace. Perfect base for trekking in Imlil. Highly recommended - we couldn't have asked for anything better! Thanks to Mohammed, Mohammed and...

Every time we stay here, it has improved. The double room we were given had an en suite bath with lashing of hot water and air conditioning. The two Mohammeds looked after us like royalty. Couldn't do enough for us. The evening meals, traditional Moroccan fare, was tasty and ample. You also had a substantial breakfast.Highly recommended!

After making the mistake of not pre-booking anywhere to stay in Imlil and being approached by all of the locals seeking our business, we eventually stumbled upon Riad Oussagou. From the word go we knew we would have a comfortable and pleasant stay here. We arrived late and hungry and although we didn't make it in time to have dinner...

The Riad is well placed for a trip to the High Atlas, the owner has extensive local knowledge and can arrange first class guides to Tubkal and the surrounding areas. The rooms themselves are large, the accomidation is basic but very clean and tidy. The staff at the Riad are really friendly speak English and very hospitable. The rooms have...
